The kids are loving it and special shout out the the ladies in the kids club who always go above and beyond and Widi and Joni from the pool bar.

Nice location, beautifull hotel with kids club and i let my kids there for a day, well taken care by great and dedicated staff debby and diah who did an amazing job,my kids love to play there and begging to come back again, well recomended!! !

I really recommend this hotel to those who travelling with kids.. they have kids club, nice pool and good pool bar.

The kids club was a savior for me and I was able to leave my baby there for two hours and go for a massage at the spa.

Also great facilities for families and kids-kids club.

You could see and hear the fireworks probably from the beach club parties nearby.

The kids club is extremely convenient with its 2 hours free of charge every day.

A buggy service is really great for transporting you to the beach club and surrounding amenities.

but I assume that the Marriott is competing against all the beach clubs.

Kids also love the kids club and love Komang who accompanied them in kids club.

This hotel is very convenient, great ambience, great kids club, the food is delicious and the staff here are amazing!

Our kids used the kids club facility at the hotel for few days and they were more than happy to back to the kids club each day!

The upper level has the bar with a swim up pool section and the lower section has a shallower area for kids.

The mash potatoes were nice and kids burger too.

Hotel concierge organised us some great trips to the local temple and dance and to release baby turtles for an unbelievably decent price and driver even waited for the tickets for the dance for us while we explored the temple.

My daughter and I stayed for a week during which time we experienced wonderful staff, so willing to please.

I came with Family to celebrate my daughter birthday, thank you Yudi to welcome us so nice and make our plan here so good, and the food are still so nice even the pandemic,definetely will coming back again with another planning.

Great staff with amazingly friendly and caring service, especially Ms.  Chinta with her hospitality, also the staff who serve on the rooftop and the room cleaner's girl who have worked well and politely.. Don't hesitate to come back to stay here in the future..

Checked in with 3 children to spend 4 nights stay

while our friends watched our toddler for us.

There are 3 pools, one being the pool bar, normal pool and then a kids pool.

Kids are treated so beautifully by all the staff and other guests.

The other rooms are way too noisy, small and dark!

About 40mins to airport on a normal traffic condition.

Lots of chaotic, noisy traffic, persistent honking taxis and stallholders

A staff member asked us to turn it down - you could barely hear it as it was.

The rooms are a bit noisy as hotel is situated in a busy area

but we could hear the music went on until 1AM.

the pool and the restaurant can get noisy in the day and evening

but functional, the pool expansive, although perhaps its central layout means it can be a little noisy for pool view suites.

We stayed in room 352 which we found was extremely noisy as we were over the "kids" pool area.

but got placed in a corner room directly by the streets - so cars on both sides-traffic is very bad in Bali, so it was super loud.

This became quite nauseating after a few nights, we would have preferred to hear traditional Balinese music

I would not recommend a street view as it’s a busy street and noisy.

There should be a safety device to protect guests, if my sister had not woken me i may not have lived to write a review.

but it was perfectly situated near the poor but far enough away from the kids pool to avoid hearing the hustle and bustle.

My 11 yr old daughter was quite overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of Seminyak

I’d read a few reviews before I booked that the city view rooms were noisy

We were kept awake by the horns and woken at 5:30am by chairs being rearranged by the restaurant.

The reception staff quickly responded after we had issues with rude, noisy guests in adjoining rooms and Ramu in management personally saw to rellocating us.

Also woken by drunkards in the corridors and outside.

Breakfasts at the Seminyak Kitchen were amazing, great rooms, lovely pool, fitness centre and a spa.

The spa is also great and I would highly recommend the Balinese massage.

There is live music every night and the vibe is very relaxed, with a perfect sunset view.

Stayed for 10 nights at the hotel, a pool side room was great for just going into the pool, rooms are a decent size with a king size bed, with air conditioning we were bed and breakfast food was great with a mixture of different things, staff were polite and very helpful, rooftop restaurant had good food with live music.

Live music on occasions and great tunes on other days.

Rooftop bar is amazing, sunset on point, really love the sunset here, amazing, live music on weekend , love it !!!

The sunset view was stunning from around 530-6ish and the live acoustic music was great and truly boasted a great evening ambience each day.

- Check out the rooftop bar at sunset.

The room is always clean, breakfast always great, the pool are nice, awesome rooftop bar, and the staffs!

Service was also excellent especially at the beautiful rooftop bar.

DESAK and Arya from the Above rooftop bar was exceptional.

The Pool staff were exceptional and the roof top bar had the most amazing view, great food and reasonably priced well designed cocktails.

The hotel comprises 2 restaurants the rooftop lounge and the international Devali restaurant we chose to dine at the rooftop as the menu looked appealing and the ambience inviting.

Most of all, we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant.

but I had dinner and snacks at the "Above" restaurants on the rooftops and amazingly the food was delicious.

We had dinners at their roof top restaurant called ABOVE and every single night we’d go there Putu will come up to us and would ask us about our stay and food and on my birthday they played happy birthday for me (as they have live band there almost every night) which was ☺️ and Putu gave us tequila shots and cake at the end of our dinner.

