 - Tiny lift to the fourth floor which rarely worked as someone always left the door on another floor open.
 - My partner was in the bathroom and the lady in the room next door spoke to her partner and we thought they were speaking to us. .
 - I was missed one day and we were blame for it as apparently the door sign said do not disturb
 - Our shower was tiny so we felt very claustrophobic and it leaked all over the floor into the bedroom and outside the door so was very dangerous.
 - Our older two each had their own single bed in their own shared room (no door,

 - The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet and unobtrusive, and most tourist destinations, including colosseo, pyramide, baths of Caracalla, are within ten minutes walking distance.
 - Having parking on site was great for us, and the quiet residential neighborhood it's in made for a fairly quiet and relaxing sleep. Recommended.
 - So charming and in a quiet neighborhood.
 - We loved the location of the hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood with tree lined streets and old houses, a fifteen minute walk from the Colosseo.

 - The staff were very friendly and professional, and the housekeeping staff deserve particular praise as they did an excellent job cleaning the rooms every day while somehow managing to remain completely unobtrusive.
 - Beautiful hotel, excellent friendly service and in a great location.
 - As we came out of the airport it was just great to see a really friendly face holding a block with our name on.
 - Clean and comfortable with friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you.
 - Beds are comfortable, rooms clean, decent breakfast and friendly multi-lingual service.

 - We walked to the hotel from there with our luggage without any difficulty.
 - We were greeted with the glass of juice and a bellman carried our bags to the room.
 - I don't think they should be selling this room at all - just seems greedy - maybe they could use it to store boxes or something.
 - Upon arrival we were each served a flute glass of quality fruit juice on a platter and our bags were gently taken up the easily accessible elevator to our second floor room, which would be considered fourth floor in the United States.

 - you hear next door guest having sex, the water in the pipes all night.
 - I had to open the door in the night let some air in.
 - though again the Jacuzzi shower enclosure is showing its age. Fantastic aircon which also helped muffle noise from next door (who dries their hair at midnight??)
 - When he was leaving realised the door handle was broke so could lock our room and then surprise surprise air con broke again and the safe didn't work.
 - The door opened into a hall area with the bathroom on the left side.

 - The hotel is located right on the heart of the Avventino hill in Rome, very close to the city's most famaous attraction, the collosseum.
 - The hotel is located on Aventino hill, in a peaceful and elegant residential area close to the Colosseum.
 - We had booked our stay at the Hotel San Anselmo, one block further up the hill and the hotel to which we now return every year,
 - The hotel was situated on a hill, walking distance from the Piramide and Circo Massimo metro stations. As we enjoy walking on our holidays, we walked to most tourist attractions (Forum Romanum, Colosseum, etc.)
 - Take a 10 minute walk down the hill to Perilli's for some carbonara.

 - We didn’t need a ride to the airport so I can’t comment on the shuttle service or the parking.
 - The hotel has a very equipped gym and has a shuttle service to the city center, it is paid.
 - The hotel does offer a shuttle service into town at 12 euros return
 - They also run a very convenient shuttle service from the hotel to the centre of Rome and back.
 - The do have a shuttle service to the airport,

 - Being a loyal Bonvoy member and travelling often in the US and international, this hotel is simply convenient because of the proximity to the airport (7 mile down the freeway).
 - Chose this location due to the proximity to the airport.
 - It's near the airport, so to a transit hotel it's ok. Not recomended.
 - My second stay in this huge hotel near the airport.
 - This is my third time in this Hotel is so close of the airport and the city.

 - Great location for airport transit hotel with a dependable airport shuttle service on our way from Dubai to Tel Aviv.. Staff was very accommodating, and the room was classic, old-school Italian style, ditto the wait staff, who were absolutely great.
 - It had a shuttle to the airport and a shuttle into downtown Rome which was also important.
 - I chose this hotel after calling from the US to make sure they had an airport shuttle.
 - The airport shuttle was very easy to find and extremely convenient.
 - It also has a shuttle from the airport.

 - Not free night credits.
 - Otherwise you will be charged removed for loger than 15 seconds and automatically charged to your room account.
 - Have to have a Europe converter and a multiplug adapter if you want to charge multiple items.
 - When you want to charge the shuttle on your room, an additional charge!
 - Also, we took the shuttle into the city and it took almost 50 minutes with traffic to get back to the hotel and there is a charge of 6 euro each way, fyi.

 - Instead of the abrupt ridiculous rates from the Hilton Garden Inn, we found a much nicer room at a really friendly rate even there is about 10-15 minus drive to terminal.
 - The staff was friendly and professional.
 - Every staff member was friendly and helpful.
 - The staff were very friendly and very helpful--we had a VERY early flight and they packed a great breakfast for us to take with us!
 - but not over friendly ( bar staff were most relaxed and friendly in my experience this trip), check in minimal but ok with breakfast included in the room rate booked.

 - This hotel is in what I would call the "suburbs" of Rome so don't expect to walk anywhere.
 - I spent half an hour on the phone, making my reservation with a gift voucher, when I checked out somebody deleted my reservation and the people at the reception have no idea of customer experience.
 - We then went back to our room and turned on the tv to find no movie offerings and then tried to order room service at 9pm and no one answers the room service or front desk phones after several attempts!
 - At first it seemed odd, not ever having to feel "racially profiled".. Then as a french idiom says.. "You have to call a cat "a cat".. After the first hesitant denials of my asking for a simple phone charger as i'd forgotten mine at home.
 - I have no more time for calling the police.

 - Hotel location is just off the highway up on a hill, and away from a lot of the typical traffic in Rome which makes it good for a quick in and out of town hotel without getting stuck in traffic.
 - The hotel is 10mins away from the airport and on top of a hill with sweeping views of the greenery.
 - Real downside of the hotel is the location: set on a hill top just along the GRA and close to FCO airport.
 - I liked the balcony with view to the hills of Rome: the hotel is located on the top of a hill, so you have a nice view from there.
 - Even to go to the nearest pizza place or convenience store you have to jump in a cab (OK you could walk it down hill and back up again
