The staff were very welcoming, happy and friendly.

I am staying at the Padma Legian hotel and did the archery at the hotel and had Bagus as our instructor, who was super friendly and made me smile the whole time.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the resort is beautiful with all its gardens and pools, plus there is an abundance of activities to do.

The gardens, facilities, food and drinks are all incredible,

So happy to return to Padma post covid, They certainly didn't sit on their laurels, much of the staff worked on the gardens and general maintenance during the closure and the place looks absolutely stunning.

The gardens are impeccable, service is top notch, I honestly couldn't fault it and can't wait to go back.

We prefer the chalets upstairs, near the dragon statue in the garden.

Sumei the Manager at Garden Club is also an asset to the Padma, he is amazing, and it was great seeing him again.

The amenities are 1st class, food is excellent, surrounding gardens are immaculate and the staff are so nice and helpful, nothing is too hard for them and they always have a nice welcoming smile.

The gardens and pools were absolutely awesome.

Plus the hotel and gardens and pools are so beautiful and the food is amazing and the spa is great.

However as always with the Padma, from security, to housekeeping, to the grounds staff, and the pool staff - all fantastic who genuinely care for their guests and get excited to see you back.

The grounds of the resort are stunning, there are 4 pools and always deck chairs available.

Although, I cannot remember her name at the moment, the young lady who remembered my birthday and organized a bday cake and song for me during dinner and also the gentleman who assisted me upon check in with my luggage and would always offer suggestions of Bali highlights when I ran into him on the grounds.

We loved our stay at the Padma fantastic grounds and pool.

The people and the grounds, hotel room staff are so helpful and attentive.

Condition of the property was superb, grounds were amazing, food excellent, staff were so accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

It was exactly like the pictures, clean very well every day and we really liked the location within the resort grounds.

The vast grounds and gardens are beautiful and the 4 pools have something to offer guests of all ages.

No matter which table you sat in, there was always a stunning view of the resort grounds.

Everything was so great, the value for money, the staff oh what a lovely team of staffs, the food (nasi padang breakfast was the best), the gardens, the room with our own little patio and mini garden (thank you for the junior suite), the easy acces to the beach for beautiful Legian sunset everyday, the big pools, the kids pool, the maintaince of the ground, the cleanliness, the safe feeling,.

Darma was fantastic coaching us and the kids.

The activities all ran on time, our daughter especially liked the foam party.

We love the padma, it is the most amazing place for kids, every staff member is so kind we especially love Freddie who works around the pool at the kids area.

Highlights include : Balinese dinner with cha-cha dancers, daily pool activities, kids hair by the pool, kids cupcake decorating, water slides, kids foam and dance party, shake shake milkshakes, etc.

Our boys repeatedly told us how much they adored you, as did we!

This time being a bit older my daughter joined in with activities with Jessica for 7-12 year olds.

but for a family and what it offers for kids and catering for the adults, its a great spot!

Lots of pristine pools and kids pool with slides that makes it great for kids of all ages.

Darma didn’t just deliver our bags for us, he greeted us so warmly, and he was kind and fun with our kids - they are looking out for him to say selamat pagi again!

My husband and two adult children have stayed here with many other friends and everyone of us has loved our experience every time.

Parents getting both play time with kids and relax time with the adults, and you wanted to be treated like a guest who they are honoured to have there rather than just another number.

not only are they playful with the kids, they are always watching out for them.

Awesome, so family friendly and special mention to Parwika for looking after the kids at the pool.

The staff are just beautiful, even to having a kids area at breakfast for them to play after eating, so that the kids can be occupied while you relax and enjoy your breakfast.

He was a great teacher, very patient and the kids had so much fun.

My daughter love to feed the ducks and fish at the pond.

There also have yoga,water sport and kids activites everyday.

It was a mistake to stay here only for one night!!

From the moment we arrived we knew that we had made a terrible mistake.

Unfortunately there were a minority of Padma staff who made our stay miserable due to repeated mistakes with our bookings, (everything from meal bookings through, airport transport to ordering a coffee!).

* The guest services number you dial for Room Service/General requests on several occasions said "yes yes yes" to our requests yet did not follow through on them or made mistakes with our requests.

not good when the rest of you travelling group are located elsewhere, we made this mistake.

2nd big mistake:  on checkout we advised the staff we would be in departure lounge waiting for our transport, we were due to be collected at 4.30 so at 4.20 we made our way back to reception and sat in clear view of the reception desk.

