Went to the reception and ask for an heater, their answer was they don't have and we couldn't turn on the heat system because is summer.

The air conditioning in our room was not working.

The noise was terrible and we insisted on switching to another room, not heading the garden.

The a air condition works ONLY in the lobby, nothing in the rooms mainly vent.

I have asked the reception to fix the air conditioning - nothing happened for 3 hours.

We were a group (business) and we had 2 conference rooms, in one of theese we were freezing (even outside was warmer) the explanation was simple: the air system is not working-end of story, no excuses, no other solution.

They lie the pool is ok on chek in and down the pool had the heater broken and the watter was freezing cold.

Heating should be at the client's discretion in his room (especially when travelling with a baby) and food should get a quality upgrade.

We asked for the air conditioning to be turned on.

- air conditioning is very weak​ - doesn't go below 20C (80F)​
- wifi drops very frequently​ - I was unable to work on many occasions.

At least the rooms have very effective air conditioning.

We would most certainly stay here again - BUT they do need to work on the air conditioning issue in the rooms and hallways though.

The air conditioning in the fitness center was not functioning 3 days in a row during my stay, and this appears to be a normality.

The first night the air conditioning didn't work and the maintenance man didn't succeed in repairing it in our suite room.The second night we were transferred to a smaller room in which the air conditioning worked .The food was of a very low standard for Hilton Hotels lacking variety,As we were on an organised tour I didn't check the reviews.

İf it is allowed smoking, management of this hotel should consider to invest more in the ventilation system.

Even ventilation is poor, they let people smoke and it is disturbing.

There was a wedding there when we stayed there, which was a little noisy, and we couldn't get the AC cold enough for our preferences (although, as Americans, we realize we may be a bit extreme in our preferences).

The rooms are big, the staff is attentive, the breakfast is abundant, and it was so clean.

Breakfast is very good, and the Spa is worth going if you look for relaxation.

Perfect location, clean and quiet, close to zoo and to Astra museum, extremly rich breakfast, very nice ream at the restaurant ( Camara Boierului) and great food. We used also Spa facilities and really enjoyed the experience, especially after 18 months break ( the spa was closed due to Covid restrictions)

Breakfast was excellent,a large diversity of local and internațional product,a complete sweedish bufet, prepared and served by a proffesional team, always with a smile on their face.

The food was amazing and plentiful , there is a big selection of salads, meat, fish, pasta, lovely soups every day and tons of puddings.

The breakfast is also very good, a mixture of Romanian specialities makes it especially attractive.

Breakfast is really good, very diverse, with a live station for omelettes and waffles, and local products that are really tasty.

The breakfast was marvelous, the apartment was very spacious, clean and very quiet.

It was the best experience we had in a romanian hotel: great room with large bed, kind and nice staff from reception desk to the restaurant and SPA, tasty food both at breakfast and Cămara Boierului restaurant and clean pool/SPA area.

Our arrangement had access to the executive lounge, which was closed, of course, the excuse of everybody nowadays.

I was staying in an executive suite with access to the Executive Lounge.

The executive lounge had a few snacks in the afternoons with water and soda.

We were upgraded to a suite which was huge, the bed was very comfortable, decor is sophisticated, executive lounge has drinks and snacks, breakfast had brilliant variety (included as a diamond member) and the spa/pool was one of the highlights of our trip!

I took use of The Spa, Restaurant, and Daily use of the Executive Lounge.

The executive lounge was perfect, it was a great spot to relax, grab breakfast, or grab a drink in the middle of the day.

As  Diamond   Hilton HHonors  member I can say that the staff, rooms,spa,executive lounge, in this  hotel  are the best.

What makes the experience perfect is the warm attitude of the entire staff; they all work together to ensure the most pleasant stay from reception, breakfast, executive lounge and, cannot praise more, personnel in the spa.

The executive lounge was pleasant and reasonably stocked.

Executive lounge next to my suit, serving snacks and drinks all the time, alcoholic drinks and special hot snacks served from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Just cross the street and you can visit the Zoo and Astra Museum ( with different houses from the Romanian villages).

Hotel is located at the outskirts of the city, next to the city Zoo and an outdoor museum which is an amazing place to be (I recommend visiting them).

Around the hotel there are very interesting attractions for leisure- park, zoo, museum - we enjoyed visiting them.

The hotel is into Hilton network, locating into a good position near to the Dumbrava forest, Zoo and Village Museum of Sibiu.

An added bonus is there is one of Europe’s largest outdoor museums just down the road which is well worth a visit.

but close to Astra open museum and to the zoo.

but the surrounding is absolutely spot on near to the zoological gardens and the country museum.

A very nice hotel right next to the Zoo and the Astra Museum.

We relaxed with an excellent spa experience and the use of good size pool and bubble bath; we enjoyed the lovely Romanian restaurant with local music; the room and service were good and we were able to visit the celebrated nearby ASTRA museum of traditional dwellings, mills and churches.

Located outside Sibiu (but no problem at all for getting a taxi cab or no 13 bus to the center) in a wonderful place-in Dumbrava wood just across the Zoo and the Astra Museum (two very special places worthing visiting).

Very hospitable and professional staff, located in a nice and quiet area near a forest, a zoo and open-air village museum with old traditional Romanian dwellings.

Over the street it is a Zoo and a Grill House, and few hundred meters away a village museum.

Althoughis not located in the city center, rather at the exit to Paltinis near the Astra museum and zoo, Padurea Dumbrava I fully recommend location as it is more quiet and it is really nice there.

