breakfast was nice, rooms large, entry a bit dark for my preference.

We stayed one night with the ReTreat package and was absolutely incredible; the dinner at the roof top bar (5 course dinner), breakfast and the spa facilities were fantastique and the staff was extremely nice too.

Breakfast was good staff great, even the Spa was to my liking.

Rooms are very comfortable and the brunch on Saturday was delicious.

All aspects of our stay - check in, breakfast, staff attention, room conditions, covid 19 protocols were top notch.

even though the menu was a little "shorter" than before, it was still varied and delicious.

Breakfast was served in the main restaurant on the ground floor and offered plenty of options for every palate.

The food was excellent, both for breakfast and in particular the dinners!

The hotel has the services of a five-star facility and the friendliness of a bed and breakfast.

Lastly, the breakfast was also very impressive, with a great choice of the kinds of foods we enjoy eating!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great.

The upstairs bar area is lovely overlooking San Cristóbal hill and the breakfast was very good.

The situation did not prevent the hotel from serving up a good buffet breakfast.

I just had the most amazing night’s rest in the big and comfortable bed and an absolute flawless breakfast, which also respected my gluten intolerance.

Breakfasts were excellent - plenty to eat, with eggs cooked to order (plus bacon etc if that is what you required).

The rooftop bar restaurant serves beautiful food and wine with views of the city.

When back in the city of Santiago, we will definitely always consider staying here.

We dined in the restaurant on our last night as it is reportedly one of the best dining options in the city and it didnt dissapoint and finished off our stay in style.

We loved our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone who wanted a more intimate hotel with staff you just couldn't fault in a great city location.

It is within walking distance to most of the main city attractions and near lots of great restaurants.

Santiago is a capital city of c6m people so we would expect hotel guests to be able to get a drink until a reasonable time.

This is an excellent, well located city centre hotel.

even though we arrived well before check-in, they were happy to accommodate us and get us into a room so we could change and head out to explore the city.

The hotel held our bags while we explored the city, and even offered to let us use the spa to change before heading out to a red eye flight.

It is a great location for those visiting Santiago for the first time wanting to experience the city like it "used to be".

Francisco was helpful in every way to makes us feel welcome and help us learn the area and where to walk and avoid issues of big city life.

The area it is in is a young and vibrant area and it is near to the funicular which you can walk to & then go up to have a wonderful view of the city.

Even before we arrived, he was responsive and most all excited to have us in his city.

A lovely city centre hotel perfect for exploring the  surrounding area.

The rooms are a little bit dark and the room lighting is not the best so be aware if doing make-up :-) The roof top pool is small

Food quality is only okay, roof-top pool is pint-sized, and gym is a little light (dumbbells only go up to 10 kg).

You need a key card in the power slot by the front door to operate the lights and air conditioning in the room; consider bringing one of your own if you don't want to use the room key card supplied by the hotel.

The only negative is the bathroom lighting.

When you arrive at a hotel at 5:30 am it is hard to get a first impression - locked door, few lights, one person at the desk.

My only complaint about the room was that lighting in the bathroom was very poor--putting on makeup to go out to dinner was a bit of a challenge!

The room was exceptionally dark - no sunlight, no ceiling or overhead lights and only one floor lamp and night stand lamp - we couldn't even read at night in the room.

There was a wealth of lighting in the room, although even with it all switched on it could still be classed as a little dim by some,

however lighting was inadequate, I found it difficult to apply makeup and my husband thought it was an issue when shaving.

After dark the lighting was not dimmed and the dining room was marred by blazing chandelier lights without using the recessed ceiling lighting.

The room was fine except for a lamp that didn't work and a tv we could not figure out how to use.

My only complaint with the room would be the lack of lighting in the bathroom.

Both rooms were very comfortable, with the exception of poor lighting in the bathroom and a shower that tended to leak water on the floor.

My only complaints would be that it was a little dark in the spacious bathroom, and the water flow was slow at the bathroom sink.

Check out was quite haphazard as there really isn’t enough seating for guests departing and arriving and the bar service situated in this area is very slow.

The breakfast area is a little odd: basically as a resident you are offered breakfast in the posh hotel restaurant, with unnecessary loud classical music, slow service and limited choice.

Breakfast is somewhat limited and the service is very slow.

but the first 24 hours there we couldn't keep connected to the network, and even then it was slow.

although at times slow or inattentive to details of what we ordered.

The breakfasts were tasty if a little slow on service.

The waiting staff just seem to disappear.The first day we walked out after slow service and a ten minute waited for a second cup of coffee.

The Rooftop Bar has the best view of Santiago with a great cuisine.

Anyway we really enjoyed our stay in The Singular with some great staff and a nice well equipped room overlooking the GAM arts complex at the rear of the hotel.

