breakfast was nice, rooms large, entry a bit dark for my preference.

We stayed one night with the ReTreat package and was absolutely incredible; the dinner at the roof top bar (5 course dinner), breakfast and the spa facilities were fantastique and the staff was extremely nice too.

Breakfast was good staff great, even the Spa was to my liking.

Rooms are very comfortable and the brunch on Saturday was delicious.

All aspects of our stay - check in, breakfast, staff attention, room conditions, covid 19 protocols were top notch.

even though the menu was a little "shorter" than before, it was still varied and delicious.

Breakfast was served in the main restaurant on the ground floor and offered plenty of options for every palate.

The food was excellent, both for breakfast and in particular the dinners!

The hotel has the services of a five-star facility and the friendliness of a bed and breakfast.

Lastly, the breakfast was also very impressive, with a great choice of the kinds of foods we enjoy eating!!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was great.

The upstairs bar area is lovely overlooking San Cristóbal hill and the breakfast was very good.

The situation did not prevent the hotel from serving up a good buffet breakfast.

I just had the most amazing night’s rest in the big and comfortable bed and an absolute flawless breakfast, which also respected my gluten intolerance.

but they swiped my card and left a charge on it.

You need a key card in the power slot by the front door to operate the lights and air conditioning in the room; consider bringing one of your own if you don't want to use the room key card supplied by the hotel.

When I returned from my vacation, I found out Singular had charged my credit card despite I had “cancel confirmation” from the hotel itself.

In the end we paid with cards and just changed our cash back at the airport.

We have tried to contact the Singular for a return of our funds, and requested proof of signature,

For incidentals we provided a credit card.

I had some issues with a compromised credit card and the concierge(s) went out of their way to assist.

The Hotel Manager, Pedro Alvardo , took personal charge including one of his day's off,
to find my friend who had a stroke, and supervising his admittance to a hospital.

The only change I would recommend is providing accessible outlets in the room to charge laptops and phones.

We took a taxi who, of course overcharged us.

the only thing a didn't like was their in house Taxi charge its double than the regular taxi fair..just ask the bellboy or women to get you a Taxi on the street and NO american style burger with fries T they make up for it with their healthy BLT -Oh did i mention the bar i find a bar tender from New Jersey they make the best of any kind drink-if you have a couple of drink in that bar please do not drive that night!

We hadn't noticed the option for "foreign bank card".

The rooms are a little bit dark and the room lighting is not the best so be aware if doing make-up :-) The roof top pool is small

My only complaints would be that it was a little dark in the spacious bathroom, and the water flow was slow at the bathroom sink.

My back "patio" room was somewhat small and dark,

It is characterised by dark wood panelling, distressed parquet floors, interesting photos and art on the walls, discreet carpeting and soft music (most definitely not dime-a-tape hotel musak).

The hotel was fully booked the first night of our stay and the room we were initially given, 407, was small, dark and with a view of an internal patio/light well.

That last room was dark, not well maintain, tiny .

It's true some rooms are dark I stayed in 505 which had a king corner with three windows.

Dark and forbidding, not at all comfortable.

The first room was in a corner and a bit dark.

The hotel's reception area is furnished in a 1930's style, dark floors and furniture - very cooling which contrasts with the outside temperature!

While very nicely appointed,  the rooms (we had two for our family) were very, very dark as the lighting was not adequate.

However, the staff were extremely calm and security minded and at no time where we made to feel in danger.

Try to walk the neighborhood a lot going on and watch out for pickpockets

The Lastarria neighborhood and surrounding areas offer a lot.

Conveniently located to a variety of very nice restaurants and pubs in the immediate neighborhood, and a short walk to Bellavista for more dining options, shopping, and nightlife.

Location is great, right in the middle of the Lastarria neighborhood which is lively and fun (we stumbled onto a street festival around the corner while there).

The hotel is is in a great neighbourhood and the hotel staff gave us great recommendations of were to go and eat.

However, I chose the Singular because it’s locally owned and located in a vibrant, eclectic neighborhood.

As others have said, this hotel is really great and the neighborhood has lots of eateries and a few nice shops.

The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was large and immaculately clean, the balcony gave a lovely vista over the nearby streets and rooftops, and the hotel is ideally located in a lovely area, and only a short walk from many of the tourist places, such as Plaza de Armas and the Metropolitan Park, which is just over the river.

This beautiful property is situated in a quieter Lastarria area of Santiago, adjacent to a park and many of the historical buildings are walkable from the hotel.

A huge park and an extremely popular ice cream store were across the street.

The Singular ticks all the boxes and a quick visit any good city guide for Santiago will confirm you have access to all the key vibrant eateries,BelaVista area within a short stroll - service, room std and food all top notch- all in a leafy street adjacent to a sprawling park and river.mainstream shopping is in walking distance if you are fit and want to get in some steps !

but a secure public multi-story car park across the road very reasonably priced and super easy to walk fro with luggage.

