The breakfast menu have so many varieties, and it taste delicious.

It’s been a great experience staying at best western premiere..the room is clean, the food is delicious..room service is super fast, front office is nice..had a good deep sleep when i stayed there, obviously will be back another time..keep it up!! !

It’s our first first time have a chance to enjoying Breakfast Meals at Crytal Sapphire Restaurant, Best Western Hotel Solo Baru.

Even though the lift capacity cannot handle the guest when its full

We have to wait long enough to get in because the elevator always full.

And finally I get my room key card, to get my turn to enter the elevator need about 15 minutes to get my turn since the guests to go up quite massive.

I was staying on 17 fl and it took some times to get the lifts to either going up nor down.

Additionally, we had to wait for so long to get the elevator, as there were only 3 elevators serving 22 floors.

And you have to add the number of the lift, long queeing after the meeting's done, was so annoying.

Just a small thing that i dont like at that time.. since the hotel was full (it was during hari raya lebaran), the lift was not good.

The lift was really bad, we had to wait for long time queue since the lift always full passangers.

The only improvement this hotel need to make is to have a faster and bigger size elevator to accomodate full capacity hotel

but the lift work so slow, not like the other hotel.

What I dislike is the elevator is very slow and it makes some creepy sound.

The worst part of my stay is the long time waiting for an elevator.

too bad they have not enough elevator so we wait quite long time everytime we want to ride.

lift only 3 and it was too little for the 22 floors so waiting for the elevator to come to bring us down into is a dull moments.

and that would be your entertainment all night long, reported to security doesnt seems to help..

Busy time, please expect waiting for half an hour at least to get your chance to enter the lifts, they have 4 passengers lifts

Very slow lift-  From level 2 (breakfast place) to lobby is just one floor down,but no staircase.

The space of the lift not big enough and they only have 3 lift to handle all the guest.

5/5..location, (near to the mall and it is just walking distance only).. 5/5 cleanness  ( i find it is clean and the bathroom is also clean).

The location is so strategic, it's close to mall, which have a plenty store to choose.

I really like this hotel, the room is huge, breakfast is delicious, the service is nice and excellent, the staff are friendly, and the place is very strategic near mall and near many “warung” that sell local cuisine with cheap price.

Laundry was not brought to our room despite my constant telephone call to the front desk asking about that.

When I about to enter my room, the aisle so much noisy with the guest nearby my room and also got harashment from the guests from room maybe 2102 or 2104 not so sure

The only problem came when our neighbour use bathroom , the sound of water running was noisy.

While dining it was very noisy in the kitchen and the food trolley need to re grease.

The minus factor of this hotel was the noise from the vehicles.

Although rather far from city center ( about half an hour drive in light traffic ), it is still a better place to stay.

The noise from the next room bathroom is ridiculously disturbing, especially in early morning or late night.

Because of the heavy traffic, after about 15 hours driving, we decided to stop in Solo to rest.

I made the video when a noise that lasts.

One noticable negative is the walls, doors and ceilings are seems thin, if you stay there during busy time, good luck getting some quiet time even at night, ppl out and about in the corridor, babies cry from other room, worst is if you have a noisy neighbour right on top of your room, squeeking noise of the movable wooden chairs and the tiles floor is not a good combination, it makes a super noisy friction.

But using Waze, it was not that far and the traffic in Solo is not that heavy.

but it is not a big problem since the traffic in Solo is very light.

Slow wifi, rooms not soundproof so its quite noisy in the morning.

included in the list of my favorite hotels in solo, the food is very good, the rooms are clean and the service is very friendly, the swimming pool is also good, will definitely visit again.

All is well, except 2 things the food was slow in refilling, and there was no covid satgas in restaurant, so people can sit wherever he want with no care about sign of social distancing, after eat people could talk each other without mask in restaurant.

Unfortunately the speed of service in reception desks are slow.

Service was slow too, sometimes no one pickup the phone when we dial for help.

The hotel is near The Park Mall, we enjoy walking from hotel to the Mall.

And when I’m about to get my key card on recepsionist desk I must wait for 30 minutes to line up while actually only 2 people in fron of me,

Sunday afternoon until Monday, waiting time was slightly better .

we back to the hotel around 3PM and the room still not ready so we have to wait

2. no greetings, no smile, even when the room were not ready at all, no sorry from them.

I waited for 20 minutes before somebody finally attend to me.. kinda disappointed in that part.

I waited for 15min just get down to the lobby..

He told us for certain menu like chinesse food, we had to wait for lil' long time

the lift, the lift is so slow, when during high season periode, we have to queue quite long to wait the lift.

