Firstly they were great, super positive and smiley, secondly the food was delicious, thirdly the atmosphere is so gorgeous and cozy.

Well located in the city, good restaurant and nice breakfast, which is all needed when traveling for business.

You can literally get an enormous amount of delicious meals, snacks, even soups and traditional for Bulgaria specialitetes.

Breakfast room and resturant beautifully decorated with lovely atmosphere and plenty of choice to choose from.

Although we did not eat in the restaurant we did have breakfast each morning which had a great choice of Continental as well as hot food, fresh juices, good coffee and pancakes made to order!

She brought later some eggs because I rejected the dish.

Conveniently located for walking around the town.

Disadvantage was the smell of cigarettes in the room and lots of noice of water running somewhere at night.

Far from being the best,  I took a shower with cold water, and had to call reception for  it to be repaired.

There was a compliment of coffee "illi" and min water!We have not slept in a better hotel in Stara Zagora.Large single beds 120 cm.

Breakfast is available in the cafe right next to the reception, and receptionists are very nice.

After the delicious and cheap meal at the restaurant we walked round the neighborhood and found it quite clean and peaceful.

The breakfast is served in front of the hotel which we enjoyed and it's nice to sit and watch the locals passing by.we came in early one evening  to have a drink in front of the hotel

Upon arrival we were offered a choice of 3 options for breakfast next morning.

The elevator had some disturbing jolts going down every time.

but there is a general problem with the drainage in the bathroom, the wall in the shower is chipped and the elevator is ridiculously slow.

You can park outside, if it is Saturday afternoon or Sunday.

There is a private parking lot (for no more than 3 cars) which is great because parking places in the city centre are few.

There is also private parking for few cars, no reservations though.

Everything was more than just to our expectations as besides a comfortable spacious room with all the amenities and safe parking space we were offered a 10% discount card in a nearby restaurant.

You have your choice of menu options, not a buffet.

The city center location of the hotel is excellent and within a short walk to the local farmers market, many stores and boutiques, restaurants, entertainment venues and tourist attractions.

They do now have there own restaurant which is a few minutes walk away we ate there one evening and enjoyed it ,the food was excellent, well presented, good service and value for money.

You may use 10% discount in a nice garden restaurant near-by in an century-old Art Nouveau house (Buhchevata House).

The connecting cafe on street level is super convenient, always has tables available and service is prompt.

but we were directed to the "Patissimo" Restaurant just across the street.

There were two restaurants: one was a winery and the staff was briliant, we had bbq pork neck stake and seabass + pink tomato salad (delicious).

The restaurant is good, food is delicious, service is excellent,

The rate included Wi-Fi and free breakfast, which was awesome.

Precisely at 10.00 am they clean the tables and the buffet which is irritating.

Breakfast was included in the rate and we had a lot of things to choose from
Dinner in the restaurant Ala cart,was 1st class, experienced waiters given an excellent service and Chef ensured we had great dishes.

All SPA personnel were very friendly and polite and make you “feel wonderful” and you may relax at all …

I didn’t visit the spa part- and I assume most guests will come here for the spa relaxation.

If you are looking for a perfect spa relaxation, you should try this spa center.

I tried the Balian massage - really relaxing and strongly recommended.

Swimming pool is about 17-18 metres long with relaxing warm water and built-in jakuzi and water massage zones.

As it is said and in the title the spa is great with 25 metres swimming pool, 
2 sauna, 2 hamam, cold water and masaz services.

The swimming pool is big enough for swimming and the water in it is pleasantly warm.

We would happily stay here again, the room was just what was required, the breakfast was more than adiquate.

Breakfast was ok. Not much to choose from.

my experience in many other restaurants across bulgaria has been very positive.

The restaurant is really good, with a nice garden, open air berbecue, fresh fish offers, deep understanding of good products and trying to use as much local products as possible - the chef, Toni Ivanov, is one of the most active and prized in the country.

I was pleased with a good level of service and food.

Forum Hotel has very good restaurant with Bulgarian cuisine, it is really tasty.

The people are very nice and welcoming (I really enjoyed the morning breakfast -> traditional Bulgarian ingredients).

The continental breakfast was also nice and more than sufficient.

Breakfast was Bulgarian, typically cheeses, tomato, cucumber and egg, served with perfect toast with jams or honey.

The hotel also has a playground and really nice tennis court, so in terms of outdoor activities you have a few good choices.

The room had views over the tennis court and was large with a nice wet room and was also very clean.

Hotel Jack also houses a clay court tennis club, and some of the rooms overlook the courts, which were busy well into the evenings.

The second week of my stay was in a double bedded room at the back of the hotel, which didn't overlook the courts.
