The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful, breakfast great and the rooms very comfortable.

The Breakfast was good with plenty to eat, especially the local hard cheese which was tasty.

The rooms are immaculately clean, the en suite bathroom is sanitized well, the buffet breakfast is quite good for Italian hotel standards with hot scrambled eggs, delicious mushrooms, soft boiled egg, tomatoes, cold cuts, hot beverages such as espresso, capucchino, americano coffee, tea and cold beverages such as different juices and milk, cereals, yogurt, different breads, etc.

The breakfast isn’t good unless you want a coffee and pastry, everything else looks terrible.

Breakfast choice is truly excellent :)  All staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Down a little side street from Corso Umberto where there are lots of shops (rather expensive) & some nice restaurants.

The location is prime two short blocks from Corso Umberto, the pedestrian commercial street of Olbia akin to Rodeo Drive of Hollywood, Fifth Avenue of Manhattan or Via Montenapoleone of Milan.

The hotel is just a few minutes stroll from the main street - Corso Umberto - so shopping & a plethora of restaurants are at your fingertips.

A big shout out to the Glamour Cafe on the Corso Umberto for a superb Aperol spritzers cheerfully served by a lovely young waiter.

Surprising to find an elegant Chinese restaurant, Mei Wei, with exceptional authentic cuisine a few blocks away on Corso Umberto I.

The location is great, just a few very short blocks from Corso Umberto.

It's good to know that the main street Corso Umberto is closed for the cars in the afternoon, if you are arriving with car.

Nice restaurants nearby or on the Corso Umberto, recommend La Laterna which is literally on the next street (great steak).

but still fairly quiet as it’s set back two streets from the main Corso Umberto.

The location of the Hotel is brilliant for wandering through the streets of Olbia and is near all amenities, there are plenty of traditional pizzerias and cafe bars within a short distance (and I would personally recommend Su Lionzu on Corso Umberto 1 for excellent pizza and value for money).

Service throughout the Hotel was first rate and the roof terrace is amazing, there was even a lightening storm one night and we saw it flash across the sky.

For those wishing to catch a bit of sun quietly, the roof terrace is perfect as well as giving the panoramic views the hotel is named for

The rooftop terrace overlooking the town & out to sea has sun beds & is an added bonus for a hotel in the centre of town.

On top of the hotel is a beautiful roof top terrace.

The hotel has an excellent rooftop terrace which is really worth a visit as it has the best views of the city and it has sun loungers so you can sunbathe if you like.

The main feature for us was the Roof Terrace with it's panoramic  views of Olbia, breath taking.

We really enjoyed the service on the terrace on the 6th floor.

There isn’t a whole lot to do in olbia, we were only passing through for 2 nights, so having somewhere we could just sit and relax was great, and the rooftop terrace covered all bases, very good value for drinks and amazing views, lots of room up there too, nothing to much trouble for staff.

The roof terrace is designed so not to disturb any other guests so perfect for a small party.

The roof terrace was very nice and it was good to phone down to order drinks or snacks.

The Rooftop Terrace has magnificent views over Olbia and is a great place to relax, enjoy the sun and have a drink which can be ordered by telephone and delivered up to you. Delightful.

There is a split level roof terrace which is a great feature.

The weather was mixed so the roof terrace did get a brief visit and has three levels which all have, as they say, the best views in town.

As mentioned in previous reviews you can quite easily walk from the airport to the hotel in 10 minutes.

If you need to spend a night close to Olbia airport this hotel is perfect ; very good service , clean and nice rooms , walking distance from airport ; good breakfast included ; very good value for money ;

This hotel is next to the airport where you normally would not expect much comfort and joy.

It’s a 5 min walk from the airport to the hotel.

Well located for a transit hotel just next to the airport and on the main road next to a big mall.

We were really pleased with our stay at this modern hotel just minutes from the airport.

I’d consider this an airport hotel 100% as there’s nothing much to do in this busy location.

The best compliment I can give this hotel is that you would never imagine it joins the rank of soulless, airport hotels whose longest staying guest is for one night.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a quality hotel as a base in Olbia, near to the airport (but not disturbed greatly by planes! ).

Probably the best aspect about The Jazz is the service - all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and doing very well in coping with the extra stress of providing sit down breakfasts with Covid restrictions.

Delicious breakfast (despite of covid-measures, the staff was really helpful and friendly), very clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed (really! i almost missed breakfast time!)

In opposite, Jazz hotel offers large modern rooms, a restaurant with elaborate menu, a big local wine list and a fantastic breakfast menu.

The a la carte restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast and evening meals was superb.

The hotel itself was fantastic - our room was very spacious, comfortable bed,  lovely balcony, tea/coffee making etc, loads of hot water, modern, great housekeeping, very quiet and heard no night time noise at all.

We had a standard bedroom which was very comfortable even though it was made up for 3 people, it had quite a modern design, only downside was there were no tea/coffee making facilities,

but the hotel shuttle bus to the beach resort was good.

but wanted to drink one night as we visited Cone Club which is an incredible beach club).

Take advantage of the free bus the hotel puts on to the beaches.

Absolutely beautiful hotel complex, set out like a mini village with choice of restaurants along the harbour.