There is a lobby lounge in which we can relax and sip a glass of wine or coffee while waiting for the check-in process.

If you want to eat boiled egg, you have to request it and wait when they cook it first.

Only that i've to wait a little time at the lobby before my room ready due to high occoupancy at the time, fair and understandable.

During our stay at Best Western the hotel was full book and we got the room at 20th floor so when we wanted to go up or down we had to wait 15-30 minutes.

Dimsum was okay, egg-white omelette was good, pastries were okay, regular hot tea for the guests.

One of the best hotel in Solo, great facilities, clean and breakfast has many varieties and changes menu everyday.

The Executive lounge on the top floor is an oasis of tranquility with great panoramic views of the city.

Staying in the deluxe room and above also entitles you to access the executive lounge located in the 30th floor which was very nice.

The service from the receptionist and the staffs at the executive lounge (Ms Janti and Ms Febi) are very helpful.

In executive lounge, Mr. Teguh and Mr. Wawan served me with a friendly way.

We stayed at #2207, #1801, #1811 and especially for #2507 got the access to the Executive Lounge.

We had access to the executive lounge where we could have quiet breakfast and free afternoon tea.

We had access to Executive lounge at 30th floor.

Comfortable and completly Fitnes center , poolside  area with resort style, executive lounge, bar.

And the executive lounge at floor 30, the finger food and the view is excellent.

I would like to highlight Mas Wawan in the executive lounge who was very toughtful to us during the evening tea and breakfast.

The executive lounge at the 30th floor was amazing, they have free afternoon tea with some pastry, sushi and fruit selection from 10 pm to 5pm and then free wine and beer from 6 to 7pm.

Also lovely executive lounge on the 30th floor.

We were stay at Alila Executive Room and entitled for the breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails at their Executive lounge, the food are second to none and so the service.

I stayed in an executive room with access to the executive lounge.

Free flow of wine for an hour at Executive lounge.

but why they have additional request on traveloka?

No pool attendant, only 2 ladies asked the room number and handed out swimming towels, no drinking water for the guests.

Good breakfast

- The waiter need to speed up bring requested water and coffee
- Make sure shower in bathroom working properly

Their restaurant has very limited choice and also the taste is so so, even they will charge you if you request for iced coffee or iced latte, what kind of 5 stars hotel is it?

We had to phone the desk 3 times to remind them to send our request.

This time, we were not that satisfied, requested for a non smoking bathroom

Only when i asked 2nd staff then she came back with the cutlery.

Check-in and check-out was hassle free, I never had to wait too long for any kind of service I requested, be it concierge, breakfast, laundry, front office.

Request for early check in one room , due to they'll coming by train from jkt to solo, just now I asked for the room, FO said there'll be 25% charge for early check in at 9am.

We asked for the highest floor possible and we are given the 28th floor which feels like on the cloud especially when there is no other high rise around.

So I asked her to call us the next day about its availability.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and asked for early check in because we have toddler in tow.

He knows that we were sick and suddenly he came to our table and bring 2 glass of hot water with lime and honey without we asked.

We get room problem such as the lights ( wardrobe light was off so hard for us to find our things ) technician came many times to fix it & problem with the bed type we requested.

I'm really dissapointed actually, this is a 5 star hotel and when the staff did a mistake, they asked the customer to bear it.

When we asked for the food to be cancelled, it came.

I came down like around 15:40 and asked again, holy, the staff told me I still need to wait for another 20 mins for my 4th room !

I requested pick up at the airport and my flight arrived 25 minutes early and the concierge managed to be there way before my earlier than scheduled arrival.

My stay with Alila Solo is one of the best experience I've ever had.

I did love the all you can eat buffet, and we like to swimming pool.

The restaurant was full, waiting line are so many.

Taking into account thats the hotel was mostly indoors with no outdoor area also another concern, leaving to no proper air circulation 

I felt very unsafe most of the time, even with double mask and face shield, and cant wait to leave the premise as soon as we can!

We even had to wait to get coffee and tea because they RAN OUT OF CUPS.

So better off with freshly cut fruits

It was rather busy hotel so waiting for lift was quite an issue

Thin walls between the toilets, thank goodness not the room area.

Breakfast on the 1st  of Jan was full so had to wait almost 30 minutes to get seated,

Have to wait a long time just to get a piece of cake.

While waiting checkin, they served you a cold drink with towel.

It seemed they became chatting while I was waiting in the line.

I need to wait 15 minutes for bacon which is a bit troublesome.

although last time we had some miscommunication with the receptionist and have to wait several hours before allowed entering the room.
