The Executive lounge on the top floor is an oasis of tranquility with great panoramic views of the city.

Staying in the deluxe room and above also entitles you to access the executive lounge located in the 30th floor which was very nice.

The service from the receptionist and the staffs at the executive lounge (Ms Janti and Ms Febi) are very helpful.

In executive lounge, Mr. Teguh and Mr. Wawan served me with a friendly way.

We stayed at #2207, #1801, #1811 and especially for #2507 got the access to the Executive Lounge.

We had access to the executive lounge where we could have quiet breakfast and free afternoon tea.

We had access to Executive lounge at 30th floor.

Comfortable and completly Fitnes center , poolside  area with resort style, executive lounge, bar.

And the executive lounge at floor 30, the finger food and the view is excellent.

I would like to highlight Mas Wawan in the executive lounge who was very toughtful to us during the evening tea and breakfast.

The executive lounge at the 30th floor was amazing, they have free afternoon tea with some pastry, sushi and fruit selection from 10 pm to 5pm and then free wine and beer from 6 to 7pm.

Also lovely executive lounge on the 30th floor.

We were stay at Alila Executive Room and entitled for the breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails at their Executive lounge, the food are second to none and so the service.

I stayed in an executive room with access to the executive lounge.

The staff are very friendly since we arrived, and they did the explanation very well about t&c and the compliments that we got.

but why they have additional request on traveloka?

No pool attendant, only 2 ladies asked the room number and handed out swimming towels, no drinking water for the guests.

Their restaurant has very limited choice and also the taste is so so, even they will charge you if you request for iced coffee or iced latte, what kind of 5 stars hotel is it?

We had to phone the desk 3 times to remind them to send our request.

This time, we were not that satisfied, requested for a non smoking bathroom

Only when i asked 2nd staff then she came back with the cutlery.

Check-in and check-out was hassle free, I never had to wait too long for any kind of service I requested, be it concierge, breakfast, laundry, front office.

Request for early check in one room , due to they'll coming by train from jkt to solo, just now I asked for the room, FO said there'll be 25% charge for early check in at 9am.

We asked for the highest floor possible and we are given the 28th floor which feels like on the cloud especially when there is no other high rise around.

So I asked her to call us the next day about its availability.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and asked for early check in because we have toddler in tow.

He knows that we were sick and suddenly he came to our table and bring 2 glass of hot water with lime and honey without we asked.

We get room problem such as the lights ( wardrobe light was off so hard for us to find our things ) technician came many times to fix it & problem with the bed type we requested.

I'm really dissapointed actually, this is a 5 star hotel and when the staff did a mistake, they asked the customer to bear it.

When we asked for the food to be cancelled, it came.

I came down like around 15:40 and asked again, holy, the staff told me I still need to wait for another 20 mins for my 4th room !

I requested pick up at the airport and my flight arrived 25 minutes early and the concierge managed to be there way before my earlier than scheduled arrival.

They have a local solo kind of bubur and jenang.

Best location near to mall and many varieties food for breakfast, very helpful staffs, comfy bed and clean room, strict to the health protocol and worth it for money.

The staff are really helpful, especially Mba Dini, Mba Febi and Mas Teguh from the Sky Lounge.

Breakfast was good, good assortment, good taste, and safe, as food can only be accessed by the staff.

Special shout-out to Ms. Dini - Sky Lounge Host and Ms. Hartini - Guest Relations Manager for your warm hospitality and excellent services.

Lovely airy reception area, very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent rooftop bar with live music and a varied breakfast buffet.

Receptionist also very quick to help getting us taxi when checking out.

The lounge gave us a very pleasant experience to spend our time, kudos to Mr. Wawan for his kindness and hospitality.

The sky lounge staff displayed exceptional service, especially Mbak Dini, Mbak Edti and Mas Teguh who were very warm and super helpful.

My first experience with Alila was in Bali in the beginning of this year and I was very impressed with all of the aspects so I put Alila on my personal list.

Overall it was great experience, definitely will come back someday.

I felt very unsafe most of the time, even with double mask and face shield, and cant wait to leave the premise as soon as we can!

We even had to wait to get coffee and tea because they RAN OUT OF CUPS.

So better off with freshly cut fruits

It was rather busy hotel so waiting for lift was quite an issue

Thin walls between the toilets, thank goodness not the room area.

Breakfast on the 1st  of Jan was full so had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated,

Have to wait a long time just to get a piece of cake.

While waiting checkin, they served you a cold drink with towel.

It seemed they became chatting while I was waiting in the line.

