Made to order omlettes was served just once whereas at other embassy suites we had better buffet breakfast & exceptional omlettes that we could order multiple times.

Two room suites, breakfast included, and a complementary evening reception with snacks and beverages.

Hotel is safe and near many great restaurants and Breakfast is 5 Stars.

but after ordering an egg white vegetable omelet she showed she was anything but that.

The next morning we had an excellent breakfast cooked to order in the restaurant with a good choice of buffet items too.

Breakfast: I would like to give a HUGE shout out to the chef that makes the made to order breakfast.

Their made to order breakfast was a huge hit with the family.

Breakfast was the usual Embassy breakfast with “cooked to order” eggs as well as bacon, sausages, French toast and pancakes.

The pool, manager’s reception, delicious omelets and pancakes for breakfast were exactly what the kids and adults needed!

The breakfast was indeed cooked to order and anything you'd want was available and nicely prepared.

The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, made to order omelets and plentiful sides.

This property is doing a fairly good breakfast service. Many of the hot items (pancakes, french toast, etc.)

Diamond members used to benefit from perks like free breakfast, reserved room, late checkout, special pricing.

Smelled like a smokey, stale, musty old Atlantic City casino.

Our room was musty and the floor flooded.

Other issues such as the cigarette burn on the ottoman, the broken furniture in the room, and waiting over 45 minutes for a bath stopper that never arrived are annoying.

The last room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Floors are sticky because they didn’t mop, they just spray disinfectant on the floor and it has built up.

There was no microwave in my room to warm it up. Disgusting!

Rooms are dark, carpet is dirty and room has a smell.

If anyone has ever been around anyone that smokes, one knows that it sticks to your clothing so maybe that's what he was smelling.

Poor maintenance of smoke alarm batteries went off at 1am.

Maybe they're hoping you don't notice the dirty towels, linens, pillows and disgusting stains on the drapery.

but first put in a room that was clearly a smoker's room.

The rooms seemed outdated and had kind of a musty smell.

And, more importantly, the room smelled fresh and this is not the newest hotel.

but each time I rolled over the smell of chemicals either bleach or something was very strong.

Once you get beyond the sadness of that, the room was musty and difficult to cool down.

My room smelled musty and no air conditioning.

First of all despite booking a non smoking room, I was given a room that smells of smoke.

Each time they have started the process of cleaning the room while we were at breakfast on checkout day.

I also saw the same staff working breakfast in the morning and the bar in the evening.

Food at breakfast was very processed and prep packages few fresh options besides fruit, no bacon at breakfast.

Thank you to the entire staff - from desk, breakfast, managers happy hour bartender - she was awesome and I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out, the cleaning crew, and most of all, management for tackling the amazing renovations and keeping your employees happy and proud  to be a part of your team.

Every morning she greeted us at breakfast, said hi, and asked about our plans for the day.

Very difficult to find someone at the front desk - at one point I had to walk to the adjacent hotel to speak to someone because I couldn’t find anyone or get anyone on the phone.

Coming from out of town I was not pleased to hear that I have to pay for parking, this was after I booked over the phone and no one informed me about that, and I wish they had more choices for breakfast instead of scramble eggs and potatoes everyday,

We were also told that there were no limits on the occupancy for the indoor pool when booking over the phone.

After calling the property, I was advised that we're sorry.

We tried calling and the phone didn't work.

At the very least, providing some kind words when I had to call about the toilet being clogged, the broken microwave, and absolutely when there was no hot water delaying us to go meet p with family for Thanksgiving.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is when we requested a shuttle back to the airport, the front desk employee, who didn't seem as interested in our needs as her phone conversation, didn't tell the shuttle driver, so we watched as the shuttle pulled out from the hotel next-door which shares the shuttle, passing us by as we waited outside the front doors.

I call the front desk and they say it should be there any minute.

It was even a hassle to get a extra key made (mobile device does not always sync)  I would never stay where I am not welcomed.

I would call down there and they would say they would call me back and sometimes they did, and sometimes they didn't.

Was not made aware that we would have to call the hotel for the complimentary shuttle (assuming they made regular rounds), so waited longer than expected.

Had a horrible experience when calling hotel to question bill after check out.

If you Park & Fly, make sure you have the hotel number, and call them for shuttle pickup while you're waiting for your bags.

Be sure to call when you arrive at Dulles for Pick up as they do not often come unless you call.

One day there were no towels forcing me to call the front desk.

No notice as how to access the internet, and calling the desk took three tries before they bothered to explain it properly.

front desk said they would find something only to call back 30 minutes later saying they couldn't do it.

The bedframe was never fixed despite calls to the front desk, and attemps by housekeeping staff.

