Another wonderful stay at palmin , I would like to praise the entertainment team , Murat is full of energy fun guy he does amazing yoga always has a smileOscar is the naughty loveable child , Atakan is such a lovely kind guy always will go out of his way to help , they all go above and beyond to make sure all the guests have a fabulous time getting you involved in all the games Isco is the manager of the entertainment team and he does a wonderful job making sure everything runs really well.

Had an absolute ball as usual, great hotel, great staff especially the animation team and so so happy to see Murat back again he has to be the best of the crew.

I am so happy  with my stay at the palmin Hotel  I would stay again.

All the animation team made a great effort to get people involved and left you alone if you didnt want to do activities.

I wouldn’t recommend simply because when I’m on holiday I don’t want to have to set an alarm to make sure I get a sun lounger and I don’t want to be harassed by the entertainment team (well one member).

Atakan was my little Girls best friend for the whole holiday.Murat is the sports teacher and got my little one involved in a Greece show one of the nights and she absolutely loved that he is amazing with the crowd too.

Brilliant hotel that has so much to offer from daily activities, tasty food and great location.

but Sports teacher Murat was absolutely fantastic  so professional in his job.

Had a fantastic holiday at hotel palmin.. the animation team were the best murat had alot of time for us always involved us in the activities as did all the rest hope to see them there again next year it wouldn't be the same without them 😁

What made this hotel was the amazing staff, ranging from the animation team which gave you fantastic entertainment around the pool throughout the day and then great shows at night, to the amazing waiters who are the most helpful people you could ever wish for!

Oskar, Murat and Atakan made our holiday such fun, they instantly make you feel welcome and get you involved in all games from Water Gym and Water Polo to Yoga and Zumba with Murat.

There are fun pool games every day and  isa very well organised shows each night.

So some where our payment had gone missing and the receptionist was not interested in listening,  so to save an argument (our lift to airport was waiting) I paid again.

There is also only two elevators in this hotel and they can be a nightmare to get.

This was the daily game of having to go the the new Kusadasi theme park, aka the Palmin lifts, to go to reception to ask for fresh towels as when you call they stated they do not understand english, yet the same person underatands perfectly at the desk.

Our room was on 5th floor across from the lift.

2.there a few things that could do with a bit of touch up in places fixed the lifts and sort out and there needs to be a sign in the bathroom to explain where to put the used loo roll as it can’t  go down the loo and we didn’t know this until we asked are rep.

3.The pool can be very cold and a shock when you first get in and when the sun starts to go down

4.The shop can be very costly and not have much in.

2 days into the holiday and the second elevator broke down.

but the only thing that was an issue was the elevator.

Also my wife feel over on the wet floor near the lifts so another trip to the hospital.

Dirty,used glasses taken off trays , given back to guests with new drinks in them, table cloths dirty ,stained with grease.Same smudges & drips on the glass wall in the lifts,days on end .Bathroom sink not cleaned once during our 2 week stay,& given dirty,frayed towels .

area,crawling under tables etc,and abusing the lifts.

the hotel itself has the fastest lifts I have ever been in, maybe I haven't lived

We are on our final day of our holiday, it has been absolutely fantastic.

Great hotel the staff were exceptional especially with the children would recommend to anyone kids club and animation team involved everyone made it a great holiday and nothing was to much bother even housekeeping were above what was expected well done palmin staff

Oscar and atakan always make the games so fun and it’s a brilliant ice breaker to get the guests mingling and is a great way to enjoy your holiday with your family

Palmin is a wonderful hotel for holidays.

though is lack of music and atmosphere sometimes around the poolside, think decent music lazing at the pool is a must and helps keeps everyone on holiday mode, so that’s my only real issue..wouldn’t stop me from visiting again though as I do love it, and so did my son, we met lots of great people and definitely will return next year!

Entertainment team: the saving grace of this holiday, only for the guys giving their best to residents each day down by the pool the hotel wouldn’t be as positive as it is.

He took his time to teach our daughter how to dance and  took her on the stage with our girls in the musical of Greece lightning song  made my girl's holiday unforgettable  l can not thank him enough please find Murat he will help you and make sure you have a great time.

We come back year after year to see these guys because they really do make our holiday special.

There was a mixture of nationality’s on holiday, Brits, Irish, Turkish, Belgium and Germans.

Having a great holiday with family and friends, nice hotel fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful, and the animation team put on lots of activities through the day and provide some of the evening entertainment.

