Went to the reception and ask for an heater, their answer was they don't have and we couldn't turn on the heat system because is summer.

The air conditioning in our room was not working.

The noise was terrible and we insisted on switching to another room, not heading the garden.

The a air condition works ONLY in the lobby, nothing in the rooms mainly vent.

I have asked the reception to fix the air conditioning - nothing happened for 3 hours.

We were a group (business) and we had 2 conference rooms, in one of theese we were freezing (even outside was warmer) the explanation was simple: the air system is not working-end of story, no excuses, no other solution.

They lie the pool is ok on chek in and down the pool had the heater broken and the watter was freezing cold.

Heating should be at the client's discretion in his room (especially when travelling with a baby) and food should get a quality upgrade.

We asked for the air conditioning to be turned on.

- air conditioning is very weak​ - doesn't go below 20C (80F)​
- wifi drops very frequently​ - I was unable to work on many occasions.

At least the rooms have very effective air conditioning.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly in my room.

We would most certainly stay here again - BUT they do need to work on the air conditioning issue in the rooms and hallways though.

The air conditioning in the fitness center was not functioning 3 days in a row during my stay, and this appears to be a normality.

The first night the air conditioning didn't work and the maintenance man didn't succeed in repairing it in our suite room.The second night we were transferred to a smaller room in which the air conditioning worked .The food was of a very low standard for Hilton Hotels lacking variety,As we were on an organised tour I didn't check the reviews.

İf it is allowed smoking, management of this hotel should consider to invest more in the ventilation system.

Even ventilation is poor, they let people smoke and it is disturbing.

There was a wedding there when we stayed there, which was a little noisy, and we couldn't get the AC cold enough for our preferences (although, as Americans, we realize we may be a bit extreme in our preferences).

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items.

The rooms are big, the staff is attentive, the breakfast is abundant, and it was so clean.

Breakfast is very good, and the Spa is worth going if you look for relaxation.

Perfect location, clean and quiet, close to zoo and to Astra museum, extremly rich breakfast, very nice ream at the restaurant ( Camara Boierului) and great food. We used also Spa facilities and really enjoyed the experience, especially after 18 months break ( the spa was closed due to Covid restrictions)

Breakfast was excellent,a large diversity of local and internațional product,a complete sweedish bufet, prepared and served by a proffesional team, always with a smile on their face.

The food was amazing and plentiful , there is a big selection of salads, meat, fish, pasta, lovely soups every day and tons of puddings.

The breakfast is also very good, a mixture of Romanian specialities makes it especially attractive.

Breakfast is really good, very diverse, with a live station for omelettes and waffles, and local products that are really tasty.

The breakfast was marvelous, the apartment was very spacious, clean and very quiet.

it was a very nice to stay in the hotel very nice rooms with balcony and park viwe we had a perfect stay and the staff the spa and the breakfast was highly appreciated !

It was the best experience we had in a romanian hotel: great room with large bed, kind and nice staff from reception desk to the restaurant and SPA, tasty food both at breakfast and Cămara Boierului restaurant and clean pool/SPA area.

A very good breakfast and a nice comfortable bar area, highly recommended.

Breakfast is included and is well presented with a choice of cooked and continental dishes.

A little downside it was the restaurant on the terrace from the wine selection perspective and for allowing other guests to smoke on semi-close terrace.

Our attendees, who came from 25 countries around the world, reported water leaks, mold, dirt and other issues with their rooms.

Not so clean, smells from the pool inside the hotel, etc.

but there was a bad odor in the room where I stayed.

most of the people was smoking on the entrance hall which I believe that was not ethical and legal.

If you go in winter, it will be very cold to smoke outside.

The hallways reek of cigarette smoke, which permeates the "non smoking" bedrooms.

Also the bathrooms could bring another smell sometimes.

And trust me he did this in a very nasty tone But then I ask for a phone so that I could call Hilton direct and amazingly his policy changed and he pulled money from the desk and quickly gave me change.

Very clean, nice amenities, good tv stations, nice furnishings, delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast there is excelent.

Rich breakfast, with various food from traditional ones to fine international cuisine.

but breakfast very very poor , you find almost nothing and you have to ask if they bring more bread because is empty and then you have to ask if they can bring more vegetables because is empty , fruits almost nothing to choose ( only few apples) .

The bad surprise was terrible: everything went wrong, because the poor quality of services here.

The answer I received from the manager was: “the quality of our employees is poor” and they did nothing to resolve the situation.

Check in was poor, bed was OK, bathroom less than average with cheap shower gel and shampoo, towels were pretty worn out, almost falling apart, tv couldn't turn on.

We've always been a bit wary of the Ramada brand as we've stayed in some poor ones previously.

but overall I left with the impression that this is a poor service and management in comparison with other Ramada hotels.