When the bar was busy, the counters and tables were filthy.

Iron spit white mineral residue all over black ironing board.

He discovered that the mattress bad cover was soiled with dried urine.

The room smell like a “motel” 

2) bath fixtures are old and rusty.

90% of the guests chose to not mask, I would reason that these guests wouldn’t feel uncomfortable if the staff did the same.

That was unacceptable as we were not going to have our child sleep on a bare mattress in a hotel (remember the urine stained mattress?).

Everything in the room was old and the chair’s fabric was filthy.

Hotel staff is not courteous, chek in was delayed for 40mins which is very tiresome after 13hrs long drive, I booked non moking room and was given smoking room at this point we are so tired to go back and request change of room.

Hilton properties should provide disinfecting supplies, like bleach wipes and Lysol spray for those who request it.

The pillow case on the pillow for the pull out bed was stained and dirty, there was black mold in the shower, and there was dirt and debris around one of the lamps.

Mold in the bathroom, clearning smell in the room, visible mold throughout the hotel, wear and tear on furniture, and three maintenance concerns that required calling the front desk.

The entire lobby smells like chlorine, bad LED lights EVERYWHERE, the cheapest lamps, toilet, faucets, furniture imaginable, etc.

The shower had very poor water pressure, even with little water it did not drain with hair filling the tube. Gross.

Only downside was terrible water pressure and room smelled a bit like wet carpet.

Room smelled of smoke which made me sick cause of my asthma.

Very noisy AC unit made the television very hard to hear, and the AC unit never cycled off.

We would have a dusting of material on our belongings near the vent each morning, and the hotel didn't know how to remedy the issue.

Breakfast was a pretty standard complimentary spread, which we are not big fans of; powdered eggs, bland potatoes, extra thing bacon, and waffle station

The loud noise coming from separate in-room unit of AC are very disturbing in the night and we couldn’t sleep well.

Hotel needs some work as it is a bit out dated, week a/c in the lobby and elevator when summer temps are reaching 99 degrees.

Their erratic  HVAC blows OPPOSITE of requested temperature air!!

Monroe put me in a room that carpet smelled, heater didn't work properly and was loud and kept me up all night, worse room in the place.

but vent didn't face beds which is only way I can sleep (being in a cooler environment).

The only ding that I would give is the room aircon loud.

but I could not get a good night of sleep because the A/C shuts off at night if you're not moving around the room and it gets hot quickly.

The thermostats have a motion sensor that only faces the living room area.

The air conditioning was extremely loud so we needed to turn it off at night.

Rooms couldn’t keep a consistent temperature as they’re more environmentally friendly and “could tell when you were out of the room” which meant when you were sleeping for more than an hour the ac shut off and the room got unbearably hot.

Whether it's their poor design choices in adding motion detectors to their already inadequate air conditioning systems, ensuring a hot and muggy stay during summer months, or the simple choice of going cheap on their elevators resulting in the slowest hotel elevators I have ever witnessed in the modern world, one quickly realizes Hyatt sought to cut costs over valuing the customer service.

Three times I asked the front desk to check the air conditioning,  it could not be regulated.

Only con would be our room had a loud HVAC system that made my husband's allergies worsen with the dampness/mold.

I could never get the room to go below 70 degrees even when the temp was set at the lowest (65) and the thermostat was not easy to read at all.

AC barely worked in the middle of September, thin walls could hear other guests at night, limited breakfast options and milk was spoiled one morning so I had to alert the staff, uncomfortable mattress.

We appreciated the free breakfast which had the exact items we generally eat-oatmeal and fruit.

We had breakfast in the morning and was fantastic.

In addition to an amazing front desk staff, the hotel is pristine and offers a great continental breakfast.

There is an amazing breakfast served each morning and coffee available 24/7.

but pleasant interactions with the women who cared wor the breakfast counters.

There is a free breakfast bar, and the hotel is close to Cracker Barrel (but you'd still have to drive).

Breakfast was solid with several options.

Great place to stay for work, room service daily, great breakfast (eggs, sausages, potatoes etc).

Breakfast is your normal breakfast at a hotel nothing extra.

The breakfast bar offered many options and was spread out for easy accessibility.

But the hotel has free breakfast and full kitchens which is nice and is in a really convenient location.

Breakfast Buffet is so plentiful and has everything.

The service is great, breakfast is better than most, good location to the NOVA area and close to airport.

Over 20 minutes to check in, TV malfunctioning, no answer to front desk phone and no one at front desk.

Even on the hotel's internal phone system, a repetitive message about made-to-order eggs for breakfast still exists.

