Made to order omlettes was served just once whereas at other embassy suites we had better buffet breakfast & exceptional omlettes that we could order multiple times.

Two room suites, breakfast included, and a complementary evening reception with snacks and beverages.

Hotel is safe and near many great restaurants and Breakfast is 5 Stars.

The next morning we had an excellent breakfast cooked to order in the restaurant with a good choice of buffet items too.

Under the pressure of making omelets, scrambled eggs, etc.. All I can say is WOW!

During a recent trip my son and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Dulles Airport in one of their Pure Allergen free rooms.

The room was very comfortable and quiet which I believe that most people appreciate.

The rooms seemed outdated and had kind of a musty smell.

but each time I rolled over the smell of chemicals either bleach or something was very strong.

My room smelled musty and no air conditioning.

however I noticed that others on the floor had a non smoking decal by the door and mine did not.

The reservation was a mix up so I was removed from a non-smoking room to a smoking room.

My room had hvac issues, the floor/carpet was damp and the room smelled musty/moldy.

I had to place a towel on the couch before sitting on it because it was soiled as well.

however smelled as if they had hit it with a major amount of air freshener.

He profusely apologizes for the smoking room when I ask if he might have a non-smoking room -- he said it was absolutely all they had.

I checked rates online the day in question and the 2 bed rate was $119/night.

We ended up calling customer service on Friday night and that associate was great,

Front desk staff are professional and courteous.

There was a super sweet lady making omelets.

Shout out to Sunny, who accommodated us and went above and beyond the call of duty!

She is a perfect example of a manager who cares about her employees and guests!

The hotel manager, Ms. Gainey, and her staff did everything to make our stay most enjoyable.

Over all the hotel is falling apart, wallpaper pealing all over the place, stains in the ceiling tiles and carpets in common areas, DIRTY ass elevators and

However, last month I broke my ankle and I was put in the farthest possible room from the elevator and also staff refused to deliver breakfast to my room - I literally could not walk so I hopped all the way down to the lobby multiple times.

Between these, and our previous stays, it appeared that some redecoration was being done, and what I believe were new pieces of art, in the hallway, between The Cardinal, and the elevators, looked great During our first night, one of the elevators was out of service,

Rooms are arranged in a half circle with elevators at the middle.

They were playing on the elevators and running around everywhere.

but there are only elevators in the center of the C and at one end.

Even the hallways and elevators were dirty.

A few things that could improve with the renovation:
*Lighten up the hallways
*Additional working elevators and less "hot" lights in elevator.

this was at 8pm, elevator was shutdown until after 1am.

I missed my morning shuttle because one elevator was broken and the other one didn't come.

Only one elevator was working, Sunny at check in was excruciatingly unprofessional, requiring me to find my reservation number and Hilton Honors number despite my giving him my driver's license.

Only one elevator was operating in the central bank, and the floor and linens felt slightly humid,

One last thing to note: it appeared one of the elevators was broken (there was only 2 near the lobby area).

The hotel needs maintenance, the elevators dispalys zz as the floor number and the Gym equipment needs to be fixed.

The elevators are very slow, so expect to spend time waiting during busy hours.

The executive lounge is closed using COVID as the excuse taking away a great convenience for those of us who travel enough to reach lifetime diamond status.

I also hate Hilton closed their Executive Lounge.

They has a closed executive lounge, once again Covid.

Excellent executive lounge with good food and drink and a relaxed atmosphere.

From the front desk at check in, to the executive lounge, and the Jr Suite and the App check out.

Staff in the executive lounge were beyond substandard.

Almost on the level of the better Executive Lounges overseas.

Like many other Hilton hotels,  this one has an executive lounge.

I recently stayed at the hotel in a King Bed Junior Suite on the executive lounge floor.

Saiful in the Executive Lounge is a real rock star and enhanced the stay even more.

The room was well appointed and clean and includes access to the executive lounge which offers a minimal continental breakfast which included scrambled eggs and sausage links along with the usual cold fare.

Good Restsurant and excellent Executive Lounge for diamonds and gold members.

This last visit consisted of one main elevator to service a 5 floor large hotel, one bartender (who did do a great job) to serve an extremely busy bar/dinner crowd and a closed for renovation Executive Lounge.

The executive lounge is top notch adding to the comfort and service.

The executive lounge was quite convenient with breakfast and late afternoon snacks.

Restaurant on site is nice, plus the 5th floor executive lounge offers a nice breakfast.
