Btw, the direct access to the beach is a small dark alley.

Worst of all is the access to the beach - walking through a long dark and damp alley that is not safe and smelly.

If you like the beach, you can take private roads that is dark and moldy.

c) Balcony is very dirty - full of leaves and bird poop
d) Room is very dark - I could go blind with their absolutely dark lights 
e) Check out time given was 1pm due to the property being full.

The street where the hotel is located becomes very sketchy at night since it’s very very dark.

This made our room dark and a little annoying not being able to see the sky from our balcony.

Buggy should run later to 8 or 9pm as the lakeway is dark and not the best for walking.

Rooms need more lights, our room was dark dingey with no view and no main lights just lots of little ones.

Cons,dingy and not up to date gym, yucky old pool towels, outside music going at all hours, pool and garden not lit up after dark despite having hanging lights  by the pool, no money changer at the hotel.

Although there are guests who walked back and forth on this dirt road in the dark to go to the shops/restaurants along the main road at night, I am not sure ladies should feel safe walking alone. 2.

whixh is quite dark at night and hence it is quite hard to walk.

The hotel was in a location that was not safe to walk home at night, it was 250/300m down a dark road that was full of potholes and unlit.

The lighting was poor, for us it was too dark during the night.

We arrived to find that our American Express rep who booked our reservation had failed to mention we were Starwood gold guests and  so we were given a standard room which we found dark and small and

Our washing was only delivered to our room after we enquired about it, and our "balcony" looked directly onto a wall which made our room very dark and the pool noise echoed off it.

Lot of noise from the construction from the new house getting built next door so had to stay in the suite most of the time as too noisy to sit on the balcony.

The letter should have been placed before me checking in or the staff could have just slip it in through the door without disturbing the guest (plus I put do not disturb).

Rooms are a little on the noisy side (we had an adjoining room) we could hear the people next door coming in late at night.

The shower head points to the door of the shower and floods out like a river.

I never complained just dealt with it and opened our door to air it out-seemed to do the trick.

The room was tired (scratches on the tiles and doors), poor ventilation (some bad smell from the toilet), worn towels, bed sheets, bathroom curtain.

although the door does not close properly and lots of water will pool on the bathroom floor.

The AC continues working when the balcony doors is open, which is really sad and not environmental saving.

They make sure you are well taken care of. Cons:
a) Room is dated (you can tell from the toilet valves, clicking glass door, furniture - its aging and little maintenance has been done?)

Further the front door didn’t close properly.

We got a junior suite with a door joining the next room and unfortunately you could here everything the guest was saying, every time they moved, yawned and what really got me was their snoring.

Bath: big gap on the door, make it awkward to take a bath.

The rooms are not soundproof, when the hotel is full booked you cannot really relax and enjoy your time in the room as until late in the night you hear guests hitting doors or other noise.

The glass sliding door opens up onto a wooden deck with 2 full size sun loungers, a privacy wall, and direct access into the main pool.

Rooms not noise insulated can hear rooms next door and above.

In fact they slipped a note thru my room door,

The rooms are shoddy, the bathroom door creaks the basin floods and you have to get it fixed the floor are dirty and stained.

i shouted to the man to close the door and reported this incident to the receptionist/room service.

Didn't it occur that the solvents will leak through the connecting door and circulate thru the aircon?

And then the pool room we had was just amazing, so comfortable and we enjoyed the pool so much.

Pool is a long rectangle shape and even when busy still feels relaxing.

Pool - decent size and usually no crowded.

a  very good design with rooms facing the pool and all the amenities you need.

Rooms are cozy and comfortable; ours gave directly on the pool which was amazing.

The interior of this hotel is nice, the facilities is complete, such as swimming pool, gym, cafes, wifi, boogie service.

for beach lover, you will appreciate the fair distance to Double Six beach

but we had a pool access room and were close to the bar so all good.

It’s rooms are spacious and tidy, the pool is great and breakfast is a delight.