You get to really know a person/company by how they respond to mistakes. Padma.

TIP: If you are holidaying from Europe, don't make the mistake of staying in Nusa Dua as you will end up paying 30% more for food and drink in the resort and that's why the Padma is in an ideal location.

There is a good variety of pools….adults only infinity pool, 45m main pool and family pool with slides.

There is a pool for everyone and whole place is wonderful

The food around the pool and happy hour which starts around 3pm, is a winner!

Could not fault the resort , pools great , food great , garden club great .

Nice pools everywhere, different styles for different age groups.

A special mention to Partita  from the infinity pool area who greeted us with a large  smile and  genuine kindness and delivered the most amazing service.

Private pool was perfect dimensions for young swimmers.

All the staff are amazing with kids, ESPECIALLY the kids club staff and the pool guys!

* The TV was old, poor quality and had a permanent line running through the screen.

Given the fact the hotel was only at 60% occupancy pretty poor I think.

The rooms weren’t cleaned to a satisfactory level.. floors and showers just received a wet towel wipe over.. pretty poor
Buffet breakfast was only fair

At 4.45 I asked concierge to please contact our driver, he lept up calling to the bell boy, told us our transport was in reception, they failed to mention to us that the poor man had been waiting for 1 hour 10 mins!

The poor hotel staff go out every morning and try to tidy the little strip in front of the hotel,

Service at the pool was a little slow, and staff had poor understanding of English,

To summarise the myriad of poor service and issues experienced:
- 2 days payment taken in local currency and charged FX by card compay (not clear when you are booking – as quoted in GBP), without access to the room given it was their error they did not take full payment on booking, only after a big argument were we given access to a room we’ve paid for (at least 2 days).

We had the new year party compulsory with the stay, it was expensive and unfortunately very poor effort by the hotel.

bar is 👌Had a very poor experience with another hotel so we decided to move to the padma.

Maintenance has gone off a bit and entertainment and music was poor.

Right now the view items towards the side of the hotel, so pretty poor.

Not that the food was poor, I just think it could be better..especially the club breakfasts at the SKAI club.

Only negative is poor lighting in the bathroom.

Food was fantastic with breakfast providing many options.

Steps from the beach and also local vendors and restaurants.

We love the poolside rooms with swim up bar serving delicious cocktails and fresh food.

So many yummy foods , variety of foods is enormous.

Food, Services, Hygiene, Recreation activities all are 5 out of 5.

Excellent food, had Balinese/Indonesian buffet (satay & babi guling it was yummy and enjoyed balinese dance performance).

Special mention for Supertina in the restaurant, Adi for his yoga classes, Ratna for recommending the Tepinyaki and Wastika for servicing our room.

Food tremendous and staff as usual, amazing.

My husband and I ate at the Japanese at the resort one night (while the kids were at the kids club -Saturday night KIDS PARTY 5pm-9pm) the Japanese was some of the best food we had.

Special shout out to Desi at reception and Astina who cleaned our room and made us a gorgeous menagerie of towel animals.

It was so welcoming returning to our room to find the sweetest and creative towel arrangements and being greeted with your warm and welcoming presence.

The rooms are comfortable, for a king bed they just push two beds together,

You remembered peoples names and room numbers on first meeting !

Oka serviced our room daily and was a pleasure to see every morning.

Pools were awesome, breakfast - great variety and deicious, rooms were fantastic too, very comfortable beds, were offered different types of pillows.

The whole resort is immaculate, there are people cleaning and sanitising all around the resort constantly, the rooms are also immaculately clean.

Gung Wan thank you for assisting at the front desk and informing us about the room upgrades.

Speial thanks to Futra who cleaned our room.

My Brother in law had Bali Belly and Sumei arranged Coconut water and the Dr to attend his room, Sumei is exceptional.

Archery was very fun and Darma was very kind and helpful.

Our bellhop Arya was a wonderful introduction to the resort and explained many of the amenities to us.

Thank you Padma resort management and staff.

The Padma team are so beautiful, taking excellent care of us from the time we arrived, nothing is a trouble to them.

but we go to breakfast at least 3 times when we go over, it costs about $30 pp but we’ll worth it, huge variety and again staff brilliant.

You were both unbelievably kind, attentive and entertaining to us adults and especially our children.

Ardi works hard on a hot day with big smile.

Just want to said Padma, you really good hotel for have that kind of person.

But the highlight of this place by some margin are the staff - there are lots of them, they work hard, are super friendly and beautiful people and deserve every tip they get.