It is within 2 minutes of the zoo (walking distance) and 5 of the ASTRA museum, which is much better than the tiny peasant museum in town and has a great gift store as well.

Great authentic romanian food and atmosphere" at "Camara Boierului" and most important for me: The hotel is in one of the most beautiful and relaxing places in Sibiu.. Minutes away from Astra Museum. You have to try it.. You don't need to leave the hotel to have a great time:)

The traditional restaurant had a large event

The food from traditional restaurant was very tasty, specially goulash.

Everything was very clean, fantastic food and the location of the hotel is very good!

but with tasty dishes,romanian menu using local product, staff very helpfull.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - all areas were spotlessly clean, the quality and quantity of food was superb and the facilities were good.

The hotel has a large parking and an outdoor traditional restaurant.

We also dined at their traditional restaurant 'Camara Boierului' and the food is great, the decor is very appealing and the traditional live music band helps to create a great atmosphere.

rooms are massive, nice spa and the traditional food restaurant makes amazing food.

They have a very good Romanian restaurant on the back, tennis courts and a small pool.

The Romanian restaurant is absolutely fantastic and the staff over there just great, very friendly and helpful.

On the plus side, the Rumanian restaurant really convinced with the quality of its food, the service was prompt, the waiters charming!

There are two main restaurants within the hotel together with an English bar and there are a number of other restaurants within walking distance too.

Restaurant staff was so kind, smiling all the time !

but they found room for me upstairs and I enjoyed trying traditional Romanian cuisine.

Amazing hotel, elegant and cosy, professional and helpful staff, rooms are very comfortable, makes you enjoy every moment spent in this hotel.

We spent 3 nights in a very nice, clean and tide room, on 4th flour, with balcon and a straight view to Zoo Garden.

Our room was spacious, clean and we had clean towels every day and clean sheets every other day.

The hotel is very elegant, classic furniture, very spacious rooms with good quality sheets and bath amenities.

Very smooth check-in and once again a lovely and clean room & hotel , a true 5 stars.

The room proved suitable for all 4 of us, not at all crowded, with a large comfortable bed, spacious and well fitted bathroom.

Our attendees, who came from 25 countries around the world, reported water leaks, mold, dirt and other issues with their rooms.

Not so clean, smells from the pool inside the hotel, etc.

but there was a bad odor in the room where I stayed.

most of the people was smoking on the entrance hall which I believe that was not ethical and legal.

If you go in winter, it will be very cold to smoke outside.

The hallways reek of cigarette smoke, which permeates the "non smoking" bedrooms.

Also the bathrooms could bring another smell sometimes.

And trust me he did this in a very nasty tone But then I ask for a phone so that I could call Hilton direct and amazingly his policy changed and he pulled money from the desk and quickly gave me change.

but we couldn't enjoy any for the smoke in this small room.

Another worrying issue is the fact that they haven't changed the batteries for the smoke detectors.

One thing I did not like was that it was allowed to smoke inside.

She was attentive and customized the massage to my needs.

Spa area is fantastic, indoor pool, sauna etc.

Also good quality of sleep, perfect SPA services.

Did not expect in average big city as Sibiu full equipped Hilton with everything, including spa area, big pool, even nice summer garden with chairs and sofas.

Spa and pool are great and also a massage if you order one.

The swimming pool and the spa also very nice.

The pool was lovely, did not try the spa.

It has excellent facilities including a good sized pool and spa facility which was clean, relaxing and a great use of time when the weather was not so good.

Firstly this is a great hotel,with an excellent spa and great breakfasts.

I loved my room on the last floor, the gym, the spa ( had a massage there ) and of course the breakfast.

The spa team was incredible and all the services were top notch.

The SPA is good and after a day of snow is very welcome.

I recommend having your own rubber shoes for the Spa area because the surface is very slippery in the single use shoes you receive.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel with incredibly friendly staff.

The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

Silva in the lounge is extremely attentive.

Reception staff very well trained and proffesional.

Beautiful pleasant stay, very nice and helpful personnel in a beautiful location with fresh air.

A block of tile is protruding into the doorway and catches unsuspecting toes, no bench space for toilet bags.

Hotel is nice, all things in working condition, cannot complain about cleanliness… if only the rooms are small and the studio style with shower open in the room is a bit odd for me.

The transparent bathroom door is a dumb idea.

Biggest downside--only one small waste can for the room--including the bathroom.

The floor carpet inside out room was dirty, the shower was broken, the windows didnt close very well.

but there were no lights in the shower and toilet.

Our bathroom trash was completely full from the past guest!!

Shower is 60x80 cm only, very very small!

Worst of all, I was sleepless the entire night as the bathroom’s urine odor penetrated even with bathroom door closed.

A basic bathroom has been created in a corner of the room and is not convenient, and lacks toiletries.

on returning to the room at night we found ants around the bin in the bathroom and on the window sill.

Room servicing was hit and miss, the bathroom was well serviced

Breakfast was the usual buffet style with lots of options to suit everyone.

Check in staff were very pleasant, the porter spent more time outside talking and smoking with the carpark security guy than providing service, the breakfast staff were abundant

Breakfast is as any European breakfast, good offerings.

I had orthosis on my leg, and couple of young waitresses stared ja laugh for that at breakfast room.

We had our wedding ceremony here at the hotel, the place was wonderful, the staff very professional, food was delicious, all our guests were impressed.

this is far from “Continental” brand, if you appreciate your money, don’t spend lots of it to book here!

The single good thing was the breakfast, good coffee, eggs and bread.
