Well designed, very friendly owners, excellent breakfast sitting on the terrace by pool.

This hotel is a true 3 stars, extremely clean, beautiful pool, fantastic breakfast.

We had breakfast here 2 times and enjoyed it very much.

It was a 20 minute walk up the steep footpaths into the beautiful town with its plentiful & very good restaurants (booking advised).

There was plenty of choice for the tasty continental breakfast.

Lovely relaxing breakfasts outside on the patio as well as keeping us supplied with refreshments while relaxing by the pool.

Because we were in Fayance for an international tournament which started early in the morning, the hotel changed the breakfast hours to accommodate the guests/competitors.

We opted for breakfast which was extra and good value.

Welcoming and attentive hosts, elegant swimming pool, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast make this an admirable base for exploring this beautiful region.

The breakfast was good, and the coffee was amazing, I had like 4 cups.

The reption was very friendly, the room very clean, the breakfast good -all in all value for money -  a really good place to stay.

Breakfast in the morning was a very unhurried & tasty experience.

Having stayed here quite a few times, the hotel is nice, very clean and offers a decent breakfast.

Amazing Staff, amazing quality and very clean.

Everything was very clean and corona measures where very well respected.

The rooms were spotlessly clean & we enjoyed the pool & terrace areas.

The bathroom was again immaculate with a good shower.

The  accommodation was clean and everything we needed.

Rooms were clean tidy and had a really comfy bed.

The rooms were clean, as well as very comfortable with a fridge.

We were shown upstairs to our twin bed room which was warm and comfortable and clean.

Rooms are clean, very comfortable, light and are of a very good size.

The hotel room was really clean and nice, nothing super fancy,

It’s a really clean welcoming hotel accommodating the travellers every whim.

However, being late was not a problem as we were warmly greeted & shown to a very welcome tidy room.

The rooms are airy, spotlessly clean with ample space.

Rooms are spacious, scrupulously clean and very comfortable.

The rooms are good sized,  bathrooms are spacious and clean, there is a cute pool to relax and cool off in and whilst there is a private car park, you can also park on the adjoining road if full.

The hôtel is clean and modern, it has a bar and pool, it is very well located, convenient for restaurants shops and the village.

Lovely pool area and perfect for a base for a holiday!

Oh and there is a nice little swimming pool and outside terrace if the weather has been better.

They have a nice pool with sunbeds, we had this all by ourself for two days.

A welcome glass of Rose on arrival on the terrace by the pool and if you fancy a dip in the pool there are plenty of sun beds  to relax on.

The swimming pools is beautiful and the area around it a real sun trap.

Excellent location- everything one could need, including quite, comfortable rooms  and beautiful swimming pool.

The pool was great & owners extremely friendly.

The pool area is just the right size to lounge around at end the day while the children play in a clean, safe and fun pool.

The pool area is very nice and often we have had the pool to ourselves.

There is a lovely small pool at the hotel that gets the sun late into the evening and there is a cosy bar inside the hotel.

The owners make you feel welcome right away, the rooms are spacious and quiet, even the refrigerator and airco in the room are silent.

Our room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable.

even though he couldn't reach me, he kept the room & this is a popular busy hotel.

The rooms are very clean and the decor excellent, great reception for wifi too.

We came back in the evening very tired to an air conditioned room and were able to get a bottle of chilled Rose at the reception which we consumed in the room with the blessing of the owner.

But what does it all is the worm welcome of the owners.

Angelo and Helene the owners are charming and very accommodating.

The owners were superb, with travel arrangements prior to our arrival and while we were there, organising us all in getting the guests to and from the party.

Excellent service with any queries and made us feel number 1 priority.

The owners were absolutely charming and accommodating in every way.

We were greeted warmly by the Proprietor who spoke excellent English which relieved me of having to think in French!!!

Really lovely owners who couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the owners and all the staff (though small in number) are very friendly.

The main reason for our happiness about this hotel, was because of lady and man that owns the hotel.

The owners (Helen & Angelo) provide the guests with homely comfort and individually tailored attention.

Angelo and Helene are great hosts who make you feel like you're in a home from home.

The guys who run the hotel are great and speak fluent French, German and English.

They gave great advice on the best places to visit, fabulous restaurants, best routes to travel.

He also suggested a route to take the next morning that took us on a beautifully scenic route.