Check in was fast, staff were friendly, the Manager who is from Australia approaches his guests and asks how their trip is going and if they enjoying their stay.

Very friendly and always there to lend a hand.

The staff are really helpful and friendly, always on hand if you wanted anything.

The accommodation, restaurant, pool, roof top bar and most of all, the wonderful friendly staff made our experience awesome.

The lobby is opulent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with luxurious toiletries supplied, the pool is sparkling and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Norris, the FB manager was very welcoming and friendly, and introduced us to all the facilities and services that the hotel had to offer.

The staff are fabulous, friendly and welcoming.

Trans Resort Seminyak definitely is the best choice to stay with family n friends, in terms of service n hospitality, they are so warm n friendly, they make u feel at home.

All of the staff were amazing, friendly, and the service was excellent.

The best bit of the hotel is the friendly staff, they go over and above to make sure you have the best time.

We took all 3 of our children to which the staff were so kind, friendly and patient.

Fantastic family resort, staff are friendly and very helpful.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable and the buffet breakfast is incredible and changes daily.

The staff at The Trans are amazing, they cannot do enough for us and are so friendly.

The pool was very large, one section has a small beach area for children and parents with sun beds and parasols.

It was quiet during our stay with several families with young kids having a great time.

Swimming pool clear and wide not too deep, so we can swim around freely, great for family with children.

The slide was great and the kids enjoyed going down it a million times.

Thanks for the hospitality and gave surprise my son  birthday’s cake at the restaurant.

Being in my 40's though, and with adult kids, I will definitely book a villa on my next stay for the added peace, tranquility and privacy.

My grandchildren had a lovely time in the kids club .

Thank you again for being so kind to me, my wife and my son.

However, the down side is the hotel do not have access to any beach or the ocean view.. 

My family enjoyed the pool area.. my baby girl loves playing with the sand..

The kids enjoy the kids club and the staff throughout the entire resort are fantastic.

Our children are already saving their pocket money so we can return again next year!

Kids club is fantastic and they also have nannying services.

Trans is ideal for families (waterslide for the kids)

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage  children) recently stayed at the Trans Resort and had a fantastic time.

The 80 metre long outdoor pool is fantastic with a shallow end for the kids, separated from the deeper main pool.

Our kids were moved to a twin room in the following night and the room was miles away from us with bad internet connection.

Our families enjoyed the kids club, the gym & the spa facilities.

but it would be great for kids too as there seemed to be loads of activities for them to do.

The balcony had a day bed and a jacuzzi which added a luxurious feel to it.

Beautiful main property, amazing pool area and wonderful warm staff.

This includes everyone including the guys out the front managing traffic to the room cleaners, pool and gym guys, restaurant, reception etc etc.

They’re honestly beautiful with your own pool and serviced by your personal

The Villas are incredibly lavish and located in a lush garden setting with a beautiful pool and cabana.

I believe that every room have balcony, and the unexpected part yet should be fully anticipated is the jacuzzi.

The kids loved the swimming pool it’s amazing, half is like a sand pool and the other half is a normal pool.

The rooms are amazing ( wish we had booked a room with direct access to the pool) .

The quality room products were superb from bedroom, sofa, bathtub whirlpool, terrace balkon.

The outdoor jacuzzi was great to unwind in at the end of the day.

They have daily games in the pool which are great.

Awesome pool, kind staff, high-quality bathrobe, comfy bed, and meals were impressive.

The resort was spotless, the pool was exceptional and staff second to none.

The rooms are spacious, spotless and modern and each balcony has a pool view, which is lovely.

However, I ordered in room service and some snacks by the pool that turned out to be delicious..

There is also an a’la carte breakfast menu which had a good choice.

Wonderful breakfasts, rooftop bar cocktails, and spa treatments.

6 Star Hotel as the service from staff are so welcoming and willing to make sure your stay is fabulous, delicious breakfast with foods from around the world, the ambience, luxury rooms, and cocktails on the roof top lazing on big sofa beds with a blazing fire pit and view over Seminyak. Amazing!

The Trans resort Bali is total luxury, in every way - from the size of the rooms, the toiletries and facilities, to the food and  the top notch, attentive service.

Plus there were quite a few options on the A La Carte menu.

Although a busy street (where isn’t it busy in that area), it’s close to the main shopping and eating streets in Seminyak, and still walkable to beach.

All the food, drink, cocktails, etc… was fantastic and the facilities were first rate.

The service from check in , restaurant, room service & all the personal were fantastic.
