 - Overall, the Zetta is just a cool place to stay: Hip without being "too cool," refined without being ostentatious.
 - There are a lot of hip amenities at this hotel - which, btw, you pay for with an “amenity fee,”
 - but professional and the whole atmosphere is incredibly relaxing but hip; it makes you want to hang out in the lobby.
 -  This hotel was in a great location and had very “hip “ decor.
 - This hotel is modern, hip, clean, and very comfortable.

 - Definitely our new beachhead when we head to see concerts in San Francisco!
 - The customer service alone guarantees that I will recommend to anyone who travels to San Francisco.
 - We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Zetta San Francisco .
 - I haven't been to San Francisco for 30 years or so, and I was heartbroken to see what has become of the streets in your beautiful city,
 - Even with limited amenities due to covid the hotel offered great service with web check in and mobile key and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, I would recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco!

 - It was to my surprise that I was still charged.
 - On the invoice they put the charge as miscellaneous.
 - Hand sanitizers everywhere, contactless room keys, contactless checkout, individually wrapped pastries and coffee from 7-10, mini bar credit since the restaurants are closed.
 - Charging a $40 resort fee at check-in for use of Gym and Wifi is an insult.
 - Worst of all, we were charged an additional $30 room fee, per day for fees that were not revealed at check in.

 - Clean, luxurious rooms, the people are always friendly and attentive, and anything I need is quickly taken care of.
 - but it was one of the least luxurious experiences I've ever had at a hotel.
 - though you are in luxury with very dedicated staff.
 - Hotel Zetta is a luxurious getaway in SOMA.
 - Bottom line, you'll be happy with the Zetta unless you require total luxury.

 - In one of the rooms I saw, I wondered why the designer even bothered to put in windows.
 - .2nd flor and bathroom without windows is not deluxe
 - No view whatsoever, windows can't open.
 - Rooms don't have a great view (mine looked into a U-shaped shaft adjacent to 2 other room windows) and they're a little small,
 - The room was dark as the windows looked out directly into the rooms in the next wing; so that the blinds always needed to be drawn.

 - Why isn't that just included in the cost of my room.
 - Too many extra taxes
 - but I would pay the regular rate if the next time we return to San Fran there isn't a special rate.
 - That’s the price of an entire night at the intercontinental.
 - I wish I was told ahead of time what the rate was.