I need to wait 15 minutes for bacon which is a bit troublesome.

although last time we had some miscommunication with the receptionist and have to wait several hours before allowed entering the room.

Executive lounge breakfast very little choice, waited 45 minutes for a coffee with only 1 other guest in.

May be the epic resto need more space at weekend.. so we dont need to wait for an empty table.. just to get our breakfast.

But for check in taking some times, We must waiting about 30 - 1 hours.

We were waiting about an hour (till 4pm) for our room, I understand because this is a high season for hotels.

But we need to check-in earlier than 3 p.m.. too tired for us who are the out-of -town visitors if we have to wait until 3 p.m to get our rooms.

So in the morning we had to wait for some time to get down to the lobby because so many people were going down too.

My sister had to stay to wait for the bill.

After waiting for 15 mins in the lobby, I got the 3rd room and again I was informed the 4th room still not ready yet.

Small shower bathroom with water splash out when take a shower and make the outside's floor slippery.

The shower water stream also flowed to the closet pot cubicle, it made the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery.

al also bring your own bottled water to the gym as they use regular glass and water dispenser that might not be handy during covid situatio.

Refill 1 water bottle for me to drink is forbidden from the gym.

The hotel management (said the reception) in this hotel No welcome drink they said due to Co Vid, after 12 hrs driving and you expect can drink “something” nice, actually they can provide a glass of “cheap” mineral water if they worry about “co vid” .

The downside was water flow at the shower need to be improved, also there was no bath tub.

Beside that there’s no boundaries at the shower area so the water can explode to another area in bathroom.

Unfortunately getting warm water is relatively difficult to set.

Reception said they have a water problem,thats why its happen.

Heard water dripping in the wall with it running out through a power socket.

*Height for shower place is too flat and water went to the room area.

The water runs from the shower into the toilet, meaning that the toilet basically floods.

And they just let us sit there to wait and wait, we don't even get a welcome drink or water.

Soap (body wash) in the bathroom appears to be remains slippery after long wash, not sure due to water hardness or remains personal.

First, I felt that there were no standards in the Housekeeping service; sometimes they left the bathroom door open somethings they did not, sometimes they folded the bath mat above the toilet sometimes on the floor, sometimes they brought spare laundry bag and form when I requested for laundry service and sometimes they did not.

And for bathroom sometimes out bad smell..

One of the bathrooms in our room smelled bad.

Bathroom size is not proportional with the room size, too small.

I supposed to stay at the hotel for 3 nights, i found the room and the bath room dirty and smelled bad.

The bathroom's door lock doesn't suit the 4star hotel, we asked for grilled sausage during breakfast

2. the wastafel (or toilet sink / washbasin), the warm water is not warm.

however the bath math it is almost black, the bath towel grey and the bedding stains everything.

The quality of water at the pool not so good for eyes , my eyes becoming red after swimming and the spogot at shower for taking bath at pool changing room was broken  , warm water while taking bath, was good,.

The location is perfect.just one step ahead to the most prestigius mall in solo.unfortunetly bathroom need some repairation and may be need some renovation for modern feelings.

I tried to calm down with a shower, i think warm water shall wash away my nightmare,

I was having problem with the shower in contributing the hot water.

Clean, except for the visible mold on the walls in the shower area.

For Indonesian people could call me "kampungan" because I'm not used to bathrooms that don't have a door

however the room wasn’t great, the towels where not white, more grey, same with the bedding, the in room safe did not work, it was fixed after I informed reception, there was no shelf in the shower to put soap etc on, this was replaced after a complaint to house keeping, the bar fridge did not work, once again repaired after a complaint was made.

Bath amenities such liquid soap, bar soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush were available.

the porcelain wastafel was crack 20cm long, and the toilet flush can't operate.

She was always being nice, helpful, and friendly.

This is our 4th stay in Paragon Solo, Very convenient place to stay as everything such mall asnd restaurants next door.

The hotel is also located right next to a mall, highly convenient.

The food is good to beside that when you wanna go to mall you just walk around and you will see the mall.

Mall next door, tall building in solo, nice view from the room-city and lawu mountain, next to train station and dalem kalitan, the ambience felt like home, thats good.

Hotel is connected to the mall, where you can find stalls, restaurants, cinemas, department store and supermarket.

This is nice and excelent hotels and it servives and facilities that integrated with shoping mall at the center of city.

The plus points are they connect to shopping mall and near the train station.

Connected to the Mall, so very easy to find anything.

but for main course i like if it more variant.for room i think its need more removation.overall i like stay at solo paragon hotel and residence.
