So some where our payment had gone missing and the receptionist was not interested in listening,  so to save an argument (our lift to airport was waiting) I paid again.

There is also only two elevators in this hotel and they can be a nightmare to get.

This was the daily game of having to go the the new Kusadasi theme park, aka the Palmin lifts, to go to reception to ask for fresh towels as when you call they stated they do not understand english, yet the same person underatands perfectly at the desk.

Our room was on 5th floor across from the lift.

2.there a few things that could do with a bit of touch up in places fixed the lifts and sort out and there needs to be a sign in the bathroom to explain where to put the used loo roll as it can’t  go down the loo and we didn’t know this until we asked are rep.

3.The pool can be very cold and a shock when you first get in and when the sun starts to go down

4.The shop can be very costly and not have much in.

2 days into the holiday and the second elevator broke down.

but the only thing that was an issue was the elevator.

Also my wife feel over on the wet floor near the lifts so another trip to the hospital.

Dirty,used glasses taken off trays , given back to guests with new drinks in them, table cloths dirty ,stained with grease.Same smudges & drips on the glass wall in the lifts,days on end .Bathroom sink not cleaned once during our 2 week stay,& given dirty,frayed towels .

area,crawling under tables etc,and abusing the lifts.

the hotel itself has the fastest lifts I have ever been in, maybe I haven't lived

Every single staff member is so polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

ISA in the animation team is great and very friendly will deffo be turning again next year

All staff are so friendly and helpful, and a great animation team with Isa, Murat, Oscar, Atakan.

The staff were fantastic and a special mention Ravazan he was brilliant,very friendly,he made the time at palmin even better.

These guys work so hard they are just fantastic., so friendly and accommodating I cannot praise them highly enough.

We are on our final day of our holiday, it has been absolutely fantastic.

Palmin is a wonderful hotel for holidays.

though is lack of music and atmosphere sometimes around the poolside, think decent music lazing at the pool is a must and helps keeps everyone on holiday mode, so that’s my only real issue..wouldn’t stop me from visiting again though as I do love it, and so did my son, we met lots of great people and definitely will return next year!

I wouldn’t recommend simply because when I’m on holiday I don’t want to have to set an alarm to make sure I get a sun lounger and I don’t want to be harassed by the entertainment team (well one member).

Entertainment team: the saving grace of this holiday, only for the guys giving their best to residents each day down by the pool the hotel wouldn’t be as positive as it is.

He took his time to teach our daughter how to dance and  took her on the stage with our girls in the musical of Greece lightning song  made my girl's holiday unforgettable  l can not thank him enough please find Murat he will help you and make sure you have a great time.

There was a mixture of nationality’s on holiday, Brits, Irish, Turkish, Belgium and Germans.

We arrived late our first night and one night my daughter had a migraine so we had room service.

Sami is also great manning the slides and helping with the kids entertainment.

but be back again in may  deffo recomend the turkish bath at the hotel and the girl at the spa front desk is very nice and helpfull

Another wonderful stay at palmin , I would like to praise the entertainment team , Murat is full of energy fun guy he does amazing yoga always has a smileOscar is the naughty loveable child , Atakan is such a lovely kind guy always will go out of his way to help , they all go above and beyond to make sure all the guests have a fabulous time getting you involved in all the games Isco is the manager of the entertainment team and he does a wonderful job making sure everything runs really well.

From the excellent receptionist and bell boy on arrival to the always smiling staff in bar areas and dining room there is too many to mention

but don’t be pushy especially to children who found the behaviour of this person too much for him.

Murat, Oscar and Atakan are some of the animation team members and they’re amazing with people all ages, kids, young adults, teenagers everything.

We will deffo return we won't get back to kusadasi with out visiting here while my daughter is young.

but any kids that were in the hotel appeared to be having a great time!

hotel palmin was 10/10 had a great two weeks the entertainment staff were brill murat was reálly good got us invloved with everything had a lot of time for us same goes for atakan and  oscar they were brill with the kids hope they are there next year food was really good all staff were so good carnt wait see them all next year

Had a great time at palmin,room kept spotless ,had granddaughter with us and when we got back she had made a swan out of the bed sheet and put her sun specs on it,all staff were very kind and the animation team were fun loving and comica fire show and comfy show with Murat and oskar was the best nights l. Food was extremely poor and rotten.. Staff was rude asked for a coke and was told no???

but the performance is poor, usually network gets lost very often.

