Pool was lovely and clean all holiday and the shaded area at the bar was great for when we were a bit to hot.

but all food and drink comes from the bar behind and is payable.

Drinks from the bar are basic, cocktails and real spirits come at a price.

but doesn’t work in guest rooms unless you are right above the bar.

The main pool is the one next to the bar and restaurant.

The staff behind the bar and staff who wait on the tables in the restaurant and the cleaners are a credit to the place, they go above and beyond to be friendly and serve customers, they make the place great.

Just got back home after 2 week stay at this hotel 
The hotel is great all the bar staff work all day and night  and a so friendly the cleaners are friendly everyone is happy the hotel is by shops and bars there is a market on a Saturday at the back of the hotel about 10min walk you can walk to the beach where you will find loads of shop restaurants the walk back is abit hilly

Reception very helpful also staff at the Bar & Restaurant was great.

The bar staff are simply fantastic always happy, very friendly exceptional service Ismail, Ali & Yusuf thank you so much for our vodka & coke, red wine & lemonade and rum & coke.🤪

 And not forgetting the strawberry daiquiris🍓🍓🍓

The whole hotel is great so clean and tidy.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, it is great hotel with everything you need,  entertainment,  pools,  bar,  nice room,  friendly staff,  especially bar man Ismail Demir very hard worker and waiter Hasan Demir.

The staff were friendly and did what they could to please and look after guests, bar staff were friendly and some what entertaining 😂😂 and always happy to help, İsmail Demir and his team did good and never had to wait for a drink and always happy to help with a smile, overall the hotel did good and I hope to visit again.

Turkish night wasn't bad, camels around and the bar staff did some brilliant Turkish dancing 

The local beach is beautiful and sandy.

Wide variety of drinks at the bar and for a small payment fresh cocktails are made by restaurant manager hasan, these are well worth ordering.

We came to the hotel for the first time and we liked the location of the hotel, its garden, pools and bar area.

We ate at The Crown, regularly and Kayis Bar.

They have a market on the Turkish night, where you can’t even just enjoy the all inclusive without the market men hassling you as they are right next to the bar, around the pool.

Everyone from reception bar staff cleaners Entertainment and management make you feel part of their family.

but no attention to detail, cupboard doors had hand marks etc , they were glossy surfaces and showed up like a sore thumb, in bathroom every thing clean except the soap defender lot of grime and dust, but nothing worrying I had some wipes, shower was awesome nice hot water. 2.

Air con only in living room so rooms roasting, windows and doors open causes you to go up to bugs in bed.

However, the bedrooms never really cooled and we all had to sleep with every door open all night.

During the 2nd week a cot also appeared outside our front door which also remained there until we  left.

Both shower heads sprayed everywhere except on you, doors didn’t meet properly so ended up with a flood everywhere.

The shower mat only got changed the day before we left even though again I’d left it on the floor right by the front door

A lot of the doors were broken and the stairs outside were filthy.

It was also difficult to know staff as they all dressed casual

Rooms

The rooms are very basic even for 3 star hotel, the bed felt like there was a piece of plywood instead of a mattress, it didnt look entirely clean as we could se small things like blots of sun creams on doors, and handprints from the previous tenants.

The doors leading externally including the 2 balcony doors all had chains on them, this is something little

but if the rush to enter the restaurant as the doors opened is anything to go by it must be nice.

although a good size the finish of the room was terrible, looked like someone had broken the door frame in the bathroom and was just stuck back on very badly.

And sorted the lock out on the back door which didnt lock.

In the main bedroom a double wardrobe, door fell off!

Arrived at 1am in the morning after a long journey no where to get a drink, after signing in was taken to room 101 which is dated, the bathroom door didn't shut, shower needed replacing and no plug for the sink.

Door frames coming away from the walls, nails sticking out, exposed electrics, marble slab outside door broke twice and many more.

Tried to kick us out at 12 into another room and then at 6pm to the luggage room, this was by note through our door, we couldn't find the manager anywhere so I ended up leaving him a note back.

The rooms needed some attention 
e.g door frame hanging loose and no hot water for two days.

At  the side of the doors are sockets  quite high up so you have to be inventive when you charge your devices.

The hotel was mainly occupied by younger couples with children under five so the restaurant was busy earl doors at every meal sitting as the children were fed

Opened a door to another room to be bedroom 1.

Staff were excellent , the lads behind the bar and in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful.

In general they were very friendly and accommodating.