You must go to the beach as well it's great and the hotel has sunbeds and umbrellas there.

Make sure as other reviewers have stated, that you visit the brilliant little cove at the far left of the seafront, and discover hidden beaches amongst the rocks!

Where we come from - South Africa - hotel shuttles to main attractions, like the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, are standard, scheduled and free.

We did not use the shuttle service to the beaches

Beach bar there is great for lunch out too .

I would like to highlight their free daily scheduled shuttle bus from the hotel taking guests to a couple of nearby beaches to choose beforehand.

The views from the breakfast room of the harbour, is a definite 'must see' of itself and makes for a wonderful start to the day.

but Hotel guests have access  and free shuttle to selected private beaches in the Costa Smeralda.

Liked almost every detail of this facility -  gardens, pool, poolbar, breakfast, room (one bedroom suite) was really spacious and comfortable (yet almost no soundproofing).

but the food menu was extortionate €38 for burger and chips but as we had beer at the bar we were given nibbles which was plenty for us and replaced every drink with same again 👍 breakfast was 5 star so much choice even a gluten free table with loads of choice for us coeliacs.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant overlooking the Marina and has an amazing variety of sweets and bakery product, an amazing muesli buffet, fresh fruit, plus it serves the usual egg dishes on demand.

The hotel has a great situation alongside the marina at the top of the inlet.

Set amidst a natural harbour full of super yachts and more; surrounded by rocky hills; hotel bordered by a nice selection of bars and restaurants - really a gem of a place.

Its a wealthy place judging by the boats in the marina, hence the prices.

In particularly, the superb location by the marina.

The hotel is located in a hidden port ( Poltu Quatu) and has many small bars and restaurants along the marina which come alive in the evening ,  and as we love our night life it was a lovely way to end the night with dancing and drinking.

First of all,  it's setting is a one-of-a-kind the Hotel overlooks its own bay – rather a fjord actually – transformed in a very charming Marina, the best hub to explore the beauties of Costa Smeralda and nearby Maddalena islands.

As if the geography of the place wasn’t enough to win you over  (the hotel is nestled at the far end of a natural marina, so the other best way to arrive here is aboard a yacht) you also get impeccable service from the staff (always ready to answer to any query or to assist you).

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the hotel, and the maintenance of the marina and all the surrounding areas was well taken care of.

The rooms were pleasant and we had a balcony overlooking the smart yachts in the bay.A special treat to wake up to each morning.

The view from our room was breath taking, looking across the marina and listening to all the birds in the morning was wonderful to wake up to.

This lovely hotel overlooks the beautiful marina at Poltu Quatu.

The harbor is very active,  maybe 100 docked boats.

Their buffet breakfast, at tables overlooking the marina, is probably the best hotel breakfast experience we have had.

Poltu Quatu is in an impressive bay with lots of fabulous yachts and speedboats.

The location is fantastic , also I had very good experience to rent the yacht  by Just Business (the company inside of the hotel).

The hotel breakfasts are scrumptious and the Shisha bar at sunset was amazing overlooking the marina.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, so much to choose from, the staff were very obliging in dining room and a wonderful view of the marina.

The breakfast was an excellent way to start the day, both the food and the view of the marina.

The best breakfast with fabulous views of the yachts in the marina.

I would recommend the pool or marina view.

Make sure to ask for a table on the terrace with direct view over the Marina of Poltu Quatu.

As we mostly ate outside of the resort, I can only comment on the restaurant that we did regularly eat at, which was downstairs overlooking the marina (the name has slipped me,

The view over the marina and the large yachts moored there were very impressive

And the hotel is set in glorious surroundings of the marina so the view of the yachts and boats with breakfast was lovely.

The harbor is filled with amazing yachts and the views are spectacular.

The setting is stunning with the restaurant overlooking the marina.

The place is lovely with a beautiful swimmingpool and cosy restaurant where you can enjoy your breakfast facing the sea and marina.

Every night before dinner we were greeted with a glass of prosecco, and had a table overlooking the marina.

Breakfasts are spectacular in their choice as is the outlook over the marina .

From the hotel rooms you can have a nice view of the pool or a more scenic vista of the blue sea and marina.

but there is a cafe about 2 mins walk from the hotel that overlooks the marina which is much cheaper.

although less thrilled at paying 20 Euros per cocktail.

The breakfast was the only meal who was worth the money because lunch and dinner was extremely overpriced for the medium quality, a simple pasta lunch for two people cost us 120 euros.

We don’t mind paying a price for alcohol

Please note in two j stances the driver went 20 minutes in the opposite direction to drive a member of the staff home before turning around and dropping off paying customers.

Experience to forget and the hotel should close, hope nobody will spend anymore money for absence of service,

really is not the € 60 we spent is the incompetent personal they have at front desk, because if we could not find a nice person to call a taxi for us, probably we were spending the night outside in a promenade at Porto Cervo.

Bottom line: do not waste your money at this hotel.

Note I'm 'display' - because for the money that everyone leaves there, at least they could try and showcase some kind hospitality.

but I would not recommend this hotel as having visited other, more beautiful parts of Italy, I think it is not worth the money.