Stayed for 10 nights at the hotel, a pool side room was great for just going into the pool, rooms are a decent size with a king size bed, with air conditioning we were bed and breakfast food was great with a mixture of different things, staff were polite and very helpful, rooftop restaurant had good food with live music.

A special mention to Gede who runs the pool bar for outstanding service, he was just fantastic and catered to our every need!!

The pool area is amazing, well looked after and offer drinks and food until early evening.

I was upgraded to a room with a king size bed and a pool view free of charge!

Gede at the pool bar is the reason we have come back so many times.

Overall the food was lovely both at breakfast and dinner.

We could not of asked for better service, rooms were outstanding, staff were so friendly always greeting you as you walked by.

A great boutique hotel, close to the airport and beaches.

Firstly close to airport under 5 minutes and on main shopping strip of Kuta.

The location is superb, ten minutes from the airport and in a good tourist location.

It was really awesome that the hotel is close to the airport when you've been traveling for many hours and you just want to lay down and sleep.

With it’s close proximity to the airport, great central location next to Lippo Mall and local money changers, it makes for a great first night or two on our trip to Bali.

It's close to the airport and you get free shuttle and acros the road you have a mall with a supermarket.

Pick up from airport and drop off was fantastic also.

They were organised and pick up arranged from the airport.

Location is easy to go anywhere and you could walk from the airport

The location was 10 mins away from the airport and across the road from the Lippo Centre.

The pick up from the hotel at domestic airport was smooth and it took 10 mins from airport to the hotel.

Overall a good airport hotel for one or two nights to start your trip in Bali.

There was some construction when we visited,

Some constructions' going on during June 2017, can hear noises.

The bad points: I found the room was unacceptably noisy and I could not relax, as they are doing some construction work in the hotel involving loud banging and drilling the day, and then at night the hotel's restaurant band can be clearly heard from the room until late in the evening, even with the windows closed and aircon turned on.

While staying there construction was being done on rooms adjacent to ours - SO LOUD!!!

but he and his staff had been spoken to so rudely about things out of his control ie noise construction of the mall across the road.

Ladies- if you have long hair you might want to bring ayour own hair dryer as the ones in the rooms are kinda weak.Other than that, the location is great and the concert noise you read about in other reviews is over by 10pm, so no biggie.

Hair dryer barely worked, spent almost half hour and my hair's still wet.

The hairdryers are not really powerful enough and are time consuming especially when you are pressed for time, therefore ladies please bring your own.

I had room service several times to which was nice and good quality 
I found the staff constantly asking for my room number, constantly asking if i was checking out , telling me where i could and could not sit - i felt like i was constantly getting pestered.

They have a restaurant and a bar, and offer massages.

Food and beverages were delicious and reasonably priced.

The resturant and cood is of high quality with great service by all staff and especially Dewi who is a true leader,i cannot fault it.

The restaurant has a good selection of dishes to cater for all travellers.

Room service was excellent at any time of the day or night.

We also had friends come to dinner both times, and we would certainly recommend the restaurant.

We had a lovely stay for our first night in Bali, rooms were clean and decent.

Lippo Mall just a Mal for window shopping and their food court most of the hawker stall is closed during my stay.

Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful, there seemed to be a lot of noise from the dining area throughout the night and early morning, which the doors and windows didn't dampen any.

The curtain was stained at the bottom, water took ages to clear from the bath and there were cracks/missing bits in the 'marble'.

Cons: buffet breakfast 90% the same everyday,pool way too cold,bathroom very mouldy and dirty shower curtains which needs to be replaced.

but we asked to move as the room is small & other pool goers are right there outside non-tinted windows.

Have lots of restaurants near by, Markets down Melasti st and the beach is walking distance

but if you want a lavish stay you might look for properties in and around Just beach.

Great little find - we had a poolside room, friendly staff, great swim up pool bar, conveniently located to beach, shops, restaurants- will be going back -

5-10 minutes walk to the beach, loadssss of shops and places to eat right outside, ate in the restaurant in front of the hotel, food was very nice and the waiter was so attentive.