And most surprising the sauna and gym was not free- comparing to other Ramada places in Romania,and really poor quality.

Is unbelievable how a very poor management can damage the image to a relatively good location: no good service, no flexibility, no customer care, robot service, no functional electronic system.

At dinner the buffet was very poor and I ate almost nothing.

MINUS: Food is a little bit of a poor quality.

The TV was with very poor cable signal,not one programm could be seen without points and lines.

I really don't understand why such a poor service would get them such a high rating.

but the customer relation management is increadibly poor.

Cereals smells like they keep there forever .

The smoke detector was cover in plastic so most likely the previous guest smoked in the room.

but the smell was horrible, it smelled like cigarettes smoke and we barely could sleep.the garage is 10 euros per night, kind of expensive for a romanian city, also we called room service for 20 min and no one answered.

Couldn't stay in there for a min, you faint just because of the smell and atmosphere.

but had uncleaned smell like it's been used and hung up for next user without laundry.

The towel I was provided would barely cover my body and it was damp.

We called the front desk and they said the room is non smoking , this is what appears in the system.

It seemed some people have been smoking in non smoking areas which spreaded and caused smell in the bathrooms.

but having a bit of heights fear a room on the 11th floor was not a great idea , especially when the lift goes on the outside of the building ( lovely view, if you can bear to look )

Upon arrival  the room reeked of cigarette smoke.

but also because their WiFi usually stinks, isn't free, and is limited, and as I work online I need it to work well.

It smelled like someone recently smoked in it (we are non-smokers), the floor carpet was dirty, the furniture was damaged,  In the morning , as the breakfast was very good, we thought that maybe the evening before was an accident.

but they both had ashtrees and a pregnant smoking smell inside!

The mattress killed our back, and the pillows smelled horrible, they were all crumbled up and were old, not at all enticing.

A block of tile is protruding into the doorway and catches unsuspecting toes, no bench space for toilet bags.

Hotel is nice, all things in working condition, cannot complain about cleanliness… if only the rooms are small and the studio style with shower open in the room is a bit odd for me.

The transparent bathroom door is a dumb idea.

Biggest downside--only one small waste can for the room--including the bathroom.

The floor carpet inside out room was dirty, the shower was broken, the windows didnt close very well.

but there were no lights in the shower and toilet.

Our bathroom trash was completely full from the past guest!!

Shower is 60x80 cm only, very very small!

Worst of all, I was sleepless the entire night as the bathroom’s urine odor penetrated even with bathroom door closed.

A basic bathroom has been created in a corner of the room and is not convenient, and lacks toiletries.

on returning to the room at night we found ants around the bin in the bathroom and on the window sill.

Room servicing was hit and miss, the bathroom was well serviced

Breakfast was the usual buffet style with lots of options to suit everyone.

Check in staff were very pleasant, the porter spent more time outside talking and smoking with the carpark security guy than providing service, the breakfast staff were abundant

Breakfast is as any European breakfast, good offerings.

I had orthosis on my leg, and couple of young waitresses stared ja laugh for that at breakfast room.

The breakfast has a large variety of food that you can choose for all tastes.

At  Breakfast , the Staff helping with selection was incredible generous.

We had our wedding ceremony here at the hotel, the place was wonderful, the staff very professional, food was delicious, all our guests were impressed.

And, who eats fried potatoes for breakfast???

this is far from “Continental” brand, if you appreciate your money, don’t spend lots of it to book here!

Bathroom’s got glass walls and not illuminated enough especially in the double room where the toilet is separated by another glass door

Very low ventilation, and under the door of the bathroom around 10 cm empty, through which is coming all the steam, smells from the bath on the room.

You enter the bathtub from a glass door covering half the side of the bath having to climb over the side.

Such a pity for the overpowering blue which dominates the entire hotel from the carpets, beds, doors, tables, walls just everything 
Either you feel you are in a theatre awaiting for your surgery or in badly decorated building.

There is a door for what I thought to be the shower and it turned out to be a shower tub.

Bath area was not cleaned for weeks and no door between 2 rooms.

Also all the steam from the shower gets into the room as it stays 15-20 cm from the shower door to the ceiling.

There are too many other options just outside the door that are better and cheaper.

One small touch was the fact that on Christmas morning every door had a small bag with cookies.

Interestingly, the bathroom has a glass door and there is no privacy.

The public area around the lobby is not conducive to relaxation as the entrance doors, elevators and reception area are all so near and constantly in a state of people shuffling around with luggage etc..

We spent one night in what they call a “double deluxe room” for which we paid 77 euro, which included:
- a dirty carpet
- a smelly toilet (the fan was not working, therefore the toilet smelt like a public wc)
- a blonde hair was attached to the shaving mirror
- clipped nails on the carpet close to the bed
- two “nice and friendly” flies on the window
- a torn wallpaper close to the door
Shall we go on?

