The equipment in the bathroom should be changed as it is really low quality.

The bathroom was also very small and the suite was rather disappointing - it would have been OK if we booked a discount junior suite,

The bath was also quite high up so might be a challenge for some!

Arrived to room- found big hair ball from probably previous guest on shower mat.

but the shower place was tight and water did not drain so well.

The toilette was smelling through the whole spa area.

but receptionist said "don't wear bathrobe for dinner".

You get the feeling from the past while missing nothing of today's amenities.

There were something wrong with the toilet, so there was a foul smell,

If you happen to buy STANDARD room, you will get very old furniture (at least 20 years old if not more) and bathroom, which definitely isn't 4* level.

Chairs in the spa was dirty, leaky and dirtied from pigeons.

Izba aj kúpeľňa bola čistá, ale vankúš bol otrasný a WC skoro odpadlo zo steny keď som si sadla (a to vážim len 50 kíl).

Second very negative experience was the cleanness: hairs on the bed linen, stones on the floor in the toilet, housekeepers did'n use a vacuum cleaner for the carpet.

We went to our rooms for a shower before dinner and I was surprised that a hotel which can only be described as "luxurious" doesn't bother to provide a shower curtain, meaning that of course water goes everywhere in the bathroom when using the shower.

The shower is really really small & was not very clean.

Receptionist managed to smile despite the large number of guests and (I mean this literally) invasion of noisy, ruthful Czech pensioners who were requiring immediate assistance with repairing of their rooms’ amenities.

The whole our stay flowed toilet and nor its purity was not in standard.

been here for honeymoon and was constant problems with door entry, shower and light.

We had hair in our bathroom and toilet area.

Service good and excellent breakfast where you could have freshly cooked fried eggs and omelette and expansive buffet selection.

We had a choice of 2 breakfast meals and about 5 dinner meals including a vegetarian option!

Breakfast was perfect and had great variety 
The room was large with wonderful views over the mountains as you will see from the photo.

Wellness spa is spacious with cozy outdoor pool, breakfast selection will satisfy even the most challenging gourmet.

I highly recommend having both breakfast and dinner here.

Breakfast and dinner for me and my partner was very good.

Breakfast had a huge variety from which to choose from.

When you are aching from all that walking, head back to the hotel and unwind in the heated infinity pool whilst watching the sun go down, before heading to the restaurant for a delicious meal.

but especially the barmen who mixed outstandingly delicious cocktails were gorgeous and satisfied all my needs.

The food is quite nice, especially breakfast.

The evening buffet selelection was also good.

Both breakfast and dinner had vast selection to choose from so everyone found what they like and during the dinner there was some live cooking as well.

They have delicious breakfast with wide selections to choose from.

During breakfast man people had to wait outside the restaurant for free seats.

The food was very good, dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast had a large selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, cheese, cakes.

However, rooms and breakfast were for 3 star hotels.

Not sure if they wash the floor after each guest.

What was a bit annoying is that there was no limit to how many guest can enter the wellness so it was very crowded with no place to sit down or lay down.

My suggestion to make training for the staff more and let them to know how to attend the guest from out of the country.

I was guest for 1 night only in the Hotel early January .

however still a room for improvement for the waiters in the bar, they looked annoyed by the guests and not happy to serve them.

Some of guests complained about the wi-fi connection in the room.

Only after 10 minutes of discussion (with other guests waiting in line and listening) and saying that we are celebrating anniversary we were provided another room.

Its spa and wellness centrum - it is really amazing, providing top class services, pools, saunas (although the staff should be more attentive to guests who do not respect clothing-free zone, so saunas might be unusable if they seat inside in pretty wet swimsuit), rest-rooms.

Hotel also allows external guest to go in (very expensive for them again - around 50E entrance). But in the whole wellness with saunas, steambaths, pools, whirpools for around 50 people, there is just 1, say JUST ONE (!!!)

We got a discount voucher and were bit afraid if the level of the service won't be lower compared to 'standard' guests.

The Christmas program was for guests over 6Oties.

The Spa is one of the gratest, we especially loved the outdoor pool.

It is spacious and has everything you need including a heated outdoor pool.

The outdoor pool is great, the whole spa as well.

Spa is nice, especially the hot outdoor pool, which was mostly crowded.

The SPA center is definitely a great attraction, especially the outdoor pool that can be used even in the rain (and your are not freezing :) ).

but it's the outdoor pool and jacuzzi which are wonderful the pool has stunning views and kept at 36 degrees all year round.

Especially outdoor pool and ,,bubbling” attractions offers spectacular views and one can spend literally hours there.

Evening in swimming pool with jacuzzi was the best part of the day after all day exploring Tatranska Lomnica.

Great spot to enjoy sauna and  jacuzzi after a day of hiking or skiing.

It is a very pretty indoor swimming pool, various saunas and an amazing hot water huge tub, where you can soak looking at the snow capped mountains.

