 - Location is about a 15/20 walk from spanish steps/Trevi Fountain etc.
 - There are restaurants, Castle Sant Angelo, Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Via Condetti, Spanish Steps, Cinema, Italian Supreme Court within walking distance.
 - Also, hotel has a great location with walking distance to all the major sites, such as Spanish steps and Vatican.
 - Nice hotel, very good service, and within a 20 min safe walk to the vatican, casttel st angelo, spanish steps, Pantheon, etc.
 - The hotel is well located to walk to the area of the Vatican or across the Tiber to the Spanish Steps and other well known locations.

 - 5) Shower door did not close completely.
 - House-keeping slams doors all day & night as they clean, the people above us kept dragging the desk chair all over the floor in the middle of the night while stomping back and forth, and our room smelled like sewage.
 - Twice someone knocked on our door as we were resting and once they tried entered to bring complimentary water.
 - Since the bathroom door is frosted glass, thus it's too bright to sleep with the light on.
 - You have to push the door to get in, not turn the doorknob.

 - (unfortunately the AC Boscolo is no longer there) We were eager to try a different Marriott & used an upgrade to a corner room for the stay.
 - though seem to have paper thin walls, and there is no AC.
 - The hotel itself is very ordinary; rooms are tiny and poorly ventilated.
 - - housekeeping need careful check on hairs left by previous customers - smoke sensors blinking truly too strongly (because the sensor wasn’t covered by its mask) and annoying at night In general we didn’t feel treated as special guest
 - Only uncomfortable thing was the heater that was fixed and couldn’t be adjusted, had to sleep with the window open a bit.

 - The hotel is centrally located (a few blocks from the Colosseum) and is really lovely.
 - but it is in a fantastic location, 10 minutes walk from termini station and approx 15 minutes walk to the colosseum.
 - Easy walking distance to all main location, Colosseum, trevi fountain & spanish steps.
 - We chose the Raffaello because it is close to Termini station and also the archeological sites. In truth, we walked to all the locations we visited (Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican, Parthenon, etc.)

 - This is a boutique hotel, so there is only one small elevator and stairs are more convenient.
 - Only complaint would be the very small elevator that stops in between floors so one still has to either go up or down a flight of stairs to get to your room.
 - For anyone with mobility challenges, there is a 1/2 flight of stairs to breakfast.
 - There are a lot of stairs, which didn't bother us
 - The elevator is quite small, and it stops on the half-floor, so you do have to carry your luggage either up or down a set of stairs.

 - Never our intention, no mention was made when we turned our keys in that morning.
 - There is a proper built-on safe in the wall that uses a physical key!
 - Negatives Tiny elevator Slippery shower over bath Terrible hair dryer Room keys have to be handed in whenever you leave the hotel.. a bit strange this has never happened anywhere else.
 - It is a bit old school in the sense that you have to leave your room key at the front desk every time you leave the building.
 - The only quirk with this hotel was having to leave the key with reception each time we left the hotel.
