 - On the booking confirmation email there is a whole list of services listed that are simply not there/not offered (turn down service, Mini golf seems to be closed).

 - I took buffet dinner, which costs $30 per person, the only thing is EVERYTHING WAS COLD, I was pissed off as imagine eating salmon and ribs cold.
 - It is better Thant the tram because there is some cold air (although I wouldn’t say it has got air-con).
 - but only 15 mins by tram to the centre and breakfast was cold every day, also could do with more vegan options for breakfast
 - but the ‘hot’ food was often cold, particularly at breakfast, which was a shame.

 - In total we paid nearly 600 dollars for one night: absolutely not worth it and will be avoiding Hiltons and their cost cutting measures for the forseeable future.
 - but nope, all was covered by the points except a minor occupancy tax.
 - We don't usually eat meals in the hotel as they tend to be overpriced and marginal at best.
 - some of the jets in the swimming pool do not work, and faucets in the restrooms in the public areas provide no water, indicating overall poor upkeep despite expensive materials.
 - We had one lunch at the restaurant - overpriced

 - For instance, the walls in our standard room were marked up and thin, the amenities were old, and the lock on our bathroom did not work.
 - but exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was nothing to see through the windows apart from walls.
 - 3 days into our 5 night reservation my husband asked me how this compared to the other places we had stayed in Monte Carlo and Athens because he found the room shabby (the shower leaked, there was a hole in the wall and the room was incredibly small).
 - The room was small, full of scuffs and nicks on the walls.
 - Our shower sprayer and toilet seat were broken, the bathroom tile was chipped, the shower door didn't close tightly, there was no place in the shower to put toiletry items, and the walls throughout were dirty and banged up.
