The daily breakfast was made to order along with a beautiful tiered selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries brought to your table.

The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

The hotel served breakfast every morning that is absolutely delicious.

Breakfast is good and the staff took notice of our orders and preference.

The breakfast was also top notch…The hotel is in a great location and it is very easy to get around and to see all of the main attractions.

We walked to everything:  the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Via Condotti for shopping.

The location is perfect …   a 1 :60 walk to the metro and within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, shopping on Via Condotti and numerous restaurants.

Perhaps best of all, Barocco is a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the shopping delights of Via Sistina, Via Condotti and Via Corso.

Great location--short distance from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and Via Veneto.

The location is excellent close to Rome's artery Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the up market shops of Via dei Condotti.

So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

Hotel is centrally located in Piazza Bernini-close and easy walking to all the sights and shopping and restaurants are everywhere.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

Hotel Barocco has absolutely outstanding service -- very personable, attentive and helpful.

Unlike a lot of hotels in Italy which serve breakfast buffet style, this was a la carte menu with exceptional service.

but once you step through that entrance the level of service is excellent.

In advance of our arrival, the staff at the hotel also assisted with our car services to/from the airports both times, which I would highly recommend.

From the car service to & from the airport & port, the  front desk staff, particularly Flavio with his restaurant recommendations, to the morning breakfasts with Stefano, to our nightly bartender, Gianluca, everything was first-class.

The service was excellent and there is no question that we would stay there again on our next trip.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, they went over and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and address any needs that we had, five star service

The made to order breakfast was outstanding and the service throughout the hotel was fantastic.

They helped with birthday arrangements, champagne to the room, hand written notes, car service arrangements to and from the airport, currency exchange at the desk the list goes on and on.

We stayed in the Light and Sight suite and the room was beautiful and so comfortable, felt like a home away from home.

Our family of four enjoyed two suites -- the "Terrace, Pool and Sauna" suite and the "Light & Sight" suite.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and near so many awesome sights and food.

Most “sights” are within a 15 minute walk.

The location is terrific, in walking distance to many of Rome's famous sights.

Hotel is located in great area - walkable to tons of sights, restaurants, etc, etc (pharmacy right across the street to get covid test b4 heading back to USA - took 15 mins).

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

The room itself was small - standard hotel room.

but we stayed 4 nights and the room is so small it became quite oppressive.

At 12 sq meters, I knew my room would be small and it was.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

Showed sincere  interest in the residents and they had a great rapport with everyone from what I saw.

Staff were very friendly and polite and the concierge were very helpful in making a reservation on my behalf to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday.

I ate at the restaurant where the food was delicious (I had the shrimp tacos) and the service and atmosphere was great.

We shared a salad and a mushroom pasta, and both were delicious.

We had the steak and stuffed chicken, great serving, and delicious!

Our stay would have been almost perfect except for not being able to get breakfast until 7 AM and not having available fresh coffee in the lobby area.

Great having underground parking on site, the bar and breakfast were great.

The omelets were delicious and the shareables on the rooftop deck were fantastic!

.Make sure you try the breakfast buffet, Home made omelets were outstanding !!

There is only one breakfast staff in the restaurant downstairs.

She actually searched for an unusual ingredient I requested and found it….wow!

but the coffee shop did have a quick breakfast area.

We got ready, went out for breakfast and coffee (which I usually don’t drink) and came back to speak with the supervisor, Tyra.

The feel of the decor, the sounds of the plaza, and the ambiance of the experience brought my wife and I back to the hotel Condotti at the Spanish Steps in room.

At registration their credit card system was down and they did not allow us check in for a half hour.

Instead of just handling it then, he told me he would have to verify the charge.

The room we reserved was overbooked, so we were upgraded to a suite at no charge.

but there was no mention that there would be a charge.

Our billing is messed up and we are trying to fix it now. 4.

Was afraid to use our truck in fear of another parking charge so we had to walk several blocks while it was raining.

but they just need to figure out how to charge people accurately.

Once she got those off another "mystery" charge came from the restaurant which we never went too.

I was advised the full $540 would be charged to my Cc.only after I complained and said I would never do business with them again , II was advised I could call the desk, to which they could not transfer me.

And yet they had the gall to charge a luxury hotel rate.

If you don't have a Tesla or a converter, you need to find charging elsewhere.

We were told at check in that it was included in the price then after we checked out we were charged 50dollars  for parking and 10 dollars for taxes.

I said I didn’t want to get charged for anything and he said I wouldn’t and of course I did.

They charged us for the room we'd been in for roughly an hour (while seeking assistance to fix the furniture) and with a snotty attitude claimed that as a matter of policy they had to charge us.

Also the shuttle was not available for use at all for us due to it constantly being charged up.

People were getting charged differently for the same beer.

Had my card re-keyed and still unsuccessful.

Overall, a really good deal and price for The Plaza area.

We will definitely look forward to returning to The Fontaine on our next trip to the Mission Plaza Country Cub.

They offer a shuttle in the afternoon and evening around the plaza, which was a real bonus.

He quickly offered the free shuttle to zip down to The Plaza for dinner.

It is located right in the heart of the plaza giving you access to restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful place to walk and take pictures

He drove me around the Plaza area in the Fontaine's Tesla whenever needed.

They provided a free shuttle to and from the plaza.

They also offer a shuttle service to and from The Plaza in a dope Tesla.

They have a complimentary shuttle to the plaza.

Enjoyed being so close to the plaza for walking, shopping and food.

Some dining options onsite as well as great location where you can walk to the plaza shops and other restaurants.

We had a place in County Club plaza we have stayed for over 10 years, the Fontaine is our new "go to" ! !

The location is perfect for walking around the Plaza to eat and shop

He was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations on which restaurants we should check out.