We arrived late our first night and one night my daughter had a migraine so we had room service.

Sami is also great manning the slides and helping with the kids entertainment.

but be back again in may  deffo recomend the turkish bath at the hotel and the girl at the spa front desk is very nice and helpfull

Stayed in the palmin hotel for 10 days , food lovly , hotel is spotless nd cleaners come in every day, rooms are grand size , all staff r lovly nd very helpfull , amanation team r fab with kids , stuff goin on all day for them , they wont be board day our night , live music nd shows were very good threw out our stay here , pool is lovly nd slides are very good , Isa , oscar , atcan from amanation team are great crack

From the excellent receptionist and bell boy on arrival to the always smiling staff in bar areas and dining room there is too many to mention

but don’t be pushy especially to children who found the behaviour of this person too much for him.

Murat, Oscar and Atakan are some of the animation team members and they’re amazing with people all ages, kids, young adults, teenagers everything.

We will deffo return we won't get back to kusadasi with out visiting here while my daughter is young.

but any kids that were in the hotel appeared to be having a great time!

hotel palmin was 10/10 had a great two weeks the entertainment staff were brill murat was reálly good got us invloved with everything had a lot of time for us same goes for atakan and  oscar they were brill with the kids hope they are there next year food was really good all staff were so good carnt wait see them all next year

Had a great time at palmin,room kept spotless ,had granddaughter with us and when we got back she had made a swan out of the bed sheet and put her sun specs on it,all staff were very kind and the animation team were fun loving and comica fire show and comfy show with Murat and oskar was the best nights l. Greatly suited for all ages from babies to teens to fully grown adults.

Food was extremely poor and rotten.. Staff was rude asked for a coke and was told no???

but the performance is poor, usually network gets lost very often.

We had not used any of the so calles all-inclusive services since the monday night and we were sure as hell not going to eat or drink anything from a hotel with such poor food standards.

The hotel is on a large hill and the pavements are extremely poor for pushing wheelchairs or prams

The one thing that did let the hotel down was the evening  entertainment ,poor is what I would call it.One professional act which was brilliant and the rest was the in house team.

but I would not return due to the poor dining experience and poor evening entertainment.

but! The god-awful entertainment began around 9:30pm every night and lasted until gone midnight (feel sorry for the poor people that live around the hotel!)

The food is quite poor and three members of my family had upset stomachs.

The only I had with this place was the fact that there was no option for a second room key and that the Wi-Fi was of poor quality if not In a specific location in the hotel.

We have enjoyed every minute my only complaint is the wifi which is poor.

The entertainment was poor and most of the team were annoyingly patronising.

Beers and soft drinks are filled from tap and are of poor quality.

Foodies great in the restaurant with plenty of choice for all 3 meals and also an outdoor snack bar if preferred.

The famous animation team and staff make you so very welcome especially Ataken and the restaurant offers a good selection of dishes 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Best features I have noticed are food and stuff behavings. And hotel also have transportation to a nearby private beach (free)

The entertainment team were great.The food was very good my family of 4 could always find something they really enjoyed.

I would recommend ladies beach and we ate down there a few times ladies beach bar does great meals and drinks/cocktails.

Separate balcony, AC turns of when balcony door is not properly open, food is tasty, especially buffet is reach with lots of amazing flavors.

WELL DONE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM AT PALMIN , ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All staff are so friendly and helpful, and a great animation team with Isa, Murat, Oscar, Atakan.

As before I found everything clean and spotless, staff were lovely as usual especially the entertainment team,  Murat hadn’t been there on my last visit

I like the night shows the staff get the audience involved in every  show.

Well 4 of the nights were external entertainment and not bad, especially the classic dancers and the Africans and Ethiopian dancers, brilliant.

Come to this hotel every year for as long as I can remember it's a lovely hotel staff are brilliant and the animation team are brilliant and I'm glad to see murat is back he is just great in this job born to do that.

Sadly, my partner fell ill with food posioning as a result of the disgusting practices of the restaurant.

Lady beach was dirty, it was covered in broken bottles, rubbish, cigarette

The beach itself as in the sand is full of cigarettes which is a shame because as I said its a beautiful beach I definitely would not let kids play in the sand.

Although there was a persistent sewage like smell coming from the bathroom.

The only thing that bothered me was the smell of swage coming from the toilet.

