At 10am someone knocked on the door while I was in the bathroom.

It looked like some guests didnt know how to use the toilet or how to flush.

but the shower is not warm enough and uncomfortable.

While,I bit dissappointed with the shower in my room.I thought that it should be replace with the modern shape due I hardly difficult to take "wudlu" for my prayer.

the coffee shops also sucks, ordering a simple vegetarian samosa only to wait for an ages and don''t even expect for apology (the waitress doesnt even has an idea of what is samosa, I guess) The bathroom is dirty and looks like the house keeping never renew the amenities.

The bathroom shower gel and shampoo, they did not add the new 1 each night

need to make small tap under the shower for foot wash.

We need to take a shower and with no towel this place doesn't reserve to be called a hotel.

Bathroom amenities were not replaced everyday.

When i take a bath the drainage was bad so like flood.

I don't get a bathtub or hairdryer maybe because mine is superior.

No conditioner + no hairdryer = flyaway fluffy hair…….

Breakfast was cold, smoking allowed in the dining area (real classy).

Everywhere in the hotel stinks of cigarette smoke.

For non smoking room ensure many thing are available like sign, smoke detector and sprinkle.

but maybe in most hotel here, there is smoking area around even in the lobby or breakfast restaurant.

The restroom was looked disgusting, flooded, so horrible.

but unfortunately the rooms stunk of cigarettes.

but the only downside is there were people smoking inside the lobby (not ideal) - better if the restaurant has a policy of these people smoking outside

Didn't really like the room since we were running out of non smoking room.

but need a little room feeahner or aromatic scent and it is so goo stay here.

Both elevators broke down and was forced to take employees' elevator which was smelly.

in others Aston, people are not allowed to smoke indoors.

Drain was closed, broken internally and would not release even with force.

Requested for a single bed non-smoking room

The rooms for myself and my friends where alla booked well in advance and NON smoking rooms, on arrival that was difficult to fulfill the promises given at booking.

Staff restaurant are very attentive and friendly ms anti.

The waitres were very polite and friendly.

Beside that, swimming pool water needs to be cleaned, and the officers should be there so that the guests provide us with pool towel.

I have to go to reception and I have to spell “ towels “.

Aston samarinda have to review for performance, such as towel, rest room, food and beverage, wifi connecrion, car park.

Overall great hotel, the staffs are lovely, the hotel is spotless, great facilities and very strategic location and easily accessible.

The swimming pool is the best and closed with swisscafe and fitness so we can have breakfast and swimming at same area.the room is clean #1010 with river view.

You expect good service for 4 star hotel but got service for cheap  hotel.

First of all, they did not even have an adapter to loan the guests.

but I will go to the hotel quite late because I had some agendas before checking in at the hotel but my guests will be checked in in 30 minutes.

but I can tell the restaurant is too small to handle the guests.

but the operating hours needs to accommodate the guests' needs.

Advice: add more personnel at front office to handle when guests come over from 2 guest.

During my visit, there were an prom-night event and it was Chinese new year, so the hotel seems crowded, especially the restaurant for breakfast (near the pool), it small space seem very crowded to coverl all the guest.

The access to the lobby was steep and for a guest that stayed for almost 2 weeks, I got no dispensation for checking out late (could only stay until 1.00 pm).

And here Swiss Belhotel didn't consider they comfort of their guest hotel.

(If she said that there were no guest on that room I will be schocked .

But when my guest want to come join for breakfast, they charged  for additional fee.

The music is so loud if you light sleeper you  won't be sleep until pass midnight.

The light on the room is also consider to change cause it makes the hotel feel so old and gloomy.

The shower room lighting is little bit dark.

3) shower - dim lights, old fashioned style toilet, and best (to me is the worst experience) water head of the shower give so much water pressure (i think its time for a change).

Nothing more infuriating getting to your room and getting the dreaded flashing red light on the door lock.

For rooms, I stayed on level 6 with one of this odd bay windows whe no matter what you do you can't entirely block the morning light out.

(even the splash of water from swimming pool can easily get to the breakfast area), and there is some wire connected to the lamp inside the swimming pool which i think very dangerous!