Had a great time staying at the sunlight hotel there is always something going on every night and the manager Hasan was very accommodating  it’s a great environment the staff were very friendly and polite I can’t fault anything here looking forward to coming again.

Staff nice and friendly, food excellent, cocktails very cheap, entertainment is first class, definitely come here again.

Abdula and the reception team were friendly and very helpful, our checking went smoothly.

Amazing entertainment team very friendly and providing lots of fun like foam party and mini disco and also lots of other activities which were excellent.

The bar staff are incredible, service is always very fast and every one of them was polite, smiley and friendly.

All the staff apart from a few odd one or two are so friendly and helpful.

This hotel is thee best around, cleaned rooms daily, we come every year and we always have a great family holiday here,that includes everyone, the restaurant has fresh food daily, even with fussy eaters there is always something that can be found to eat, Hasan ( restaurant manager) goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met, nothing is any trouble to him, his staff are all so friendly and welcoming, will be back.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, staff are super friendly, there is a good variety of food options and if you ever need anything the staff will do their best to help.

The food is very good, the staff is very friendly, especially Hasan, we would like to thank the chef.

Absolutely fabulous place everyone very friendly  everyone goes out of their way to make you feel so welcome.

but if you have children NO lifeguard in either of the 2 big pools , NO pool attendant at all - EVER so loungers , towels , rubbish , toys , shoes etc all stay where they were last left.

The entertainment consisted of watching the children dancing every night and on Wednesdays they have bingo and we paid 360TL for 2 strips of cards.

3) Environment: it’s lively and provided entertainment was great for adults and children.

Pool area is clean rooms are very clean plenty things for children to do  entertainment on every night  one night, there is a Turkey's night, with plenty of stalls to by nice presents.

there is always something for the children to do like the foam party that was amazing. .

These boys  will be the main reason we will return.

There was a little shop which my boys loved going to each day - a little bit of independence for them.

Us and the kids were so excited, me and wife had stayed here 7 years ago as a treat for tenth wedding anniversary.

Value for money,food is ok entertainment is excellent for kids and night time,foam party for kids variety of day time activities,kids really enjoyed themselves animation club the kids loved,would definitely come back

The food was delicious and even our son who can be quite a fussy eater found something he liked each night.

She really is a lovely lady and the children really took to her.

Very cozy hotel with really good staff, and good entertainment, for both children and adults.

I trust them with my fifteen year old girl.

Best things were the lovely Turkish people and staff, they just love kids and the shop staff were just lovely.

A superb stay for all 3 of us, one Child 6 years old with parents.

There was some evening entertainment and a kids club (which we didn’t use) - we will definitely be back!

I came to this hotel for the second time with my wife and child, and we had another very good week.

Hes a bully to the staff.

The food was of good standard and we found something everyday to eat .

Food times are also evenly spaced out and ice creams and snacks between lunch and dinner were great.

Food was in my opinion really good much improved and was plenty for everyone(don't understand where the bad reviews are from, unless really fussy eaters) lots of choice from salads to desserts, really enjoyed the breakfast options and the pancakes and omletes were lush.

but it's perfect, 5 mins from the beach, food selection is good and the wine and beers are lovely.

Hasan Wendy above and beyond and organised my wedding in Manavgat on 09/09/2022 

Literally when I say he organised everything I mean everything.

The restaurant staff Hasan Karakuş, Emrah Karakuş plus all the others who’s names I can’t remember (sorry) were fabulous.

They provided us with spacious accommodation with free shuttle to the beach, nice Turkish style buffet, afternoon snacks & Ice creams which we found very tasty.

On one day camels were brought into the hotel, a rude man picked my girlfriend up in a very unrespectful way onto the camel when we repeatably said we did not want to.

2 Restaurant Staff These we found to be very RUDE and at times cheeky towards 
   NOT just us

Those at the bar could be very rude at times especially the man who served the ice cream in the afternoon, I asked for three ice creams to take over to my friends and he told me I could have only one, by the time I got to the sunbed he’d given some other adults more than one!

The manager in the food hall really didn't want to be there he came across very rude & unhelpful at times.

Again, the people on the stalls were extremely rude and would pounce on you when all you wanted to do was have a look.

Arrived at Sunlight garden at the early hours of the morning after flying from Bristol, was greeted by a very rude receptionist who did not really seem as

A hotel room which only had air conditioning in the living room area, our sheets were not changed for the whole 10 days, the cleaner was very rude and ignorant, chucked "clean" towels on the sofa which were actually wet and damp.

