The daily breakfast was made to order along with a beautiful tiered selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries brought to your table.

The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

The hotel served breakfast every morning that is absolutely delicious.

Breakfast is good and the staff took notice of our orders and preference.

The breakfast was also top notch…The hotel is in a great location and it is very easy to get around and to see all of the main attractions.

We especially loved the concierge staff, Stefano in the breakfast room, and bartender Gian Luca.

From the moment we entered the Hotel, service was perfect from the front desk, the breakfast to the daily room cleaning.

Breakfast very good with many choices and they are very attentive to food intolerances.

Breakfast in included in the price and the menu is full of delicious items to order.

The sit-down breakfast was delicious, and the bar was quiet and welcoming.

So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

The hotel has a small lobby and elevator,

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

Hotel is centrally located in Piazza Bernini-close and easy walking to all the sights and shopping and restaurants are everywhere.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

This hotel is a small upscale property about a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, so a nice location.

Trevi fountain is 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the Pantheon 5 minutes walk from the hotel (5-7 minutes past Trevi fountain);   The Coliseum is walkable in about 30 minutes,

You can easily walk to the pantheon, Spanish steps and trevi fountain.

It’s about a 20 min walk to the colosseum which is actually great because whatever route you take you end up passing all kinds of monuments, fountains, amazing buildings- I accidentally came across the Pantheon!

Hotel is located in great area - walkable to tons of sights, restaurants, etc, etc (pharmacy right across the street to get covid test b4 heading back to USA - took 15 mins).

The breakfast and sights made getting up worth it.

and 1 minute walk to bus station that connects you with all the tourist sights.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

but we stayed 4 nights and the room is so small it became quite oppressive.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

This hotel is so charming and romantic, it’s the best couples getaway 😍 the view from our bedroom was amazing and the hotel is close to Trevi Fountain.

We stayed here last July and wanted to come back because of

- comfortable room (king bed, 2 sofa beds for the kids, still enough room

This is a great location off the Piazza Barberini within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps among other great sites and museums.

In the pantheon of culinary artists, Chef Sharon was a shining star.

Our visit was a bag of mixed (poor and good) service:

However the service is really poor, there’s a long wait for anything and with multiple reminders.

however it still does not discount the fact that overall food quality was very poor for the price we paid for stay at Leela.

I have never seen a 5 star property where you had to request for basic niceties 

Unfortunate that the holiday was marred by poor service in our room and absolutely pathetic service in the restaurant

Travel here at your own peril if you are planning a vacation

House keeping is poor, even drinking water not provided.

The salads were really delicious and a the service team.

I request the restaurant team to plase call the housekeeping.

It was an absolute delight to come stay at the Leela palace! The food, amenities and most importantly the service (special shout out to Rahul!)

The food there was also delicious, and we really enjoyed ourselves while eating our meal.

The food here was just amazing it was both quality and quantity .

Deep ensured that our stay was comfortable and all Logistics (check in /out, airport transfers, sight seeings, meals ) were meticulous, sharp and safe.

Specifically Manju Chechi at terrace restaurant was excellent.

Fabulous view of the ocean and friendly staff especially Manju who is very attentive at the Terrace restaurant.

Food at the Terrace had all the local specialities that we wanted to try.

We loved our room, the  location is amazing, the food is excellent and most of all, the staff is the friendliest and most service minded one can imagine.

The Cafe restaurant staff Reetika, Rohika, Akash, Bhagwat and Allen are very friendly and courteous.

And for vegetarians like us it was a dinner of dal and listless naan.

The food is delicious and the staff are outstanding!!

The grounds are all beautiful, the restaurant service and housekeeping and spa are fantastic, and Deep is the best

Room service is good and of the 3 restaurants,  the main restaurant service was commendable.

Rest was excellent be it food be it service everything different restaurants with unique view and menu .Staff was too courteous enjoyed the spa also .

Other staff that stood out and were incredibly kind and thoughtful were Manager Reshma, and Sreenath, head of food services.

Akhilesh was taking care of the food and service in other hand Ayush was taking care of Alcohol part, he is so knowledgeable about drinks and alcohol that we had different alcohol with different mixture.

The restraunts ambience is varied n captures your heart with the food n service offered by the team.The food across all restraunts was Very delicate and easy & equally tasty on our palate.My personal fav being 'The Cafe' & 'The Tides' .I could go on endlessly as the whole team at Leela Kovalam were warm and welcoming.

but the service was slow which needs to be improved as i ordered the food in night and it came after 1 and half an hour till that time my baby was asleep without eating anything.

Service in the restaurant is a bit slow maybe because hotel was at 100 percent occupancy on the days we stayed.

Just a bit slow in some service - ordered lunch in the restaurant beside the pool and it took a while to be served.

but service very slow, and they need some ice in that section!