On one afternoon they were serving chicken kebabs at the pool restaurant the guy serving was dripping in sweat and wiping his brow and continuing to serve food with his sweaty hands.

Also there is a little chemist which is brilliant if you get sun burn or run out of sun lotion and 30 lira (£4.10) for it not €20 like the hotel shop was selling it for.

Around the pool area, even in the Non-Smoking areas, there were a great number of smokers who had no issues with lighting up right next to where children were.

-The private beach was too crowded and full of seaweed and cigarette

just like to say the hotel leave 1big bottle of water in the room an you have to take it to the bar to be refilled and being as they keep running out of water at the bars when you get it its warm and smells disgusting so do the plastic glasses !

The biggest let down was the food in this all inclusive holiday, stale cereal every morning and all food was labeled to contain gluten (even the boiled eggs).

Myself and my daughter stayed here, and I have to say it was clean and welcoming.

Will definitely be back with hopefully the same staff.

but the air con in the room was awful as there was a terrible smell of sewage coming through all the time.

Too busy, cold food, not much variation, many rooms are closed, dirty rooms, bad beds, bad airco Makes a lot of noise, bathroom with dirty stains, doors (handles dirty), lifts to the beach broken, for people with bad legs really a problem.

Old and not clean.. the aircon is working

On a first day, they gave us 1203 room with air con cover falling off, curtains were ripped to shreds, lamps and sockets hanging off, headboard was so badly stained, you wouldn’t want to put uv light on.

During our stay AC wasn't working in the rooms, we asked guest relations several times to fix the problem

but nothing changed, and even the air con that did work was so noisy it interrupted sleep.

but this year only in quality of 3 stars… rude people on the reception desk, terrible air conditioning, on the 1. and 2.

but definitely not a 5* hotel:
- Extremely loud
- a lot of major technical issues with the room (heavily leaking toilet, leaking AC)
- the cleanliness very, very average especially in main restaurant
- very poor level of even basic english among the staff
- very repetitive food
- average drinks

However some of the staff members were really veeeery nice and helpful

To me The out standing problem was the AC.

Air-conditioning and some other technical amenities could be a bit more modern.

The Air Con in the rooms was poor and the mini fridge was off warm, never ever cold.

The aircon is beyond dated and their bathrooms are just a health hazard.

We arrived here 6 days ago today,check in was pretty straight forward and fast got taken to are room and when entering we soon realised the air con didnt work hardly at all they are ancient room 1105 and then we were put of hot water for a day and a half after telling them at reception it took us a few times b4 finally they came and sorted it,room very basic

Room had a great view from the 5th floor, air con was great ‘too cold some nights’ lol,
We DID manage to get WiFi in the room.

Bedding is ripped, air con makes an unbearable rattling noise unless on max speed.

but then we found that the AC was not working, the rooms smelled of sewage.

but for us to stay in the room which was horrible the minibar was all empty and the air conditioning was leaking in the bathrooms and the toilet seat was disgusting and dirty!

The rooms are extremely hot and due to the winter season the AC is centrally set on heating so guests are unable to change it to cold.

but just hot air pumped out of the aircon.

The aircon tech came back with a ladder and looked in the vent and said, "nothing there" and then left and never came back.

All the pools, beaches, restaurants, cafes, Turkish bats, and other common areas are perfect.

Snorkelling is excellent, bring a snorkel - lots and lots of fish in the rocks lining the shoreline.

Fantastic holiday, food brilliant as always, rooms recently upgraded air con and beach restaurants improved hugely.

The Italian a la carte was delicious and comes with fantastic views of the bay - strongly recommend!

The hotel with a very wide range of fun events and activities all day long, several massive clean pools and picturesque beaches, the diversity of foods, snacks and drinks served by warm and friendly staff, the acceptably clean rooms with frequent housekeeping services, having quick and easy access to the hotel well-located facilities like many WCs, towel counters, elevators, ice cream and snack bars turned our one-week stay into an amazing experience packed with tons of great memories.

There are several beaches, pools and many facilities in the large area of the hotel. I would like specifically thank to "guest relations, chinese restaurant, meyhane restaurant and the service people who serves above our expectations."

With a few exceptions, great service headed by a waiter from a beach bar and Messrs. Emre and Ayhan.

The pools are great and perfect temperature, the beaches are very nice. Staff very nice and friendly (almost all of them!)

