The staff were all friendly, offered a bus service to the higher rooms, and a free mini bus into skala.

Food is fab for an all inclusive the staff are friendly and welcoming, bar staff are lovely and chatty.

Our family recently booked a stay at this hotel through TUI, and while we appreciated the warm welcome from the friendly receptionists upon our arrival, our overall experience fell short of the expectations set by TUI's advertising.

More planning around room allocation for those wanting a relaxing and quiet break i would suggest.

Perfect location & sea views, just far enough from town for quite relaxing holiday,  30 to 40 min walk into town or free bus service, large outside areas with multiple pools and toilets / showers, plenty of shady / covered areas, main restaurant was upmarket, we eat all meals outside on the balconys with sea views and always found food to our taste, spent days either round pools exploring the many small coves / pebble beaches or in skala on the main sandy beach.

Our cases were taken to our room and that was the start to a very enjoyable 7 night holiday.

Would definitely return as it was great value for money and a great holiday.

Yes there are cats, they are well fed though, don’t come in the restaurant or intrude into the community areas much and made a lot of the children’s holidays, as friendly and approachable.

We found a little nugget called Pantheon this year too which is next to the pharmacy where the food is superb, staff very humble and very cheap if lacks a little atmosphere.

Drinks - not keen to drink out of plastic glasses.

but big to me, I can't stand plastic cups for my wine or G and T, I totally understand by the pool daytime, but in the evening it did put me off drinking and I do like a glass of wine.

Wine is served in a plastic soft drinks glass, don’t expect a wine glass.. Now for the positives.

Top tips, try the beach area a few days for a change, via free hotel bus, (pre book spaces on bus on day) and the snorkel bay down the road, (take water shoes) pool by reception and restaurant i think was a bit quieter, and take metal water bottles as staff will fill at bars with cold filtered water, much easier, (especially for your room) as only serve in a plastic glass otherwise.

but they use the same spirits and put it in a slightly larger plastic glass with a paper umbrella, so not really worth it.

Plenty of sunbeds and parasol and empty plastic glasses collected constantly.

If I was a complainer and had to find something to complain about, I would probably say, bring your own plastic glasses as they always looked a little grubby.

Drinks appeared to be watered down, served in plastic glasses that have seen better days.

Local brand cocktails are NOT included you have to pay 5.50 euros for a cocktail that comes in a plastic beaker!.

Then to top this off they serve the drinks in nasty plastic glasses (which have seen better days) & even in the restaurant they come in small tumbler glasses which have had one too many dates with a dishwasher….come on guys give us a decent wine glass with our dinner at least!

All drinks served in plastic, unless your eating in the restaurant and then they give you glass.

Plastic disposable cups are given during the day again due to covid,

Plastic is the safest option,  accidents do happen.

On occasions there were long queues for the pool bar especially as the lobby bar was shut and the hotel had reverted to the flimsy plastic glasses for all drinks, even drinks purchased, which is a shame and an old criticism.

Being all inclusive, you will have to get used to having only small draught beer in a plastic glass around the pool area,

They are served in little plastic cups with lots of ice in so you don’t actually get much.

Wine was poured from plastic bottles which was then poured into small plastic cups.

The air con was very poor, despite being on the highest setting.

but having seen some people here, I guess these poor reviews are written by those who want Fish and chips, all day breakfasts and roast dinners every day.

It’s absolutely disgusting how poor the system is .

Ignore the poor reviews mostly people wanting 5* facilities for 3* money!

We booked this 4 star hotel after a poor experience at 2-3 star hotelk in Majorca with JET2.

Most of the poor reviews were from the start of the season and think they are sorting those small issues.

We ate out every night due to restaurant food being so poor.

Okay firstly you’re looking at this because I’ve given it 5 stars amongst some poor reviews.

The reason that I haven't given this hotel five stars is mainly because I personally thought the drinks were poor.

- Entertainment full stop is really poor.

although getting the munchies makes you more depressed about the poor excuse of food they serve at this hotel.

but as an all inclusive this place is pretty poor in comparison to the many other hotels we have holidayed in around the world.

The reviews posted were not good and painted a very poor picture of what to expect.

drinks here are weak,  poor substitutes or too sugary.

Soon realised the room was very dark and the lighting was very poor.

Although I have seen some poor reviews (which we did have our worries about before arrival) this is definitely a place you should look into/do your research.

Skala is beautiful, with lots of lovely restaurants and bars .. the swim up room beautiful had we felt able to use it.

but there was a free bus from the hotel which you can book and they run into the evening too so you can venture out for evening meal if you wish.

Food was good and varied, found on 2 occasions that the lunch time offered better dishes than the evening.

The food is very well prepared, good choice.

Steps kept us fit during our week .food lovely and we enjoyed eating outdoors .

We stayed for a week at San Giorgio, hotel was lovely, views are stunning, food was great, staff polite.

but we alwsys made sure we had water and then filled our fridge with beer and wine .

Good point mini bus to town which we used everyday, we spent our time at another pool and in town to eat each night.

However the rooms with pools were in a row so you did not have a private pool.

I can only describe the hotel as a prison with all of the rules they put in place like leaving the zircon on if you are nit in the room.

There’s also a steep walk up to the rooms so again fine if you have good mobility

We had a swim up room so worth the extra money.

We used the minibus each day to go back to rooms.

We stayed in one of the top of the hill rooms.

We have just had a week at San Giorgio & stayed in 1 of the swim up rooms (631).

We arrived late so the staff had left food and water in our room fridge.

I emailed the hotel to request room 626 which is a swim up room and this is the room we had .

If I ever went back I would definitely go for a swim up room.

We had such a lovely room (614) with a swim up pool.