Worst of all:  to get into the shower/tub, you had to enter through a fairly thin frosted glass door, and step up (about 3 feet) and into the narrow space built into the wall:  strange and claustrophobic.

In order to enter, one has to squeeze behind the.. fire door that shuts down the corridor leading to the regular rooms, a mere 20- 25 cm gap.

The maitress is old and hard, it has to be renewed with memory foam.In rest minimaly ok.The next day a women without working clothes knocked at door to ask us when we will check out.

- : Smelly room, no proper bathroom doors,  unpleasant surprise in the end, having to pay for the parking spot right in front of the hotel indicated as reserved for the clients.

I agree with other comments regarding the see through bathroom door, no privacy if sharing with a roommate

Another hotel in Romania with no door to the toilet.

The bathroom was not practical for two people with all glass walls to shower and toilet, no privacy.

The bathroom has brushed glass walls , it is small and very uncomfortable to get out of the shower-bathtub.

Totally unworkable bathroom: glass see-through walls that offer no privacy; nice modern sink with NO room to even put a toothbrush; a metal roll out rack underneath the sink that everything falls through; extremely narrow and short bathtub that is only appropriate for child's bath and is dangerous for getting in/out of shower; no light in the toilet room, no trash can in the bedroom or bathroom.

It's the place for you if you don't mind taking 40minutes to check in, having your luggage put in someone else's room, having the solo receptionist (Victor) chatter away on his private phone before attending to you regarding said lost luggage, going through 20 rooms before finding said luggage with a confused porter, showering in a glass toilet area similar to that of a love motel and having slow to no Internet.

I don't like the fact that the wc is separated from the room by semi-transparent glass (lack of privacy) and the door has two holes that point to the room, so it's as if the door is not.

really..who taught glass walls and lack of a door/wall separating the bathroom from the room was a good idea?

but the main disappointing part is the bathroom, it’s made out of glass, if you turn on the light all the room lights up so you disturb your wife/kid.

The bathroom virtually in the middle of the room was of glass and therefore it was not possible to leave the light on during the night.

but some may not like the fact that 3 of the 4 walls of the bathroom are frosted glass.

The main niggles were the size of the duvet compared to the bed, the lack of storage, and the unusual glass panels forming the bathroom (although it did not bother us too much).

Be careful, bathroom is just an area in the room delimited by glass panels.

The room was a little bit small and the shower cabin(made by glass) was almost in the middle of the room, so not so much privacy.

If you are not with your wife or girl, you have a major problem; the potty is isolated by the room with a glass dor with some holes in it.

Good breakfast with great panoarmic wiew from 11 th floor, nothing extraordinary

The breakfast is very tasty and with local products.

The breakfast hall is on the top 11th floor with great views over the city and very helpful friendly staff.

but good quality: scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, butter, toast, coffee (cappuccino or espresso), croissant, honey.

Just a few minutes away from city centre, the hotel is very clean, modern in design, excellent service from staff, and the breakfast is fantastic.

Nice rooms, good spa, very nice breakfast at top floor.

Instead, excel at the included breakfast. Excellent!

The restaurant and breakfast room is on top and you have a beautiful view on Sibiu and the Region.

Breakfast is wonderful, the restaurant is at 11th floor and you have an amazing view.

The restaurant placed on 11th floor is so cosy, with traditional breakfast and with an excellent view over the city.

We enjoyed the breakfasts each morning in the spotless dining room.

Tried everyday breakfast at 11th floor, this was fine.

The restaurant has a great top view of the city and if you have the breakfast included you need to know that there’s a special corner with a great selection of traditional romanian food.

The restaurant, where I only had breakfast, has a wonderful view towards the Carpathians and the old town of Sibiu and breakfast itself was very good.

The breakfast that was included in our rate was also very good.

They didn't mind me showing up for coffee only after breakfast time, interrupted the cleaning-in-progress and apologized for the cappuccino taking a little longer as they had already cleaned the machine .

A Tequila Sunrise seemingly without orange juice (but some bright lumenescent orange fluid instead and already mixed before serving), a Long Island Ice Tea with little taste except alcohol and a Pina Colada that was more solid than liquid (the contents were so thick that the straw stood upright in the glass).

Hot water was not kept hot in urn for tea  .

but when I asked if I could have some instant coffee, the hotel said they did not have any, only tea bags.

but charging about $4-5 for proper coffee was ridiculous.

The only thing I didn't like that much was the coffee.

but tea bags were limited to fruit, camomile and peppermint teas.

Service at breakfast was not great - we had to go to the kitchen to prompt a round of coffee and top ups were not forthcoming.

but 1/2 hour there for a coffee was enough and then we drove down again, with stops for photos .

but one small criticism is that there were only 2 teabags and no coffee or whitener.