Guest relations along with all service staff from the beach towel girl to the bar staff, were all so polite and helpful, it made the holiday a pure pleasure.

Seafood bar was great and the beach bar was just as good.

Cafe from Muhamed is fantastic hotel very good coffees very summary  food Beach nice .Rooms need to be renovated.

Beautiful place, large territory, clear sea, empty beach, polite and attentive staff, delicious food.

Beach was good and we managed to get into the sea a few times.

The choice of pool, beach, different venues gave me many options which were all enjoyable.

A fine beach for sea lovers, great aquapark for kids and adults.

The beach is awesome, you even can do mountain climbing, swimming pools are extraordinery.

Yes we were there at june 2017 for the first time and at the first time you see the beach the view is like OMG I just see this place in my dreams
The food quality and variety is so good the staff is helpful most of the time and you really entertain in this hotel with the day and night show and activates.

The little water park is great fun and very safe, no queues.

Also the animation for adults and evening shows are fun.

Good to be stay with kids for fun, mini aquapark facility is favorable.

The location is beautiful as you may expect with quite a bit for culture vultures ie Ephesus is 20 minutes away, and for fun seekers 2 massive waterpark 5 minutes away if the resort water slides aren't enough (they are) Kusadasi is a short taxi ride for 50'ish lira (10tl =£1) or 10tl on a local modern bus, each way.

A special comment to Emir who has really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and we have had so much fun do far!

And they made us available to have fun at the good and big pools, slides and etc.

Exceptional views from everywhere in the hotel, food is great, pools and atmosphere is top fun!

However, the best part of the stay so far is the very fun and helpful animation team, Joseph leads the fun during the day and long into the night! !

I really enjoyed this holiday , amazing food , excellent mini club special of miss hatcu my kids loved mini club , too many activities for children ,live music , clean rooms , amazing staff , very nice swimming pool , me and family had so much fun

The aquapark was great fun and kids loved it.

The only positive thing about the hotel is the kids club team.

One entertainment staff, believe polish, wasn’t dressed appropriately for a kids show, with her bum showing.

My son enjoyed playing water polo every day.

My husband and daughter put their towels on a sunbed  and went into the pool to swim.

Another child with 3 years (Turkish) can stay all day long.

Also you can stay at hotel and enjoy Various entertainment inside the hotel , different pools and amazing water park inside it can make your Childs happy during your stay , I have been more than 5 time in kusadasi’s different hotel, 

From 23rd to 30th of June 2022, we, a group of 12 people, from singles to newlyweds and couples with young kids took a vacation at Pine Bay.

Since the property is pretty large it offers something for couples, families, children and teenagers.

This salesman also roughly treated me when I asked him to apologize to my son.

My 6 years old son, loved the kids club and was in tears when we left the hotel.

A great place for holidays with children.

Water slides kept the kids well entertained.

We stayed with our adult daughter all inclusive for week (jubilee week in the uk) in a club room.

The service is outstanding, the waitress girls were warm, attentive and friendly.

Over all I had a fabulous experience and would definitely come back , I would recommend if you have small children or elderly with you ask for a room close to the elevator, what a hotel !

Samet went above and beyond with both the children and adults - great guy, and completely makes the hotel worth visiting if you have children.

The hotel has a main pool which is quite large, so

Lots of places to relax, plenty of sun beds by the pools and the beach in sun and shade.

But the views from every restaurant , pool are simply breath taking !

Pros:swimming pools and sliders  , friendly staff , very good lobby or resting area.

We paid for a package which included Turkish Bath, Full Body Massage and Jacuzzi with wine and fruit, absolutely amazing and the staff again were very friendly and welcoming.

Panoramic bar was perfect with pool nearby.

Very big area, many pools, snack and drink bars.

Plenty of pools and sun loungers you don’t have to worry about  reserving anything.

A lot of pools with different alternatives.

Beautiful territory, splashy sea, many pools, bars and restaurants,

The hotel is excellent except for the food.

Erkhan the best barmen, two night we drink another cocktail, they cocktail the best on the best!) thenk’s  Erkhan on this cocktail!)

He made tasty cocktails with beautiful toppings.

We enjoyed the hospitality, quality services, a la carte restaurants.

there was a guy in restaurant named cihan he was very helpful he could speak english well.

The Bar near the Lobby is the best Bar in Pine bay hotel, Irfan and Erkan are very great barmans and make the best Cocktails.
