 - Although it was overlooking the street it wasn’t too noisy.
 - but then found a blanket on the cupboard and kept the heating blower on which was noisy but made the room more cosy.
 - Too noisy and we could hear every vehicle that was passing by.
 - The Hotel is also on a noisy street and even their so called executive room (209) was so noisy as it faces a street.
 - Thin walls, we could hear the bathroom and conversation within from next door.

 - but they did have an elevator to get up there.
 - Expect to go through a couple doors and then an elevator before reaching the reception area and rooms, which is inside a tall building.
 - No one was able to tell is if or when the elevator would be repair, and it ended up not mattering because we left before it was fixed.
 - The rooms are on the third floor and there is a lift for those who need it (I did!).
 - but would preferred to have stayed in the newer part where breakfast room is as the lift to 5th Floor is very small and very slow!

 - The metro station is just outside the door of the hotel and very easy to use.
 - Bonus metro station right out side the hotel , plenty of shops a chemist within walking distance .colloisum is a 10/15 min walk away and other sights to see are a short metro ride away .would 100% stay in this hotel again.
 - We selected the Hotel President for its great location, in particular walking distance to the metro transit station and major sites in Rome.
 - Metro station (Menzani) is right outside the hotel and we took full advantage of it going to the city and saving lots of money on taxi rides.
 - The hotel is literally right next to the Manzoni metro station AND just around the corner from the tram line.

 - but the traffic fumes were so bad from the main road that it got to around 2am on our 2nd night and we couldn't take it anymore and asked to switch rooms.
 - but our floor was empty so rarely there was noise from the corridor.
 - I could hear the man peeing in the next room in the middle of the night and I could hear the people walking around in the room above.
 - The outside traffic can be loud at times,
 - Also, the noise from the TV from other rooms, you can practicly hear what they say - we had to sleep with earplugs.