It is very walk-able to many attractions from the hotel, such as Central Market, Santa Lucia Hill, Forest Park.

The Singular is located on Merced, downtown in Lastarria, surrounded by restaurants, the parks are just across the road, the hotel is brilliantly located and we will surely stay at the Singular on our next visit

The location is also perfect, 100yrds to a huge range of high quality restaurants and bars and a beautiful park in the other direction.

The Rooftop Bar has the best view of Santiago with a great cuisine.

The experience was unveliebable, the bedroom was really nice, a bed really confortable, great room service, and a beautiful bar at the rooftop.

In fact the Rooftop Bar area inside is delightful and we ate at the bar a couple of times whilst we stopped.

We enjoyed our stay at the Singular hotel, they have a great rooftop bar and pool.

There is a nice rooftop bar as well as a lobby bar.

It was mid-afternoon when we arrived so we eventually went up to the roof top bar.

Rooftop bar was delightful, with a great snack menu.

The rooftop bar with excellent pisco sours provided a relaxing oasis.

Rocio and Esteban at the rooftop bar, Vallesca in the breakfast room, and all our friends at the concierge gave us wonderful recommendations on sites to see, where to eat, shop and enjoy Chilean culture.

Although you don’t even need to step outside for a great bar because the rooftop at the Singular has beautiful views, delicious cocktails, and great service.

The Breakfast included is a very convenient treat .

but more than ample with seating on stylish couches with attentive staff if you need them.

The included breakfast was a modest buffet, made up of breads, pastries, yogurt, and juice.

The breakfast offered each morning allowed us to begin our day casual and nourished.

It feels warm and comfortable, with a daily delicious continental and hot breakfast and an evening happy hour in the well furnished lounge area.

The breakfast was delicious and abundant.

The outdoor breakfast room is wonderful and the staff is very helpful.

Some of the rooms offer terraces perfect for breakfast dining.

We had breakfast every morning in a wonderful inner garden, for lunch, we could chose one of the good restaurants located in the same street- 
We really recommend this place to stay in ; it is very clean, safe and comfortable, located in very beautiful area in Providencia .

The room overlooked the pretty garden where it is possible to eat breakfast.

The breakfasts were great as much or little as you wanted buffet style.

The hotel features buffet continental breakfast and the kitchen is open until 11pm to help yourself to tea/coffee/home made biscuits.

The staff are unfailingly courteous and polite; the rooms are spotless and gracious; and there is a delightful garden courtyard where you can have pre-dinner drinks (with an honour system bar) or afternoon tea (complimentary every afternoon at 5pm) or the delicious breakfast.

but breakfast was good and the cobbled street outside is full of good places to eat.

Good choice of food at breakfast, lovely to be able to make a cup of tea when you wanted and good prices in the honesty bar.

Due to the Corona Virus outbreak we had to cut our holiday short and stay at Le Rêve for what we thought was going to be two nights.

but the room was really very small and felt even smaller due to the sloped roofline.

I had to move from my room at 1:30 AM due to extremely loud band playing on the street behind the hotel and was moved to another room with no difficulties at all!

They also confirmed that our room was ready for an early check-in having heard that we hadn't slept all night after a late flight due to noise at the previous hotel.

Our journey to Santiago from Boston was a nightmare due to the airlines.

Noise levels terrible on Saturday night from 11 till 4 am due to disco next door.Per hotel the disco was there before they came.

The accommodations are tasteful, roomy and romantic, with large terraces overlooking a private and lush garden courtyard.

Luckily we were at Le Reve and so were able to relax in our room, order in and eat on the terrace or in the garden.

There is a lovely suntrap of a garden patio which was inviting and private, a welcome place to sit during the day.

The hotel itself has a beautiful courtyard garden with sun and shade as required.

The hotel is an easy walk to the Japanese Garden or the Costanera Centre, which houses a large shopping mall.

Lovely building in a very good location with a garden courtyard at the rear for some quiet time.

A very pleasant garden at rear have breakfast or to sit quietly the end of a days exploring/ walking.

The property is beautiful and well kept with a lovely breakfast buffet and a beautiful garden courtyard in which to enjoy breakfast and evening snacks and drinks.

Some have views on the gardens and others on an pedestrian street.

Could eat it inside or out in the garden, which was fabulous.

My husband and I woke up each morning in a well furnished and decorated room then wandered to breakfast in the well manicured pebbled garden.

Stayed 3 nights, got there late and 1st room was to small!

These included:

- Room was small with limited space around the bed
- Room furniture was dated and not substantial, cupboard swayed when opened and drawer handles kept falling off
- Bathroom felt dated
- Breakfast was about as basic as you could go

It is marketed as boutique and it might have been when it first opened

On the (relatively) negative side: some rooms are small and the front rooms can be noisy as the street is quite busy during the evening.