Although you don’t even need to step outside for a great bar because the rooftop at the Singular has beautiful views, delicious cocktails, and great service.

If you stay here the rooftop bar is a must for the drinks and the night view.

Although I did not get the room with the view I wanted I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel probably one of the best in Santiago.

It has spacious rooms and English-speaking employees as well as great views and an impressive rooftop pool.

Our corner room was a comfortable as can be; plenty of space, nice views, and well appointed.

And let's be real, this is not a resort hotel at the beach in which you might want to have a beautiful view.

The rooftop bar and pool  have views of the snow topped Andes.

Great evening celebrating our anniversary in the Rooftop staring at San Cristóbal hill an the Andes mountains while tasting great cocktails and fresh ocean pacific sea food. mmmmhhhhh!!!!

Then to cap it off, there was the Sky Bar on the 9th floor, offering great cocktails, an outdoor terrace with great views to the Parque Forestal.

Amazing roof top bar with great drinks, great food, great views of the city and mountains.

The restaurant is delicious and there is an rooftop bar at the 9th floor with a beautiful view on the mountains.

The decor is eclectic and interesting, our corner room was beautiful with a small balcony overlooking the street and a large bathroom.

We had cocktails at the rooftop bar which I would recommend for a nice view as well as cool vibe.

there are lots of things within easy walking distance, great eateries, the parks and the street art is worth walking around for ..

The hotel is well-positioned in downtown Santiago and a short walk from good restaurants.

but we had many hours to wait for our flight to the USA, so we headed to the Singular where Sergio helped us by offering walks, nourishment at the bar and clean bathrooms.

The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was large and immaculately clean, the balcony gave a lovely vista over the nearby streets and rooftops, and the hotel is ideally located in a lovely area, and only a short walk from many of the tourist places, such as Plaza de Armas and the Metropolitan Park, which is just over the river.

There is a cute outdoor courtyard that you walk through as you enter and leave the hotel.

We felt safe walking round the locality in the dark: there are many good restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed the opportunity to walk around explore the nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Perfect location for checking out Santiago's art district and a convenient walk to downtown.

Try to walk the neighborhood a lot going on and watch out for pickpockets

This is a lovely hotel to stay in as you can walk to some really interesting places.

Conveniently located to a variety of very nice restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood, and a short walk to Bellavista for more dining options, shopping, and nightlife.

We were able to walk to all the main attractions we wanted to see in Santiago.

Huge disappointment that the front desk won’t do anything about the air con not keeping our room cool.

With broken air conditioning during summer in Santiago.

Only negative was that air conditioner was not operating properly and room too warm.

The food is meager both in options and portions (except for the omelette, which is tasty and plenty), and the room was freezing and unpleasant to sit.

A few things were going on in the hotel, like renovating the kitchen and central heating not connected

The ceiling was low, and the AC was not working, so we had a unit temporarily in our room that took up even more space in the crammed room.

Cosy and a bit stuffy as the air conditioning didn't work and too noisy to leave the window open.

Reviews going back months cover this issue 

The knock on effect of this is that its in a very noisy area so open windows are an issue 

They supplied a fan which provided good white noise and we were also saved by unusually cool weekend weather

The breakfast room was also being reconstructed which added to the chaos

Now knowing the city I think I would have chosen to stay in the calmer  L'asteria district 

The views of the Andes from our too floor room was a lovely touch

Also, the air con was being repaired and so I had a temporary unit which needed the window to be open.

Unfortunately there was work being completed on the air conditioning which meant an ugly unit in the room and the window slightly open allowing lots of noise from the square outside in.

Maybe it was due to the air con maintenance at the time where the window had to be left open for the vent which meant that it was really hard to get decent sleep during all my time here.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the broken air conditioning situation and the weather was very hot during our stay.

Unfortunately while we were there, the hotel was doing maintenance on  its air conditioning system, so each room had a portable temporary A/C system that took up a lot of room and was noisy.

This unit was extremely noisy and impossible to sleep with switched on.

Only issue was the very noisy air-conditioner in the room which we turned off at night - that made the room rather warn being on the top floor and unable to open the window -

The air conditioning system was not working so the hotel had brought a temporary unit that had filled a big chunk of the small room we had, and because of that the window had to remain half open so we were getting lots of noise from the street at night.

Our room  on the top floor was warm because the a/c had not yet cooled the building.

Double check that the a/c is fullly back and working!!

Fortunately, our second day was cold so the broken aircon was less of a problem.

Breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary, and the staff in that restaurant wasn't the best.

The delicious breakfast was just an added bonus.

Next door restaurant provides delicious breakfast.

All the staff were very nice and the breakfast (although slightly small) was excellent.

We enjoyed the outside patio, the second floor lounge and breakfast at Les Trois Bistro.

