AC units are not the best, hard to keep room temp regulated.

We use 2 sound machines and a fan to drown out as much noise as possible.

Carpets are worn and dirty, bugs, very smelly and air conditioner is not consistent.

Part of the mildew issue is the air conditioner which likely needed a cleaning and new filter.

Air Con was effective in keeping the room cool and wasn’t too noisy.

Lastly, on our last night in the hotel, our AC/heater unit died.

The AC in our hotel was unfortunately not working.

And stay prior there are a bitten apple under our one bed, and then another issue they locked us out of our room and turned out AC off in 100 degree weather.

Our a/c unit was extremely noisy, you had to hold the handle to get the toilet to flush properly, the sink faucet dripped almost the entire stay and just the furnishings were older.

The room was adequate as well, just a bit noisy due to air conditioner.

but we did not find that out until we had walked around the whole building in the freezing cold.

AC did not work even tho I cranked it to 61 degrees.

The a/c, which was a window unit, did not work.

The a/c really cranked and even had to turn it down a touch as the room actually got too cold.

The ac in the room was ice cold, so is the mini fridge, my only knock on the room would be the matress, not very supportive for those of us with back issues,

My only two small complaints would be 1. the AC could have been a touch colder

However, our air conditioner didn't work well at all. It was nearly always cooler outside (in July!)

If it is below freezing you will literally freeze to death on your way to get breakfast.

Upon walking in the room we noticed a strange odor.

Wen went out to dinner and returned to noisy neighbors having a marital dispute, it appeared alcohol was involved, and they kept going out on the balcony to smoke and bring their dog with them, who then proceeded to bark at everything and anything that moved.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has unfortunately gone down hill and continues to become a very dirty, old, stinky hotel!

We will chill with mold, and really old and falling off wallpaper.

Upon check in, I noticed a weird smell in the lobby, it was a very specific smell, like someone opted to put more kitty litter in the box instead of changing it.

I had to clean up a wad of someone's hair from the bathroom floor before taking a shower - yuck.

Either it was dirty or moldy, not sure which.

The pillows smelled so fresh- I wish I knew what detergent or fabric softener they use!

The next morning, they pretty much destroyed the breakfast room and left a sticky residue all over the floor.

We had someone very loud staying above us, which was unfortunate, and might have just been them walking around late into the night with thin floors.

but the rooms close to the street are just way too loud.

The only issue we had were guests being a bit loud outside our door and on the stairs, both at night at around midnight and in the morning at around 5am,

The internal water piping was a bit loud when neighbors used it bit apart from that it was pretty good.

On the down side, I felt the price was a little high considering no breakfast was included, plus the noise from the shower in the room next to ours was very loud - as were the footsteps in the room above us (though I have my suspicions that Bigfoot was hiding out up there).

The doors are opened with actual metal keys which, is scary because someone could make a mold of the key and come back.

My only gripe was that the towels smelled of bleach.

The only small drawback was the somewhat slow drain in the tub and very low seating toilet which is common in many hotels.

I am glad it is a Non-Pets & Non-Smoking Motel which is hard to find these days, i am very allergic to dust & furry animals, it will cause me asthma.

Rule stated “no cooler with a drain” we explained we came to fish.

The reason that I didn't give five stars was that the cleaning supply they use has a strong scent.

The room smelled a bit musty when we opened it, giving the impression that it hadn't been used in a while.

Because we could hear every conversation that was said.

My only complaint is that our room was in the building next door to a garage building so late at night we could hear the cars honking or revving their engine.

We did have an issue with the terrible pillows (lumpy like they were full of foam squares) and also the noisy and incredibly smelly air conditioner unit.

A/C works, definitely not quiet, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Also, if you have a ground level floor, you will hear the people above you any time they move.

I could walk to Disney within 15-20 minutes (depends how you fall on the crossings) an Uber will set you back around $6-8 one way

The downside of this hotel is noise.

Also the walls/windows are thin and you can hear people's conversations as they walk by your room.

Unfortunately, depending on the room that you are going to stay, the street noise could be annoying since the street is super busy until late at night.

Only complaint is the noise coming from the Anaheim Garden walk, found it hard to fall asleep one night due to the revving engines car alarms and partying from the parking garage.

The room itself is relatively dated - the water pressure isn’t great, the pillows are small and our room was very loud and bright as we were close to the main road.

The building is clearly old - and thus noise transfers through floors (didn't notice any noise through the walls, just from upstairs).. it's honestly nothing the hotel could do anything about and wasn't super disruptive, just noticeable.

We did end up needing a white noise app at night because the people upstairs were very loud.

Hotel was small, not like the pictures on their cover, Walls I could hear my next door neighbors staying at the hotel as well, front desk was kind and cleaning came to take out trash often & clean what they can, bed was not touched due to COVID which was okay , walking distance is perfect everything is close didn’t use car , car was kept safe, no damages, just lots of night noise, by cars and neighbors,

Every night I’ve been awoken by loud guests yelling in the corridors, people shouting and arguing in nearby rooms, or car alarms going off in the parking complex next door.

The hotel was not crowded, so there wasn't really any noise.

We had an incident when we came back from the park and the shower drain had regurgitated a bunch of murky, smelly water.

The only issue on the whole trip was the loud music that played literally all-night long coming from across the street (at another business).

but very loud music played after 11:45 on Friday night.

It was so loud it was impossible to sit out there.

Until around 11 p.m., the street traffic on the main drag going into Gatlinburg is noisy with "kids" and their loud car or motorcycle mufflers .

the balcony overlooked a small stream and the noise from the pool at the resort next door was very loud at times.

So it is loud and has limited views. Clean.

When the door was closed you couldn't hear much outside unless it was really loud like the trash truck.

Flaw is the parking lot out side the balconies are being cleaned at 10pm (started at 8pm) with a leaf blower and it was loud!!

It was so loud, I was unable to leave the door open or sit on the balcony.

That being said,  being so close to the strip means you hear everything,  and the resort behind ours was really noisy both nights that we stayed,  with loud music at their pool as well as a really loud woman yelling and celebrating for hours into the night.

The view from the balcony included power lines, loud music and kids yelling from multiple hotel pools.

But during the day, they were really loud all the way through pool closure at night.

but they did quieten down promptly at 11pm but there is a firepit surrounded by chairs that apparently doesn't shut down so if some party people discover it you might be out of luck for a good night's sleep.

but the hotel across from our room had a really loud fan blowing the whole time so it was really loud and not relaxing out there.