Fabulous as always, Hotel des Deux Rocs is a wonderful quirky hotel full of character in the heart of Seillans, in the most beautiful picturesque setting.

In the evenings, lighted garlands hung amidst the trees provide a warm and convivial atmosphere for its diners.

Set in a pretty historical perched village, the hotel is quirky and the setting idyllic.

but if you want individually styled rooms with attention to detail "shabby chic" stylie, great service, a superb location and food to die for, which is seasonal and lovingly prepared, then you'll need to travel far and wide to find better than Les Deux Rocs.

It is a very very old historic hotel filled with antique sedan chairs, artwork, and the tile floors are gorgeous with Esher-like designs and an enormous front door.

The decor is stunning, truly romantic french design.

The restaurant is very busy any day of the week and it is typically the French style : eating pretty late and spending two+ hours at the table.

Individual rooms are quirky and very comfortable.

but it all adds to the ambiance

but if you like wallpapers with lots of patterns, sloping floors and quirky details this is for you!

Firstly, when we first visited the hotel and restaurant in 2011, both were run by the owners of the hotel, Julie and Nicolas Malzac-Heimermann, who are fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable.

The food was perfection and the waiting staff all wonderfully friendly, charming and discreet.

Staff were all really friendly bit a special mention for Maria who was delightful!

The food in the restaurant was delicious (some overcooked lamb aside) and the staff were generally very friendly.

The hotel is well restored and the service very friendly.

The check in was easy and very friendly and they did ask us if we wanted to book a table for dinner that evening on the square since it might get busy.

Our host was delightful, friendly and helpful as were the other staff.The room was very comfortable and the hotel had a quirky and interesting decor.

The waiter was very friendly and translated every item on the French-only menu into English for us, and also helped us select a great local wine.

But I think the real gem was the waiter, a very capable, helpful, friendly young man.

The owners are friendly and tolerant of those of us who speak French really badly.

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and indulgent of our bad French.

The waiting staff were very nice and friendly to us.

Amazing stay in this cosy boutique hotel, staff is very welcoming, fantastic breakfast and nice and very clean rooms, dinner at their restaurant was sensational with Nicolas and Julie always going out of their way to make everything happen, we will be back soon, thanks for a lovely stay :)

We also eat here regularly and don't hesitate to recommend the restaurant to our guests at Le Mas Des Romarins in nearby Fayence.

but the small restaurant was arguably the best food we had in three weeks traveling in southern France.

In September this year we went for a meal in the restaurant.

Apart from that  I have to say that the receptionist and the waitress at the restaurant have been very good and helpful and that the restaurant also is quite good.

Very kind staff, beautiful place snd great food make every visit unforgettable.

So nice to come back after four years and find the food is better than ever.

We ate both nights at the restaurant and the food was absolutely superb.

We have also visited the restaurant i november just before closing for the winter.

We ate here as a party of four in this beautiful old hotel at the top of the village.

We started with the Burrata, Escargots and salad, with Dorade, Duck and Souris D'Agneau as  our main course.

The room was simple and pleasing and we slept well.

The rooms are spacious, each with a themed decor, the bedding comfortable and bathrooms equipped with locally produced amenities, such as Fragonard products, which is a nice touch.

The personnel are very welcoming and our room was large, with three beds which were also ancient, beautiful views from our French windows, and had an updated bathroom which we appreciated.

We have been offered another room which we took.

but were greeted by the resident dog and a handwritten note, just perfect :) the room was super cosy and clean, the breakfast was just amazing (not a lot of options but everything was delicious) and you can even have it outside under the sunrise light.

At the positive side : very spacious rooms. Clean.

We were seated in an ante-room to the main restaurant, just off the entrance hall and it gave the pleasant impression of a private dining room.

The room was clean, beautiful and quiet at night.

The room we had was spacious and "very french" (especially the wall hanging).

My room was spacious and very well-appointed.

As for the rooms i think it is worth going a category up (or two) to add in comfort; otherwise quite rudimentary.

The cheapest range of room, the ‘Confort room’, is very reasonably priced

We had the room at the top with the swinging saloon doors into the bathroom, much commented on in other reviews!

but the rooms are small and poorly lit with worn fabrics and broken furniture.