We had not used any of the so calles all-inclusive services since the monday night and we were sure as hell not going to eat or drink anything from a hotel with such poor food standards.

The hotel is on a large hill and the pavements are extremely poor for pushing wheelchairs or prams

The one thing that did let the hotel down was the evening  entertainment ,poor is what I would call it.One professional act which was brilliant and the rest was the in house team.

but I would not return due to the poor dining experience and poor evening entertainment.

but! The god-awful entertainment began around 9:30pm every night and lasted until gone midnight (feel sorry for the poor people that live around the hotel!)

The food is quite poor and three members of my family had upset stomachs.

Beers and soft drinks are filled from tap and are of poor quality.

These really are the best entertainment we have ever seen whilst on holiday.

Amazing hotel☀️ the entertainment team are so funny and energetic, Murat is so funny and energetic he makes the Zumba and yoga good fun.

Had an absolute ball as usual, great hotel, great staff especially the animation team and so so happy to see Murat back again he has to be the best of the crew.

As before I found everything clean and spotless, staff were lovely as usual especially the entertainment team,  Murat hadn’t been there on my last visit

The entertainment team were great.The food was very good my family of 4 could always find something they really enjoyed.

I like the night shows the staff get the audience involved in every  show.

All the animation team made a great effort to get people involved and left you alone if you didnt want to do activities.

Well 4 of the nights were external entertainment and not bad, especially the classic dancers and the Africans and Ethiopian dancers, brilliant.

Come to this hotel every year for as long as I can remember it's a lovely hotel staff are brilliant and the animation team are brilliant and I'm glad to see murat is back he is just great in this job born to do that.

Sadly, my partner fell ill with food posioning as a result of the disgusting practices of the restaurant.

Lady beach was dirty, it was covered in broken bottles, rubbish, cigarette

The beach itself as in the sand is full of cigarettes which is a shame because as I said its a beautiful beach I definitely would not let kids play in the sand.

Although there was a persistent sewage like smell coming from the bathroom.

The only thing that bothered me was the smell of swage coming from the toilet.

On one afternoon they were serving chicken kebabs at the pool restaurant the guy serving was dripping in sweat and wiping his brow and continuing to serve food with his sweaty hands.

Also there is a little chemist which is brilliant if you get sun burn or run out of sun lotion and 30 lira (£4.10) for it not €20 like the hotel shop was selling it for.

Around the pool area, even in the Non-Smoking areas, there were a great number of smokers who had no issues with lighting up right next to where children were.

-The private beach was too crowded and full of seaweed and cigarette

just like to say the hotel leave 1big bottle of water in the room an you have to take it to the bar to be refilled and being as they keep running out of water at the bars when you get it its warm and smells disgusting so do the plastic glasses !

The biggest let down was the food in this all inclusive holiday, stale cereal every morning and all food was labeled to contain gluten (even the boiled eggs).

Myself and my daughter stayed here, and I have to say it was clean and welcoming.

Will definitely be back with hopefully the same staff.

Finally the animation team were excellent, provided entertainment all day for all ages and evening entertainment.

It is very good that there are two pools - one for those looking for relax and one for those who likes games and fun.

The pool and the water slides are a great entertainment and fun for both adults and children , so definitely the perfect resort for a absolutely perfect and unforgettable holiday.

One of the best things were the games and animation team especially Reggie and Frank.

He gets everyone involved in lots of fun activities and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy.

The team organise ,kids’ stuff , keep fit , water polo.. and generally, give the that pool a whole party vibe.

They have fun things to do all day and night, and the entertainment team were great.

We chose the resort as it had a football pitch and a tennis court

There are plenty of friendly staff around and we asked to move rooms as ours was very small.

The Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly at reception and at the bars and restaurant.

They are so friendly that make you feel as you are not in a hotel

Came for a 5 night stay with one of my besties for a girls holiday!

Reggie in particular in entertainment team was great , made my son's holiday.

It was one of the best holidays that i’ve ever done !

I am from georgia, me and my friend stayed in Le Bleu for about 7 days, we are happy to have spend our vacation there.

We stayed in Le Bleu for about 10 days and we are happy to have spend our holiday there!!!

but the prime locations would always have towels down by 0930 so we tended to go to the jetty and come back to the pool later, I couldn't bare the awful music at the other pool so never went there, ate at the snack bar on the last day and served quite nice pizza and burgers fries etc
All in all a lovely break, beautiful location.

It was an amazing holiday and we would definitely stay here again as we loved it!