The soft drinks are fine, the white wine is actually lovely

but me and my boyfriend aren’t that fussed on drinks and they still have a variety of alcoholic drinks like beers, spirits and gin with a soft drink mixer.

The all inc beer was fine, cold, (Zorba's), soft drinks cold

Local drinks were fine I drink mainly coffee and soft drinks

The soft drinks, wine and coffee were really poor quality and the food was very average.

- In the dining room, only beer, wine and soft drinks are available.

And a selection of soft drinks  ,Lunch is a buffet style lunch, offering tea and coffee, wine or beer soft drinks ,

The bar offered soft drinks and local spirits

but there was always something to drink including tea and coffee and soft drinks.

The drinks are also ok, the soft drinks are very syrupy

I was gobsmacked, the only soft drinks available were fizzy orange, lemonade and cola.

but the soft drinks are fine and the beer is okay (3.6% so not crazy strong).

Plenty of choice of soft drinks and juices plus water.

Bottled water, branded soft drinks, crisps, sweets etc are available from the shop on site

We mainly drank the beer, wine and soft drinks.

Just imagine it’s a German supermarkets version of the soft drinks, that’s kind of what they taste like!

The soft drinks are basically rola cola, very cheap knock of versions.

The soft drinks included were all lovely so we had no issues.

All drinks are poured for you so huge cues every meal time lining up at the bar - even for a soft drink.

I’m not a big drinker and generally stick with soft drinks during the day.

Although the staff are super nice and if they did not speak your language they would try their best and smile.

Staff were courteous, helpful and efficient.

Final shout out to the TUI rep Sam who was excellent.

The housekeeping staff are on the go non stop.

The morning receptionists are very nice people.

Most of the staff are pleasant and can’t do enough for you, everything we asked for was done without question.

The free shuttle bus was a great asset into Skala.

Excellent hotel, very clean in all areas, staff are very friendly, excellent choice of meals in the restaurant and pool bar,Great bar staff both of who are really hillarious and work very hard, pool area is very clean and tidy, reception deals with problems if any very fast.

The evening terrace area was a lovely place to sit, relax and chat.

The area in Kalamaki was great , our favourite bar was The Black Pearl !!

The food was always very tasty and plenty to choose from in the restaurant area.

From the moment we arrived we were delighted with our choice to stay at this hotel. From the kindness of the staff at the front desk, all of those on the bars, and especially our pal Martina in the service area who I (literally!)

Pool area is spotless, plenty of sun beds available throughout the day ,although the usual out at 6.30 towels happens each day ,

We had room 330 overlooking a lovely pool area, room was clean and comfortable.

The location was ideal with a short walk to bars and restaurants and beach.

There were loads of sunbeds around the 2 pools or you could walk to the beach.

Location is great 10 mins from airport 5 minutes from a lovely beach and 2 minutes from kalamaki main street.

This hotel is close to the beach and the village where there is plenty of bars and shops, a little bit of aircraft noise

Beautiful Kalamaki beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We hired pedalos from the local beach which we’re a great price and a lot of fun !

The beach bar open daily  between 10.00 and 18.00 was run by Argyris who was always friendly and super efficient serving food and drink.

Just a few minutes from a amazing beach too.

The location of this hotel is also perfect, as you are close to a beautiful beach and are also close to a great 'strip' that gives you plenty of choice for food and drink.

The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, the sea is crystal clear and calm - ideal for swimming.

The beach is approx 5 to 7 min walk away and closes between sunset and 07:00 am due to the turtles who lay their eggs on the beach.

Overall, we had a great relaxing holiday here, beaches are superb and the sea is warm and clear, beautiful place.

The hotel is close to the beach to spot turtles and close to the strip for bars, restaurants and shops.

If you want the beach that is a 10 minute walk to Kalamaki Bay where you have lovely shallow waters.

Note, the beach shuts at night for turtle nesting.

The beach is within easy walking distance and we enjoyed a walk through the shallows to neighboring Laganas- if you want a bit of nightlife thats where to go.

All rooms, pool and other amenities were clean and well maintained.

Spotlessly clean, decent local influenced food, new look refurb, good quality fixtures and fittings, friendly and helpful staff.

The Bedrooms, and indeed the hotel were all spotless.

Rooms are clean & very comfortable with kettle, coffee and tea provided.

but didn't bother us too much as long as we could get clean!

Our rooms were kept in an immaculate condition by the cleaning staff and were serviced everyday.

I can honestly say this is the friendliest and cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.

The restaurant staff were lovely and hard working, friendly and chatty.

We’ve just returned from a week at the Bitzaro Grande hotel in Zante and it has been amazing, the rooms are lovely,’cleaned to a high standard everyday, the food was really good,‘lots of choices for breakfast lunch and dinner in the main restaurant and ALL the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Our TUI rep was there to answer questions if needed almost every day and reception staff were ultra efficient and friendly.

They are so friendly and are willing to help straight away.

The staff are extremely friendly and work relentlessly to ensure everything is how you would want it to be.

The staff at this hotel are all exceptional and so so friendly - especially Kostas, Argyris and Christina!

The kitchen staff, reception staff and waiters work extremely hard and are very friendly.

We ate out a few times at the pantheon on the 'strip' 5 mins from the hotel and ira 10/10 for authentic Greek food and incredible service. We also spend a lot of evenings in oasis cocktail bar for some really amazing cocktails and they're not expensive at all (between 6-8 euro a drink!)

They are all over people on the sunbeds, around food and drinks etc. Entertainment.

One coffee machine for a whole restaurant and when it broke they did nt swap it out or fix it.

Food in the main restaurant and at the snack bar was very good.