The rooms are tiny and unfortunately not airconditioned so it was rather hot in the middle of July.

but the rooms are admittedly small, this is not a problem if you will be sightseeing during the day but when we returned the third time with our baby the room was really too small, so I would recommend if you are bringing children to definitely pay for ‘Superior Confort Double Room’ or a level above.

The bed was the same size and the room just a tiny bit smaller

but were disappointed by the tiny room and even smaller bathroom.

Hotel 2 rocs is delightful: totally unpretentious and just the kind of typical French country hotel we love.

The owners, hospitality professionals all the way, were very welcoming and contributed to the quality of my stay.

Plus, your food will be delivered by pleasant staff.

The owners Julie and Nicolas have managed to perfect the balance between amazing quality - both food AND accommodation - with a quirkiness and warmth of welcome you really don't find often.

but kind of funny to watch my husband carry all the luggage up the stairs!!

It was nice that the owners rolled up their sleeves and dived in.

Whenever the young, that irritating section of society who thinks they have all the answers, tell me that I am a lickspittle bourgeois who cares not a fig for the downtrodden masses, I sigh.

We come to Seillans often as we have a little house in a neighbouring village, the Deux Rocs is a restaurant we always pay a visit to 

The warm evenings make this a wonderful outdoor eating experience, the tables are placed around the fountain and under the plain trees, looking across the valley.

Tables nestled around a fountain which dispensed chilled drinking water and kept the wine cold.

Lunch tables spaciously set around the fountain in a non central square makes for an unusually calm and serene atmosphere.

Open style kitchen visible from most tables adds a nice touch, as do the wooden holders for menus, etc, and then there is lovely food.

The dining room at des Deux Rocs is very special and the table setting is interesting and unique.

Due to Covid the fine dining restaurant was closed which was disappointing.

Shame that the pool restaurant was closed for most of our stay.

however it was closed which we were informed about just days before arrival.

but overall half the restaurants are closed for the season (which we weren’t informed of), the other two restaurant menus are extremely limited if you are staying more than 1/2 days.

If you are a parent, you’ll find the kids club as one of the good reasons for choosing this resort.

You are greeted with kind offers to take your bags to the room, clubs to the caddymaster, guide you to check in and park the car for you.

They have a complimentary kids club from 9am-5pm.

With that said, the kids club is amazing and they do this so well.

The kids club has shaped up nicely and is more serious (vs. cheap childcare as it was becoming).

If you’re reading this, a big thank you to Eliadia on concierge who was delightful and to the Kids Club team.

The kids club was amazing with staff who clearly love kids, a building full of toys and games, and a waist deep pool with it’s own lifeguard.

You can eat at the pool, the golf club, at an on site Michelin starred restaurant or another fine dining eatery.

but there’s much value to be had if you make use of the facilities - a good gym, complimentary classes, 2 tennis courts, & a kids club (9.30am - 5.00pm ages 2 -12).

And Golf courses, pros and facilities excellent.

We had  a golf voucher for two nights, two rounds, and regretted we hadn't thought to extend the stay.

We loved our luxurious premier suites and all the sports activities the resort was offering (played golf on 2 exceptional courses, tennis, great fitness class with Nadja, challenging Aqua-bike sessions) including the Spa (massages) and its unique space for relaxation (laconium, water jets. ).

The Main Building containing the Restaurants, Reception, Conciergerie a Wine Cellar and much more is connected with beautifully entertained alleys with the different Suites and the very friendly valets drive you with golf cars around the complex either from or to the main Building or the Tennis Cour / Parking etc.

The golf course in particular is one of the most beautiful and well designed in Europe.

We didn't have time to visit the spa and my husband had planned to play golf with the kids

Although we didn't play, the golf facilities and courses look amazing!

Also, playing golf was extremely enjoyable with a course that was in a very good condition.

The kids love it, so the parents who can finally enjoy the outside pool heated at 30 degrees or the golf courses with the mind in peace.

but staff can transport you by golf buggy.

The golf courses were some of the best I have ever played on.

The property is very large and we were placed in a villa closer towards the direction of the golf clubhouse.

The Golf restaurant is excellent for lunch

The spa is wonderful and the golf course is excellent

This is not 5* service clearly as they advertise 
Overall this hotel is nice, rooms are nice and clean and the pool and grounds are lovely as is the golf.

Golf courses and practice areas are beautiful absolutely amazing .