I holiday around four times per year so have been to many all inclusive hotels with animation teams, this is an honest review of what I seen and experienced.

The animation team were always around with a welcome and a smile.

We can't comment on the animation team or the family pool as this we didn't use these facilities/amenities

The best part of the holiday was the animation team who every day try so hard to make it fun for everyone.

The animation team is amazing and all of them - Reggie, Ramo and Fran are doing so much for the atmosphere in the hotel.

An absolutely amazing hotel, the stuff is fantastic they are very friendly and welcoming and great entertainment team made me and my friends feel welcome, they work really hard to make all guests happy comfortable and have an unforgettable holiday.

Animation team was very giod, especially Ramo and reggie also fran made my time really enjoyable and would come again.

Reggie from the entertainment was amazing made everyone feel really welcome and gets everyone involved the bar staff was amazing they knew what drinks had after going once the hotel was really nice the food and snack bars was always available

The two pool areas are brilliant, if you want a chill lazy pool theres one, if you want one with more life then theres one with  slides and the animation team.

Kids entertainment starts to late 9/9.30 pm when most kids are shatterd after a day in the pool and playing .

The entertainment is where we felt this hotel was lacking, which is surprising with how many reviews rave about it!

Entertainment staff can be a quite pushy, if there is a show on or pool party you will certainly know about it and hear the from each team member usually 5 or so times during your meal, each one will descend on your table in turn guaranteed

The animation team were great especially Reggie and Fran - they took the time to chat with you and just made the holiday so enjoyable.

Animation staff Vlada, B4ck and Anastasia are amazing.

Hairdryer hanging off wall and made a burning smell and so too scared to use.

Walked to ladies beach wich is only a 5 min stroll   beach was filthy as there had been a festival and end of Ramadan celebrations.

Also, it’s a smoking room despite the booking for a non-smoking room.

Arrived at hotel to find room was dirty and very unclean, empty cigarette boxes next to bed, shower screen filthy and paint chipped away from ceiling and left lying on shower tray.

-when we arrived our balcony door was broken, the bathroom had a funny drain like smell, one of the 2 toilet flushes didn’t work and one of the plugs were broken with prongs stuck in them.

I brought my own disinfectant wipes to clean and many of the surfaces/light switches were covered in dust and filthy.

Cons : Rooms ours smelt musty and air conditioning was very loud beds are realy unconfortable.

Who do you blame, hotel or holiday company.Things like Danish pastries were stale as soon as they were served, at least 2 days old.

There was a bad smell in the front yard close to the apartment’s blocks we stayed in, I am guessing from one of the sewers.

and mash potatoe my god like semalina tasted disgusting watery mess, had beef a few times which was lovely melted in mouth and veal.

very nice clean unfortunately the patio door handle was broken.. 3times we had to report eventually they fixed it hour and half later at 2.30am: 
Only could use air condition for about 5 minutes then the smell of sewerage was unbearable, reported to Claudia .

Drink was terrible ended up only drinking water even the fruit juice was disgusting.

Came back this year and booked a Club Room  for 3 Adults and got a Standard room we could not stay in as it had a vile smell.

We arrived having booked 3 adults and got to the room 2 single beds & a child’s camp bed also there was a bad smell in bathroom.

We were here when the  Bulgarian students arrived, I never saw any cigarette left on the floor, yes they were a bit loud at times and rough on the slides

Hotel, staff, location and cleanliness all faultless.

Thanks to the whole hotel staff for the job you are doing!

Luckily, there were lovely two nurses nearby who came to my aid- all the manger could say was 'call ambulance. operation'.

The food went down hill by the end of the week went down for breakfast hardly any staff not much choice this a shame as it’s in a lovely setting the views are amazing the sun sett is best ever most of the staff was lovely .

The staff are so attentive and couldn’t do anymore for us If they tried!

Desserts & patisserie are fabulous- the best we have ever had in an AI hotel.The only reason I did not give full marks to the hotel is that they need to address the temperature of the hot food- we had cold dinners on a few occasions which was disappointing.

The pools felt quite cold to which we couldn't stay in them for too long with our daughter as she was shivering at some points especially if she got out to jump in again.

Then onto our room, very spacious swim up room we had, the a/c is ice cold so no drama there, apart from my girlfiend likes it warm & i like it cool, so had to get some extra blankets from reception for her as non extra in the room.

but not so cold that you dread jumping into it (with the exception of the kids splash pool which is bloody freezing)
The main restaurant I already mentioned has specific opening times but there is also a snack bar that serves out of meal times.