There was also a lovely outdoor (heated) pool and jacuzzi.

The hotel had also wellness with steam/finish/bio/infra sauna as well as swimming pool.

The spa is excellent with a great pool for proper swimming and friendly staff.

Being there was enjoyable and never forgeting view from swimming pool on fascinating mountains.

The dinner was a nice surprise, they offered great selection of food.

One  of the best hotels in High Tatras, very good spa, very good food and friendly staff and the hotel is near the forest.

The food was really tasty and all individually wrapped/covered for extra safety!

We ate in the restaurant and true food was good.

A large ground for lobby area does meals and drinks from quote a small bar and there is a restaurant just off the lobby.

Dinners were also plentiful and varied each day.

It was really tasty, a pleasure for the eye too.

It wasn’t spectacular and if you were staying for over a week you might want to venture out to the nearby restaurants and bars (a 5-10 min walk).

The staff were kind, rooms clean, nice spa.

The hotel has saunas set at different temperatures a great way to relax after a day out in the mountains.

Massage is real highlight of this hotel - try classic massage with Tatra wood - it really is great treat after hike or just to relax.

it is a real 4 star hotel with a very comfortable SPA service.

From parking, bar, nice rooms, historical design, brunch, spa.

They were pampered in spa (saunas are great and outdoor heated pool was perfect even for non-swimming mother in law (do not take this as a joke, pls :-).

Reception staff absolutely requires some training.

I can eat only gluten and lactose free food, when i told it to waiters, they were so helpful.

however when u finally got in the front desk was helpful at least.

Masks were mandatory in the hotel and every member of staff wore one too.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated with ambiental music and attentive staff.

Service throughout the property is pleasant and professional.

The waiter Matus acted in a professional and very hospitable manner and remembered our preferences from previous night, which enhanced our positive perception of the stay.

This hotel has great potential, most of staff is polite, location is great as well as Wellness facilities here

It is a short drive to several attractions in the area if the weather is not good for mountain activities.

The outdoor one is with warm water so we could enjoy the views to the valley whilst being in.

The hotel has beautiful views of the mountains, on a clear day the views are spectacular.

The large park area below the hotel is truly stunning at this time of year.

To my surprise hotel's staff sent it back to me to Warsaw with no extra charge.

but according the waitress “we will MAYBE have tomorrow”
- waiting for the menu card 15 minutes, while the 3 waiters were chatting 
- no fresh mint tea, no fresh ginger tea 
- they do not open a bottle of vine for only one glass of vine from the type of bottle they served one glass yesterday 
- beetroot salad with 3 peaces of beet 
- the waiters never remember who orderes what, 90% they (want to) put the food/drink in front of another person at the table
- breakfast shall be served from 7, but half of the “main food types” was missing till 7:30 (eggs, pancake, etc.)

Only downside that the spa can only used for two hours and it's extra charge.

Photos show all sorts of delightful hot, steamy, bubbly spa facilities.

Seldom you can feel such friendly welcome. Facility: anything you need is available at hotel, even a complimentary visit to external Jacuzzi (provided it's not that busy!)

Modern, spacious, well equipped and cozy apartment assure the quality of your rest.

Perfectly located hotel with easy access to all facilities around, as cable cabins to Skalnate lake or to the train or buss stations.

They advertise as if they have a swimming pool and a tennis court.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped.

The house is brand new, very well equipped and furnished with taste!!

We also loved the spa - such a fabulous facility!

but more well equipped than other hotels I have stayed at, gym was a little bit warm but I guessed it provided better conditions to work out a sweat.

The superior rooms are large and include a living room and a kitchenette, most staff members are nice (although very few of them understand English), and the location is excellent.

Pros:
The hotel is in a nice location, with a beautiful view.

Great food, convenient parking, close to interesting spots in Tatrzańska Lomnica, and hiking trails.

Very nice hotel, nice and clean rooms, perfect kitchen, good wifi, convenient cigar room, free parking, enjoyable ski resort.

We request an extra bed for three days and agree to pay the 180 euro extra for this (all included) the bed in bedroom was also a bit hard.

but no coffee or tea - when I asked about this at reception, I was told that if we wanted tea or coffee, we could request room service.

To be fair they did turn it off when asked.

butter had run out half an hour ago; on one morning there were fruit flies around the fruit (with at least one piece of fruit that had begun to rot); refilling of items at the buffet sometimes happened, sometimes not; and on some mornings we were asked for our room number, on some not.

Worst of all, seems like they do not understand what it means to be a vegetarian in the Tatras - despite having asked about the meal options before our arrival, and being assured vegetarian options would be available - 2 nights out of three there was chicken soup  and no non-meat options.

We also dined at the restaurant and the food and the service was excellent.

So no extra information about dinner, shops or even the ski area.

Food is average for hotel 4stars category.

The food as part of our package was Nice and good variety.

The same relates to services in the restaurant, spa and etc.

I can honestly recommend this place for food!