Although the room was a little small, we had no trouble getting all of our clothes unpacked and put away.

Although the room was small, it was lovely and it opened up on the inner court yard.

Our room was a bit small, and while my request for a room with a balcony was honored, it was not particularly functional .

but they do have an honesty bar which contains enough choice for modt people, also midnight snacks and juice/coffee in the kitchen srea.

There is an open kitchen where you can make tea, coffee and pick up snacks and an ‘honesty bar’ from late afternoon.

From the honesty bar to the midnight snacks and facility to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee was like being at home.

Midnight snack and honesty bar was a nice touch.

A couple of areas which sets this hotel apart and introduces a home from home feel are use of the kitchen area to make your own teas, coffees, juices and snacks and also the honesty bar which was well stocked with beers, wines and spirits, perfect for late afternoon drinks before dinner.

The kitchen set-up for snacks in the evening was superb.

Staff is very well trained and helpful, cleanliness is perfect, breakfast is just OK and when it is cold - courtyard not confortable enough - the space is limited, nice snacks and beverage available in the "kitchen" most of time - great idea.

This was a fabulous hotel like a French manor house, superb staff who were willing to talk to us & very friendly & helpful, there's a kitchen behind reception where you could help yourself to a large selection of snack food & non-alcoholic drinks, rooms were all slightly different & quite quirky, very comfortable bed,  breakfast was excellent & you could take it out into the garden.

they have snacks available in the kitchen after breakfast hours.

Afternoon tea and snacks are provided and there is a honor system bar.

Having lost our comprehensive itinerary at the airport all the front desk staff of Thomas, Jose Antonio and Nicolas helped us retrieve the paperwork over a few days.

The staff was really helpful, and there was a really big courtyard with tables to enjoy a glass (or bottle) of wine.

It’s a lovely French style old-school boutique hotel with a beautiful courtyard and incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Attentive and personal service. A selection of great alfresco restaurants right in front of the hotel - De La Ostia (Tapas) and El Huerto (vegetarian) were recommended by Le Reve and proved to be excellent choices; no need to go any further :-)

The hotel is extremely pretty, much like a lovely home, and the staff is accommodating, particularly in this time of Covid, and helpful in making plans -- they set up a wonderful wine-tasting day with a local guide and private tours at 2 excellent wineries in the Maipo Valley for us.

In particular the reception staff of Josh, Ruben, Tomas and Bastiaan were brilliant right from the beginning.

We had a problem with a Covid test to get back into the US, and the front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast on one of the many outside terraces was lovely, everything you wanted was available and brought to your table, and we had a real feast every morning with cappuccinos, orange juice, fried eggs and bacon, bread, yoghurt, granola etc, with nothing ever too much trouble.

The restaurant and the bar were great for dinner and breakfast, and with all of Bellavista right outside the door there was plenty of other places to eat nearby before we headed to the airport.

The daily breakfast was lovely, and on our last day, having stayed out late the night before, they brought the spread to our bed.

The staff were great, the breakfast was included for us given the rate and was just perfect and its literally walking distance to so much.

The hotel itself is more than satisfactory - the rooms are large & well equipped, the breakfasts very satisfying, the bar & pool charming

We enjoyed the luxury hotel ammenities, which included the pool, drinks at the piano bar, and most of all the lovely breakfast every morning with eggs cooked to order and amazing espresso coffee beverages with excellent service.

Service was friendly throughout, at the front desk, buffet breakfast, piano lounge and the pool.

Breakfast is very good, the bar is gorgeous, there is nothing about The Audrey that you can criticise.

Beautiful grounds and layout, wonderful interior design, super beds, good breakfast selection, lovely bar for the end of the day and great location.

The staff are very friendly and really make you feel welcome, they remembered our breakfast order after the first day!

Breakfast gets you some runny eggs and the standard cold cuts, fruit and muesli.

Breakfast was excellent, and the pool a treat.

Breakfast served is OK, cold buffet + a choice of hot eggs upon request.

Front desk staff knowledgable about the area, food service staff paid close attention to food allergies and special requests, the coffee was always good, hot, and plentiful, and the garden lovely!

The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff serving were always on hand for coffee and extras.

The hotel fare included a great breakfast and the best complimentary Pisco Sour.

Rather than stay at a large chain hotel, we found the unique rooms, attentive service and stylishly comfortable common areas to be most appealing. Good breakfast with helpful staff, nice bar (great bartender!)

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Music (which is great by the way, we loved all the DJ type music played in the afternoons and evenings) was turned down at midnight, so no real disturbance to hotel guests. We’d highly recommend the Aubrey and would definitely return :)

Owners Max and Will were warm and inviting, the entire staff helpful and attentive, and midday Pisco Sours in the Piano Lounge were a delight.