The restaurant (where breakfast is served) is run by such a great family.

The human interaction at this boutique hotel at the foot of Cerro San Cristobal was simply wonderful and breakfast in the balcony, while watching Santiago wake up, priceless!

The breakfasts are great and the free wine tasting every evening is unique.

A wonderful small restaurant for breakfast is available in the hotel each morning.

Breakfast was good, and all the staff we encountered spoke very good English.

The daily breakfast can be ala carte, and was consistently tasty during our 3 night stay.

The breakfast is good (but average), with a very small buffet and  some choice a la carte.

The breakfast on the back patio was also a highlight.

Breakfast area within hotel was like any good quality hotel - good breakfast and a comfortable acting area with inside and outside options.

The rooms were spotless, the cooked to order breakfasts were delicious.

Heat was not working during our stay and it was very cold throughout the building including the cafe for breakfast.

We didn’t like the small dry bread(would suggest adding croissants, bagels, or sweet rolls) and cold crepes.

but only had a quick dinner and cold beer there one night.

There is no lift so you need to take lots of stairs, I stayed two nights and both nights the shower was cold.

The only thing I would comment on was that the room was quite cold,

but quirky positives were:
No elevator - but the guys are happy to carry heavy luggage on their shoulders up the 3 flights of stairs
Broken cold tap in basin - immediately repaired but now functional clockwise instead of anticlockwise
Non functional reading light on one side of the bed, immediately fixed.

There are no options of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts,, cheeses etc offered for those with healthy or European dietary preferences.

The staff was very kind, the property is beautiful and secure, and the location was great.

The location was perfect.m, central to restaurants and locations of interest.

The location is great for both sightseeing (it's at the base of Cerro San Cristobal) and eating (there are restaurants in every direction).

This is a boutique hotel located at the vibrant Bellavista neighborhood that has lots of restaurants and shops and walking distance to some remarkable areas of Santiago.

The room and building are elegant & full of character and the location was great right next to Cerro San Cristobal and in easy walk of Bellas Artes.

The place is great, incredible location, and we enjoyed the front staff so much that we hated to leave.

Located in a neighborhood filled with theaters and cafes, you could walk to parks and museums easily.

Spent six nights here in Feb 2020 and enjoyed the location, helpful staff, amenities, nearby restaurants and sights.

We really appreciated the location in a safe part of the city, as well as in walking distance from many restaurants and bars.

If you wanted to open the windows you couldn't because of this set up -

Our room was without air conditioning (it was broken); to keep the room cool, we had to sleep with the windows open.

The showers had blocked shower heads and poor pressure.

My guess is that this was poor or lack of management.

My Spanish is regrettably poor, which has never been a problem when I stay at larger hotel chains.

The restaurant was not well run with wrong orders and poor communication between staff.

Unfortunately snow conditions in Portillo were quite poor so I cut my trip to the mountains short and headed back to Santiago.

There are lots of great restaurants in the area, particularly in Patio Bellavista.

The food was delicious and prepared with so much care, talent, and skill.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms were beautiful, and the food was great!

It was easy to walk to restaurants or most of the tourist attractions.

The insides are gorgeous and well decorated, as well as the rooms.

The room was perfect and had beautiful view of the Andes.

The decor is unique and the room is very very comfortable.

The staff are outstanding and the rooms wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and cosy, the staff is very helpful and obviously cares about the clients.

We were a family of 3 adults and stayed 3 nights in rooms #10 and #17.

Lobby space is nice, the room was spacious and had good light.

On our first visit, we were tucked into a room on the fourth floor.

Room had charm and comfort, just as we'd hoped.

Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and sofa as well as a spacious bathroom.

although rest of room clean and very nice.

The room was nicely appointed, with the caveat that it is a retrofit from a residential home, so there are some work-arounds that have to be allowed for.

We ate locally or within 20 mins walk most nights, with Sevardo a particular highlight, plus Bocanariz, and also the rooftop bar/restaurant at the Singular hotel in an adjacent district.

The restaurant and the bar were great for dinner and breakfast, and with all of Bellavista right outside the door there was plenty of other places to eat nearby before we headed to the airport.

The bar staff likewise - & they make a great "old fashioned".

We enjoyed the luxury hotel ammenities, which included the pool, drinks at the piano bar, and most of all the lovely breakfast every morning with eggs cooked to order and amazing espresso coffee beverages with excellent service.

If looking for shade then the stone-lined terrace below the pool was an option as was the patio outside the piano bar lounge.

Breakfast is very good, the bar is gorgeous, there is nothing about The Audrey that you can criticise.

Beautiful grounds and layout, wonderful interior design, super beds, good breakfast selection, lovely bar for the end of the day and great location.

There are plenty of seating areas / chill out areas and the pool and bar area are very nice.