• No need to mentioned how wonderful of a complimentary dinner on the roof top “the Above”.

We had a very special birthday dinner at the rooftop bar.

Might be back if they fix the cocktail quality and the menu at the rooftop lounge.

Breakfast was good, and the cocktails on the rooftop bar were nice.

The hotel has clean swimming pool (with salt), offers many varieties of breakfast (they  can make you a dosa, fresh orange juice or decaf coffee latte with no additional cost), rooftop restaurant with ocean view, some good dinner packages (with curry or skewer night package at price of $10-11 per package) with live music.

My room was clean and they managed to check me in rather early.

Wow what a place to stay, so close to an awesome beach just a small walk, the most friendly staff and very clean rooms, lovely breakfast and the food on the rooftop was excellent, the braised beef ribs were the best I've ever eaten, if you want a city break close to a beach give this place a go

This was the second hotel we stayed at during our trip to Bali, the room was clean and had a good pool view, the staff were attentive and helpful.

Hope they doing the right thing as this hotel was well known with humidity, smell inside their rooms and poor maintenance.

AC is not cold, no sound proof as you can hear clearly people walking & talking outside, water is not hot enough, room is smell and not fresh.

Hotel towels are too old and had a damp smell.

but you failed to mention the sewerage problem - this is a health and safety issue, all our clothes stunk and we threw the suitcases out as we could not remove the smell
If we ever returned to bali ypur hotel would not be considered!!!

however our holiday was spoiled all our clothes smelled like sewerage.

Walking the corridor to our room there was dust and clumps of hair along the edge of the corridors like they never get swept, our room smelt musty, the floor was stained.

Our room did have an odd smell that I think was from the aircon.

The room was tired (scratches on the tiles and doors), poor ventilation (some bad smell from the toilet), worn towels, bed sheets, bathroom curtain.

The bathroom smelt bad of sewage in the afternoon.

Nothing better than real coffee taste and smell.

Worst of all is the access to the beach - walking through a long dark and damp alley that is not safe and smelly.

The towals available for the guests in the pool area need to be replaced for new ones, it is really desapointed, for a hotel like this to use such a disgusting pool towels that have holes and look so old.

If you like the beach, you can take private roads that is dark and moldy.

Towels and sheets are old.. torn and nasty.

c) Balcony is very dirty - full of leaves and bird poop
d) Room is very dark - I could go blind with their absolutely dark lights 
e) Check out time given was 1pm due to the property being full.

The bike they booked us was barely road worthy, speedo didn’t work, rusty, smelly helmets, and the bike rattled constantly.

Mold and dirt was in the corners of the shower and the sink.

One downside was the towels - they need replacing.

We got to our room (junior suite) and there is just 1 towel in the bathroom for 3 adults and 1 child.

We were only given 2 bath towels during our stay.

Its impossible to find a pool towel near the large central pool and it was stone cold, I understand its Bali

Only very minor negatives were the room cleaning was a bit mixed (those water glasses need washing properly not being left with towel smears in them), and the laundry service was pretty dire in terms of time (four days?).

but were not able to get a chair because guests had "reserved them" with towels and their personal items laid on the chairs.

The pool is disappointing, and they always have no towels.

b) Pool access rooms does not have enough towels to cater to chairs outside - at the very least, provide pool towels in your room?

Another issue were always less or no towels in the pool area and the general lack of sunbeds around the pool.

So I called and asked for water, towels etc.

One rainy  day we asked for a umbrella which we had to sign out for .If you ask for a pool towel to take to the beach you have to leave a cash deposit when asked to put it to my room they said no and had to be cash.

Cons,dingy and not up to date gym, yucky old pool towels, outside music going at all hours, pool and garden not lit up after dark despite having hanging lights  by the pool, no money changer at the hotel.

Yellowing or greying towels which should be changed.

The minibar was empty throughout the stay, no bath robes, coffee machine or spare glasses (except the ones in the bathroom), sometimes we would go back to the room and find no bath towels.

but there were never pool towels when we wanted them and when we did get them they were very thin and poor quality.

a/c, shower, need for hand towel etc - then just ask and the staff will sort it!

Firstly close to airport under 5 minutes and on main shopping strip of Kuta.

A great boutique hotel, close to the airport and beaches.

With it’s close proximity to the airport, great central location next to Lippo Mall and local money changers, it makes for a great first night or two on our trip to Bali.

It was really awesome that the hotel is close to the airport when you've been traveling for many hours and you just want to lay down and sleep.

It's close to the airport and you get free shuttle and acros the road you have a mall with a supermarket.

Close proximity to the airport and shopping centre and is on the main street.

It's near the airport and there's a shopping mall directly opposite.

We were looking for a hotel near the airport and we would choose this hotel again.

Excellent hotel close to airport and good breakfast.

If you want to be near the airport, this is ideal.

Perfect location if you want to stay near the airport for a late night flight out.

We were only here for one night and selected the hotel due to proximity to the airport and easy walking distance to malls and eateries.