Woke up in middle of night to this .. finding none of our phones charged.

Sleep was interrupted at 1:30am by unruly students running up and down the hallway and no hotel personnel around or answering calls to the front desk.

He said I should call or get him any time.

When it became apparent that I wouldn’t leave her alone until she checked the storage rooms and provided a crib she made a call to someone, asked where the cribs were, then angrily escorted me to the storage room and provided a crib that did not have a mattress (frame only).

I made several calls(6) before driver arrived.

After calling the facility personally to request a specific room type and making reservation for three nights, we arrived to an overbooked facility (as well as two other families) with staff who could have cared less and did NOTHING to assist.

however the shuttle driver said he was very busy and could not drop us off and we should call an uber.

-Hotel didnt input CC Form Info (Ive waited over 2 hours) -CC Form provided from company (Hotel still charged my personal credit card) -Need Invoices or call front desk (Ignore almost all calls and delays invoices, even when they stated they will send folios) -Checked out 9/22 (Hotel called stating they didn't know) Which means another employee didnt input in system ^

I asked over the phone before booking the room if they were pet friendly.

Anyways after calling 33 hotels and realizing nowhere had availability, i drove ANOTHER hour after 15 hours in the car and I am now sleeping on beach towels in a filthy budget inn.

but from the airport you have to call them first.

The air conditioner was broken, and we had to call maintenance to fix it.

I had to call security to have the people go inside since I could hear them.

In addition, housekeeping only provided 3 towels each day (we had 6 registered guests in the room) which meant we had to keep calling the front desk for more towels - every single day!

Switching rooms would've already been too late because we were tired and it's not that easy to move around with a young child. 3.

The thermostat would not go above 75 no matter what we tried.

The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was the heating and cooling.

And the air conditioning didn’t get too cold either.

Arrived to broken elevators, no water, the heating did not come on all night despite staff saying it would.

Our air conditioner was not cooling the room very quickly,

The air conditioning never got the room below 80 degrees.

Air conditioner did not work well both nights.

unfortunately the a/c in my room, both elliptical machines in the fitness center didn't work, and the computer system was down when I arrived so I had to wait over an hour to check in.

but the AC in the room failed to keep the room below 84 degrees during our stay.

The air conditioner was directly towards the top of the bed.it would be better if the bed was the other way in the room.

but the air conditioning didn't seem to be working quite right.

Someone came up to check the AC and said we should feel a difference within a half hour.

Cons: paper thin walls, no ventilation or fan in bathroom (so steamy after a shower!

Their downfall and my main concern is their poor use of the Air Conditioning System.

Also, the hotel, and the hotel room in particular (a King Suite), had a very bad, stuffy smell.

Excellent breakfast and great appreciation for welcome gift.

Their go bag breakfast was very helpful for my early morning g shuttle to the airport.

Breakfast was more than adequate, and staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent and very rich, with excellent options to select from.

TIPS: When you check in schedule your shuttle time
Ask for a to go breakfast bag if you leave before 6 am
PAY for a park and stay when you are making your hotel reservations.

Breakfast staff were also outstanding and provided a good variety of options and made sure nothing ran out during breakfast.

Maria and Nadia were very welcoming and ensured I enjoyed my breakfast.

They certainly take a clean stay to heart from the lobby, the room, the breakfast area, the swimming pool/spa (all heated and made my grandson smile) and everywhere you looked the place was shining.

The breakfast and breakfast lounge areas are among the best I've experienced, and staff is very attentive.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen my boyfriend so we met up here.Since I live in Sterling and he lives in Maryland.It was nice and quiet spending quality time together.So quite at night and in the morning just going downstairs and having breakfast was awesome

At first everything seemed ok until I looked down and there was a film of disgusting dirty slimy water floating.

Although a lady in my party was rude to him, he was beyond sweet and her nasty attitude did not move him one bit.

Our hallway smelled like a cross between a sweaty sock and the floor of a gym.

I usually clean hotel rooms that I stay at with Clorox wipes (because I am a clean freak) and find dust and dirt on the wipes.

The halls on our floor also lingered with the smell of smoke.

It was a non smoking room as we had requested.

The breakfast..The room..It all met our expectations.

Rooms were practically brand new, breakfast was delicious and well attended.

The breakfast area was very clean with a variety of good food.

Breakfast options were much better than average and options were excellent.

We enjoyed the breakfast - especially making our own waffles with lots of toppings (I think my daughter used up all of the rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips, and whipped cream).

Cute lobby and fresh coffee and breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was complementary and very good selection.

The rooms are super clean and beds and pillows are comfortable, breakfast was very good.

A lot of space for baggage in the room :)
