So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

The hotel has a small lobby and elevator,

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

The rooms were well appointed with all modern amenities.

The room was lovely, couldn't ask for more, I got great value.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

At 12 sq meters, I knew my room would be small and it was.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

I loved the location as it was very walkable to the train station the Colosseum and many tourist attractions.

Location wise, the hotel is in a good spot, you are within a 30 minute walk of the colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

The location is an easy 1 mile walk from Trevi Fountain and close to the Colosseum as well.

The thing that makes this restaurant truly stand out is its rooftop bar which is always a wonderful way to end your day with some gelato and cocktails.

Breakfast is luxurious, and don’t miss the rooftop bar.

Breakfasts are superb,  Roof top bar was a wonderful oasis, delicious cocktails, amazing view, again fabulous food (need to book ahead).

but the Artemis rooftop restaurant is  true gourmet cuisine, and while we ate many meals outside the hotel , all of our best dining experiences were in the roof top restaurant.

Hotel gave a voucher for a Prosecco at their Rooftop restaurant /bar which was also very nice touch.

The breakfast was amazing, our spa treatment was wonderful, and we had a delicious rooftop dinner here.

Great service, perfect location, very clean, the breakfast is fabulous, nice room and amenities, loved the convenience of the minibar being included, the spa was quite enjoyable, and your rooftop restaurant served a terrific meal.

We ate twice in the restaurant's rooftop restaurant, which was much better than average for a hotel eatery.

The hotel sent me a confirmation reminder e-mail to which I replied and asked them to make a dinner reservation for us at the rooftop restaurant, Ambrosia.

The other treat is Ambrosia Rooftop Restaurant.

We had the opportunity to have dinner and drinks on the rooftop restaurant, Ambrosia, great food and customized cocktails.

I’m not going to repeat what everyone else has mentioned, as we would be only repeating the positive messages (friendly staff, great food on the roof top, breakfast is good, very clean hotel, minibar restocked daily,  and located in a better part of Rome).

Their roof top restaurant Ambrosia was top notch.

The rooftop restaurant was a great feature too -food was very good and a perfect place for an aperitivo.

The staff are outstanding from the front desk to the rooftop restaurant.

The room was spacious, tastefully arranged and the bed was comfortable (with 2 types of pillows for every taste).

Room was immaculate and serviced every day with a free mini bar stocked every day .

In contrast to post-pandemic hotels in the U.S., here they actually clean up your room nightly and provide fresh towels.

The rooms are nice, and you get a free mini bar stocked daily.

The drinks and snacks in the room were super nice as well.

The rooms and facilities are spotless,  breakfast issuperb.

I simply don't have a bad word to say about the place, excellent value, lovely spacious room, perfect central location.

We’d booked adjoining rooms which were on the 4th floor and very quiet at night.

The in room food /drinks included and refilled daily, the breakfast included was 5 star and incredible selection, customer service over all 5/5 star.

The room was comfortable with a free minibar containing a few beverages.

Sebastian at the front desk expedited our room preparation provided maps and tips about touring the city and was all around friendly professional and knowledgable.

The rooms and beds are beautiful and comfortable, the staff friendly and accommodating, and we looked forward to the fabulous breakfast every day.

Check in was a breeze, our rooms were not ready

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

First class service from Manuel picking us up at airport , Ivan at front desk, Alessandro in dining room for breakfast to Tony taking us to the Cititavecchia port.

The room was spacious with air conditioning and a complimentary mini bar that gets restocked daily.

The basic rooms are very small and don't offer much of a view beyond the building across the street.

My only criticism, and it's a tiny thing, is the washroom size in the rooms are small,

The only difference between the two rooms is that room 404 has a small narrow balcony.

While the rooms are somewhat small, the hotel decor and amenities were top quality.

The room was on the small side (we had a deluxe comfort, I think) which more than adequate.

Also worth a mention were Sebastian and Davide so helpful and accomodating .The rooms were great one small negative was that they were a tad small .

25 minutes to the Vatican and just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain.

It is centrally located with only a 15-20 minute walk to many of Rome's best  sightseeing places including the Colosium, Forum, Jewish Ghetto, Spanish Steps, Trastavere and Trevi Fountain.

The hotel is well located and only a short walk to the train station, collosseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

The staff were so helpful and the hotel was perfect for a short break to Rome, quite close to the Trevi Fountain ( 15 min walk), the main railway station, metro and a brisk walk to the centre.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient and central position in Rome and is about a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and perhaps a five minute walk to the bus terminus where you can catch a two of us if you wish to.

Location is on the same street as the Central bank, a good 10-15 minute walk to Trevi fountain.

Trevi fountain the Pantheon, there are great shops, all along the avenue of Via Nazionale.

It is a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and about an hour if you walk to the Vatican.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Coliseum, the Forum, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