The only thing i can say is dont get the turkish massage on site he is very rude gets you to pay £30 selling you a turkish bath to only get a turkish massage after confronting him he didnt want to no the food was great and we met the most amazing friends that we will stay in touch with always.

..don't  get suck in by the man talking you into a Turkish bath much cheaper out side of the complex, and the photographer who is extremely rude if you don't buy all the photos he's taking of you..

The only thing that let it down was the entertainment was boring apart from on a monday which was turkish night and the entertainment staff were rude didnt speak to us.

She is rude, ignorant and unnecessarily aggressive.

Rude staff, one of the cocktail guys got fired because of calling kids "sexy", the room had loads of problems, it was grubby, water coming through the ceiling and they couldn't move us and when we pushed it, Thomas Cook wanted £1800 to do so, yeah right!

My friend once complained that the chef didn’t give her a whole pizza as he did another holiday maker An she found it a bit rude

Plus it is rude that when people are still at the poolside bar talking and finishing off they turn lights off and leave.

We found the hotel to be severely overrun with Russians who were rude, arrogant & very greedy.

Some of the reception staff were rude and couldn't be bothered to help.

He is well mannered and has plenty of ideas when it comes to photo shoots.

AMAZING!!!!

Once the animation team get the entertainment started on an evening it’s all fun and games till last orders.

Would definitely come back. The staff on reception were really good at accommodating us and changed our room to one with a better view(nothing wrong with first room just preference on having a view) would have preferred mountain view which now I know is block B top floor I will remember for next time(great first thing on a morning)

Entertainer is a good guy, makes a big effort for the kids & residents.

Had the most amazing day 10 day holiday as usual, been here about 5 times, this time with extended family members and they were very very happy, 
Hasan as usual is attentive, caring and extremely good at his job.

This holiday was incredible we always go to the sunlight garden as we find much comfort here the staff are impeccable the facilities are extremely useful and our close personal friend hasan always takes care of me and my family and always goes above and beyond he save my mothers wedding and arranged everything this place feels like home can’t wait to be back.

My favorite part of the hotel is its staff and garden.

Crazy gold was fun, the pier is great for sitting down by the bar and enjoying views over the sea.

Mustafi Ferhat and tayfun make the pool bar they are so efficient always smiling happy having a laugh with everyone.

Beach bars are stunning and pornstar martinis were delicious!

From start to finish everything was perfect, reception, bar staff, restaurant, cleanliness etc.

I’ve seen people walk in, have a drink at the beach bar and then leave.

Was given a two bedroom family apartment which was great as it gave us double wardrobe space and wasn’t too far from the pool, bars and restaurants.

Facilities great with loads of bars and restaurants you could spread out all over without it been repetitive.

Finally a big shout  to all waiters at all the bars and restaurants for their quality service and all with a smile.

The complex is large with everything one could wish for , great pool area , fantastic bars which have many named brands to choose from.

Loads of beach space and a beautiful new jetty which stretches out into the warm blue sea , it has fab sun beds and a bar at the end which serves soft drinks only(for safety).

The mini bar is stocked daily, the beach towels you can change everyday & there is no cost!

The drinks, particularly the cocktails, were lovely, and we had an iced coffee every day from the pool bar as they were so nice.

The Beach Bar has been extended and renovated, which provides a brilliant location to enjoy a drink during the day and also enjoy the sunset on an evening, The Beach bar is staffed with some absolutely wonderful people, as always Ahmet, Senna, Hattice, Ugur, Alpay & Ufuk provide the very best service and are so warm / friendly to everyone.

Adem at the pool bar and Alsan at the buffet BBQ/Grill.

We even tried the flatbreads near the beach bar.

Gazi in the lobby bar is the main man and you will never meet anyone nicer to serve you drinks.

Getting sunbeds on the beach was easy, trying to get one by the pool means getting there by 7:30am.

ps Bonsai for lunch is fantastic we great service and a lovely view of the beach and sea.

The grounds, pools, pier by the sea and food (so many restaurant options) were fabulous, as were the excellent staff.

We tended to stay around the beach in the day and pool later in the afternoons.

This was true of everyone from housekeeping, gardeners, security, life guards, beach staff and all the chefs because the food was absolute quality.

We have visited the Titanic Hotel at Lara Beach a couple of times and found this hotel to be up there with that.

With three children accompanying us, there was plenty of things for them to do, including water slides and a long pier with an opportunity to jump into the sea.

The bonsai restaurant had the most amazing view of the beach.

although plenty of options on private beach.

