We couldn't get enough of the freshly baked pistachio croissants for breakfast each morning.

Hotel Pendini is centrally located and allowed for shopping, dining and museum visits within a very short walking distance.

Hotel Pendini is located in the heart of Florence with walking distance to every attraction in the city.

The property was in an amazing location, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

This is a class hotel and location is perfect place to stay.

It has the intimacy of a well-run, beautifully appointed and perfectly located get away.

The location was great - almost equidistant between  Il Duomo and the Uffizi.

Location is in the middle of everything, easy to walk to all the museums and churches.

It rooms are spotless and the hotel is centrally located.

There could be nothing better than the location of this hotel.

It can get a bit loud at night time, and slightly slow Wi-Fi.

One of the restaurants on the square plays loud live rock music until 2am every night!!

If you're a sensitive sleeper, you may have issues with staying in a room facing the arch or plaza, as there is loud music nightly until 2am.

However we had to hear loud music every night ( until the early hours) from another building despite being in a corner room on the 3rd floor.

The only thing to note is if you are facing the square the restaurant below plays music past midnight in the summer so it was loud.

Only challenge was a couple of our nights there was a loud celebration/band in the square which was difficult to sleep through.

but there is very loud music blasting nightly.

The only complaint I have is that our room was facing the square and there was live music at one of the restaurants in the square that was pretty loud until around 12 midnight.

It was a bit noisy at night when music is playing in bars down below

but the room was great except for the very loud music from the square below that kept us awake until after midnight

The downside was that it could be very noisy particularly in the evenings when a bar restaurant blasted loud music and singing until 1 AM in the morning.

One small downside is that it was next to a large public square with outdoor musicians that play until midnight so can be loud at night.

The only downside was that the rooms don’t have enough noise insulation so when there are parties or loud people in the town square, it’s impossible to sleep.

Just be aware that they play music in the Piazza until after midnight.

but because of loud music from a nearby cafe, we moved to a smaller inside room that was completely quiet.

The only negative was that our room faced the plaza and there was loud music playing until about 1 am almost every night of our 5 nights there.

but it got loud at night, as nearby students, etc.

It seems to be more of a bed and breakfast rather than 

Rooms 403, 404, and 405 all face the busy square, which has loud activity until late in the morning.

The evening singer next door was a bit loud until midnight each evening (and the same songs nightly).

They were buzzing around and biting resulting in very poor quality sleep.

Loved the little staircase up to our rooms.

From the service to the quality of the room - we shared two rooms - it was faultless.

Apparently we received an upgrade from the room class we had booked, and it was lovely!

Our stay was excellent the rooms were of the best quality and placement for a nice veiw of the city

Somewhat small rooms and small bathrooms.

Every morning we were greeted by the friendly staff.

The staff are very axcomodationg and friendly.

Your staff were most friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and gentle with us in all sennses.

The people I encountered at the front desk weren’t very friendly, and my bathroom overwhelmingly smelt like ammonia.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and professional.

Breakfast included had everything you could want and the staff were excellent.

The staff are welcoming and professional.

We would rate Hotel Pendini the top hotel for several reasons:  location, price, accommodating staff, easy access, local knowledge for restaurants and activities, quality of the accommodations, quiet setting away from the noise of the plaza.

Hotel staff all very professional and helpful and made our stay so lovely.

Very courteous staff and breakfast also decent.

The staff was friendly, responsive, and appeared eager to make our stay exemplary.

I have stayed at the Hotel Pendini many times and the staff are so polite and very helpful .

The daily breakfast was made to order along with a beautiful tiered selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries brought to your table.

The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

The hotel has a small lobby and elevator,

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

About 15 to 20 minute walk to the colosseum, 5 minutes to Trevi fountain, 20 minutes to Vatican City, 15 minutes to Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

Location is fantastic where you can walk to pretty much the main attractions like Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain.

We were extremely close to Trevi fountain

The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Forum, Colosseum, and Villa Medici are all within walking distance (if you like walking) or a short taxi ride.

We had a lovely view of the fountain in Barbarini Square.

This hotel is a small upscale property about a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, so a nice location.

Walkable to Trevi Fountain and many fine restaurants.

The hotel is very close to the Trevi fountain and across the plaza are stops for the hop on hop off busses and a small grocery store.

Wonderful boutique hotel close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance.

The location is superb being only a six or seven minute walk from the Trevi fountain.

The location was great, so close to everything, such as the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican City.

It is located near many of the commonly visited sites like Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, as well as the Metro.

Hotel is well situated and close to shopping and restaurants and has a view of a fountain in the middle of the piazza.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

Our family of four enjoyed two suites -- the "Terrace, Pool and Sauna" suite and the "Light & Sight" suite.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and near so many awesome sights and food.

All minutes from the best shopping in Italy - and the greatest sights.

Most “sights” are within a 15 minute walk.

The location is terrific, in walking distance to many of Rome's famous sights.

And right next to metro and bus stops for easy trips to the Vatican and other sights.

Hotel is located in great area - walkable to tons of sights, restaurants, etc, etc (pharmacy right across the street to get covid test b4 heading back to USA - took 15 mins).

The breakfast and sights made getting up worth it.

Very convenient for the wonderful sights Rome has to offer.

and 1 minute walk to bus station that connects you with all the tourist sights.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

The room itself was small - standard hotel room.

but we stayed 4 nights and the room is so small it became quite oppressive.
