Made to order omlettes was served just once whereas at other embassy suites we had better buffet breakfast & exceptional omlettes that we could order multiple times.

Two room suites, breakfast included, and a complementary evening reception with snacks and beverages.

Hotel is safe and near many great restaurants and Breakfast is 5 Stars.

but after ordering an egg white vegetable omelet she showed she was anything but that.

The next morning we had an excellent breakfast cooked to order in the restaurant with a good choice of buffet items too.

Other issues such as the cigarette burn on the ottoman, the broken furniture in the room, and waiting over 45 minutes for a bath stopper that never arrived are annoying.

The last room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Floors are sticky because they didn’t mop, they just spray disinfectant on the floor and it has built up.

There was no microwave in my room to warm it up. Disgusting!

Rooms are dark, carpet is dirty and room has a smell.

If anyone has ever been around anyone that smokes, one knows that it sticks to your clothing so maybe that's what he was smelling.

Poor maintenance of smoke alarm batteries went off at 1am.

Maybe they're hoping you don't notice the dirty towels, linens, pillows and disgusting stains on the drapery.

but first put in a room that was clearly a smoker's room.

The rooms seemed outdated and had kind of a musty smell.

And, more importantly, the room smelled fresh and this is not the newest hotel.

but each time I rolled over the smell of chemicals either bleach or something was very strong.

Once you get beyond the sadness of that, the room was musty and difficult to cool down.

My room smelled musty and no air conditioning.

First of all despite booking a non smoking room, I was given a room that smells of smoke.

Each time they have started the process of cleaning the room while we were at breakfast on checkout day.

I also saw the same staff working breakfast in the morning and the bar in the evening.

Food at breakfast was very processed and prep packages few fresh options besides fruit, no bacon at breakfast.

Thank you to the entire staff - from desk, breakfast, managers happy hour bartender - she was awesome and I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out, the cleaning crew, and most of all, management for tackling the amazing renovations and keeping your employees happy and proud  to be a part of your team.

Every morning she greeted us at breakfast, said hi, and asked about our plans for the day.

Very difficult to find someone at the front desk - at one point I had to walk to the adjacent hotel to speak to someone because I couldn’t find anyone or get anyone on the phone.

Coming from out of town I was not pleased to hear that I have to pay for parking, this was after I booked over the phone and no one informed me about that, and I wish they had more choices for breakfast instead of scramble eggs and potatoes everyday,

We were also told that there were no limits on the occupancy for the indoor pool when booking over the phone.

After calling the property, I was advised that we're sorry.

We tried calling and the phone didn't work.

At the very least, providing some kind words when I had to call about the toilet being clogged, the broken microwave, and absolutely when there was no hot water delaying us to go meet p with family for Thanksgiving.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is when we requested a shuttle back to the airport, the front desk employee, who didn't seem as interested in our needs as her phone conversation, didn't tell the shuttle driver, so we watched as the shuttle pulled out from the hotel next-door which shares the shuttle, passing us by as we waited outside the front doors.

I call the front desk and they say it should be there any minute.

It was even a hassle to get a extra key made (mobile device does not always sync)  I would never stay where I am not welcomed.

I would call down there and they would say they would call me back and sometimes they did, and sometimes they didn't.

Was not made aware that we would have to call the hotel for the complimentary shuttle (assuming they made regular rounds), so waited longer than expected.

Had a horrible experience when calling hotel to question bill after check out.

If you Park & Fly, make sure you have the hotel number, and call them for shuttle pickup while you're waiting for your bags.

Be sure to call when you arrive at Dulles for Pick up as they do not often come unless you call.

One day there were no towels forcing me to call the front desk.

No notice as how to access the internet, and calling the desk took three tries before they bothered to explain it properly.

front desk said they would find something only to call back 30 minutes later saying they couldn't do it.

The bedframe was never fixed despite calls to the front desk, and attemps by housekeeping staff.

When the bar was busy, the counters and tables were filthy.

Iron spit white mineral residue all over black ironing board.

He discovered that the mattress bad cover was soiled with dried urine.

The room smell like a “motel” 

2) bath fixtures are old and rusty.

90% of the guests chose to not mask, I would reason that these guests wouldn’t feel uncomfortable if the staff did the same.

That was unacceptable as we were not going to have our child sleep on a bare mattress in a hotel (remember the urine stained mattress?).

Everything in the room was old and the chair’s fabric was filthy.

Hotel staff is not courteous, chek in was delayed for 40mins which is very tiresome after 13hrs long drive, I booked non moking room and was given smoking room at this point we are so tired to go back and request change of room.