The pier is a fabulous addition to the Hotel and it offers the most serene and relaxing environment to enjoy the sunshine and Sea and stands out from other hotels.

The pool & slides were great too with a gorgeous pier to relax & chill on!

The beach is lovely with a great pier with the best sunbeds we could see, you can jump off the pier if you wish or just climb in via the steps if you wanted to swim/snorkel without jumping in.

however we never had an issue at either the pool or the beach (that too during peak holiday season) and to further help with this the hotel have rolled out a policy where they remove belongings placed on loungers before 7.30am and I can confirm we didn’t witness any lounger fights and the guests we came across were very nice and respectful to one another.

but perhaps a shame they closed so early at 4pm.

I know that march is out of season and a lot of the other eating places in the hotel was closed,

but once the door was closed and the air con on you didn’t hear it.

Restaurants are reduced to certain nights and nightclub closed

Good food and drink even they due to COVID some places were closed and capacity limited .

In fact hotels nearby were sadly closed due to the pandemic.

Irina is the sweetest lady she is so friendly and comes around every day to see us ask if there is anything else they can do what can they do better .

From begin welcomed by the friendly reception staff to accommodating ever need we had.

Unbelievably welcoming, friendly and really couldn’t be more accommodating.

Bar staff are efficient and friendly, again if you can’t see your favourite cocktail on the menu, ask, they’ll make you exactly what you want.

They have cats around the resort too & they too are also friendly!

The hotel was spotless and staff were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

Reception staff & management were very helpful & friendly, & this continued throughout.

Angela in the gym was also very friendly and provided lots of helpful advice, if required.

They are all so polite, friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent holiday, 
The bar staff are brilliant and all were fab,

The rooms were kept immaculately clean and our housekeeper, Hacer was such a friendly person to say hello to every day.

The staff in the restaurants and the bars (too many to mention by name) work really hard and are really professional and friendly.

Your attention to detail, friendly hotel staff, beautiful location and great food made our stay memorable.

Just got back from 11 nights at the Arum Barut collection in Side, Fantastic staff, everyone so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us, food is fantastic & international branded drinks even the Coca Cola (definitely not the cheap stuff) is a bonus.

The food is amazing you cannot fault it one bit.

Beautiful room, decorated for our arrival, special table at the International Restaurant with Chamoagne.

Very good food with excellent selection for all meals.

The food was incredible throughout the day!

Food is beautiful especially the Mediterranean restaurant and waiters cannot do enough to make you happy- thank you to Hassan & mustaffa who took such good care of us.

Drinks are a plenty and you can have pretty much any cocktail.

The restaurants are varied and choices are wide.

The food hall is also very clean and has a good selection of food, even for the pickiest eater’s.

This hotel and everything about it is simply "Awesome" The hospitality, staff, facilities, food and drink are truly quality - We cannot recommend this venue enough and will without doubt return!

The hotel met all our needs from an excellent welcome , great accommodation, food at a standard unimaginable quality with so many choices , allergy selections are also catered for.

Smoking is allowed anywhere on site so if you unknowingly choose a sun lounger next to smoker you were stuck with them all day.

The only negative point, which was not the hotels fault, was the amount of smokers.

but to be expected, and people are entitled to smoke somewhere, I'm talking about the outside restaurants.

however you could only choose one dish and the prawn crackers were stale.

We requested a quiet room well before booking the holiday and were given one with toxic noise from the DJ to well after midnight despite being told it was quiet and the.

people obviously smoked on balconies(or in rooms) as strong smell of smoke in corridors.

Excellent customer service, great staff and spotlessly clean.

Staff are a real credit to the resort ….

though of lazy unmanaged staff is the lifeguards.

The staff from the minute you arrive to leaving which we are today are special or that's how they make you feel.

the staff couldn't do enough for you always happy to help you no matter what.

Forget to mention the staff all excellent .

A special mention to Ibrahim at the main reception who upgraded us to a suite and was very helpful throughout.

We were greeted on arrival by really welcoming friendly staff.

The superb staff cannot do enough for you and are so, so polite.

The staff are most helpful and are always happy to assist.

but also a lady who makes fresh gozlemes daily too!

There were a good choice of bars and restaurants near the hotel , we liked the Flying Horse which was just round the corner .

Lots of shops , cafes & bars a beautiful place to spend an evening.

Beach - the main beach as stated above is about a 30min walk and it is squeezed tight with sunbeds which are free as long as you buy drinks from the bar connected to them,

The bar staff can't do enough and provide a brilliant service.
