 - Portrait Roma is a 14 room townhouse situated above the Ferragamo mens’ flagship in the heart of Rome‘s shopping district where Via dei Condotti meets Via Bocca die Leone.
 - Besides the incredible location on Via Condotti, 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps, this is truly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.
 - The Roma property is wonderfully located atop the Ferragamo store on Vie Condotti.

 - We also got to explore the hotel, which is owned by the illustrious Ferragamo family, and the top-notch style of the hotel reflects their influence.
 - Fashionable hotel with just a handful of rooms that is only a few blocks away from the Spanish steps.
 - The rooms are extra quiet, large, well equipped and cozy.
 - We are regular visitors to Rome always staying at the old grand hotels (Hassler, Eden etc) due to a lack of interesting boutique style hotels.
 - Our room was impeccably designed and comfortable.

 - The only downside, one had to pay extra for wanting an Omelette or Fried egg.
 - Speaking of breakfast, which was included in my booking, she refused to let me eat when I came early on the day of the reservation and said I would have to pay, while the next day is included.
 - Price: We paid approx $400 for 2 nights not including the automatic €6 euros that is charged per person per night.