Hilton properties should provide disinfecting supplies, like bleach wipes and Lysol spray for those who request it.

The pillow case on the pillow for the pull out bed was stained and dirty, there was black mold in the shower, and there was dirt and debris around one of the lamps.

Mold in the bathroom, clearning smell in the room, visible mold throughout the hotel, wear and tear on furniture, and three maintenance concerns that required calling the front desk.

The entire lobby smells like chlorine, bad LED lights EVERYWHERE, the cheapest lamps, toilet, faucets, furniture imaginable, etc.

The shower had very poor water pressure, even with little water it did not drain with hair filling the tube. Gross.

Only downside was terrible water pressure and room smelled a bit like wet carpet.

Room smelled of smoke which made me sick cause of my asthma.

though more modern furniture in the living room space would be a nice update.

When traveling with our family, we prefer suite hotels and this hotel has true suites with a bedroom with with a door separating the living room.

although the TV in the living room was able to do so.

The suite has a door between the bedroom and the living room, which make it a true one room suite!

Very noisy AC unit made the television very hard to hear, and the AC unit never cycled off.

We would have a dusting of material on our belongings near the vent each morning, and the hotel didn't know how to remedy the issue.

Breakfast was a pretty standard complimentary spread, which we are not big fans of; powdered eggs, bland potatoes, extra thing bacon, and waffle station

The loud noise coming from separate in-room unit of AC are very disturbing in the night and we couldn’t sleep well.

Hotel needs some work as it is a bit out dated, week a/c in the lobby and elevator when summer temps are reaching 99 degrees.

Their erratic  HVAC blows OPPOSITE of requested temperature air!!

Monroe put me in a room that carpet smelled, heater didn't work properly and was loud and kept me up all night, worse room in the place.

but vent didn't face beds which is only way I can sleep (being in a cooler environment).

The only ding that I would give is the room aircon loud.

but I could not get a good night of sleep because the A/C shuts off at night if you're not moving around the room and it gets hot quickly.

The thermostats have a motion sensor that only faces the living room area.

The air conditioning was extremely loud so we needed to turn it off at night.

Rooms couldn’t keep a consistent temperature as they’re more environmentally friendly and “could tell when you were out of the room” which meant when you were sleeping for more than an hour the ac shut off and the room got unbearably hot.

Whether it's their poor design choices in adding motion detectors to their already inadequate air conditioning systems, ensuring a hot and muggy stay during summer months, or the simple choice of going cheap on their elevators resulting in the slowest hotel elevators I have ever witnessed in the modern world, one quickly realizes Hyatt sought to cut costs over valuing the customer service.

Three times I asked the front desk to check the air conditioning,  it could not be regulated.

Only con would be our room had a loud HVAC system that made my husband's allergies worsen with the dampness/mold.

I could never get the room to go below 70 degrees even when the temp was set at the lowest (65) and the thermostat was not easy to read at all.

AC barely worked in the middle of September, thin walls could hear other guests at night, limited breakfast options and milk was spoiled one morning so I had to alert the staff, uncomfortable mattress.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and use of their airport shuttle.

I chose this hotel because of its quality and the fact that it advertised options of a pool, airport shuttle, and free breakfast - for which the price was reasonable.

Airport shuttle was quick to and from the airport.

You can leave your car for several days and take a free shuttle to the airport, for a very reasonable price.

Rather than stress about rushing to the airport early in the morning I stay at Hyatt the night before and wake refreshed and relaxed, enjoy a nice breakfast and take the shuttle to the airport.

Thankfully Comfort Inn shuttle was able to take us to airport at 5:25 and prevented us from missing our flight.

The free shuttle from the airport is also a plus as well as the free breakfast that was offered.

We did use the shuttle the next morning to get to the airport and back.

Airport Shuttle service by hotel was amazing.

Great choice of hotel:
-Room was excellent with beautiful kitchen, bathroom and bed (good for family)
-Free airport shuttle (a nice van not a crappy bus)
-Nice small swimming pool for an airport hotel
-Breakfast could be better :-)
-All of the above for a very low rate so you get a lot for your money

the front desk staff was pleasant and friendly, and there is a free airport shuttle from 5am-midnight.

Hotel airport shuttle runs every half hour beginning from 5a - midnight.

They also have a shuttle that will take you to the airport if you don't have a vehicle.

They have complimentary airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes.

We appreciated the free breakfast which had the exact items we generally eat-oatmeal and fruit.
