We couldn't get enough of the freshly baked pistachio croissants for breakfast each morning.

Hotel Pendini is centrally located and allowed for shopping, dining and museum visits within a very short walking distance.

Hotel Pendini is located in the heart of Florence with walking distance to every attraction in the city.

The property was in an amazing location, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

This is a class hotel and location is perfect place to stay.

It has the intimacy of a well-run, beautifully appointed and perfectly located get away.

The location was great - almost equidistant between  Il Duomo and the Uffizi.

Location is in the middle of everything, easy to walk to all the museums and churches.

It rooms are spotless and the hotel is centrally located.

There could be nothing better than the location of this hotel.

It can get a bit loud at night time, and slightly slow Wi-Fi.

One of the restaurants on the square plays loud live rock music until 2am every night!!

If you're a sensitive sleeper, you may have issues with staying in a room facing the arch or plaza, as there is loud music nightly until 2am.

However we had to hear loud music every night ( until the early hours) from another building despite being in a corner room on the 3rd floor.

The only thing to note is if you are facing the square the restaurant below plays music past midnight in the summer so it was loud.

Only challenge was a couple of our nights there was a loud celebration/band in the square which was difficult to sleep through.

but there is very loud music blasting nightly.

The only complaint I have is that our room was facing the square and there was live music at one of the restaurants in the square that was pretty loud until around 12 midnight.

It was a bit noisy at night when music is playing in bars down below

but the room was great except for the very loud music from the square below that kept us awake until after midnight

The downside was that it could be very noisy particularly in the evenings when a bar restaurant blasted loud music and singing until 1 AM in the morning.

One small downside is that it was next to a large public square with outdoor musicians that play until midnight so can be loud at night.

The only downside was that the rooms don’t have enough noise insulation so when there are parties or loud people in the town square, it’s impossible to sleep.

Just be aware that they play music in the Piazza until after midnight.

but because of loud music from a nearby cafe, we moved to a smaller inside room that was completely quiet.

The only negative was that our room faced the plaza and there was loud music playing until about 1 am almost every night of our 5 nights there.

but it got loud at night, as nearby students, etc.

It seems to be more of a bed and breakfast rather than 

Rooms 403, 404, and 405 all face the busy square, which has loud activity until late in the morning.

The evening singer next door was a bit loud until midnight each evening (and the same songs nightly).

They were buzzing around and biting resulting in very poor quality sleep.

Loved the little staircase up to our rooms.

From the service to the quality of the room - we shared two rooms - it was faultless.

Apparently we received an upgrade from the room class we had booked, and it was lovely!

Our stay was excellent the rooms were of the best quality and placement for a nice veiw of the city

Every morning we were greeted by the friendly staff.

The staff are very axcomodationg and friendly.

Your staff were most friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and gentle with us in all sennses.

The people I encountered at the front desk weren’t very friendly, and my bathroom overwhelmingly smelt like ammonia.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and professional.

Breakfast included had everything you could want and the staff were excellent.

We would rate Hotel Pendini the top hotel for several reasons:  location, price, accommodating staff, easy access, local knowledge for restaurants and activities, quality of the accommodations, quiet setting away from the noise of the plaza.

Hotel staff all very professional and helpful and made our stay so lovely.

We stayed in an understated, off site, apartment just across the piazza from the main hotel to “Live like the Romans do!” We still received full support from the staff, access to the rooftop terrace at our leisure, bar service, housekeeping, etc.

The hotel is in a wonderful position, a walk away from all of the main sights, and a stone’s throw from a perfect neighbourhood bar (Il Baretto I’m looking at you) and Carbonara to die for (Hello, Osteria da Fortunata).

Charming boutique hotel with near by market, cafes , restaurants , shopping and bars.

The views from the roof top bar were outstanding.

The Campo itself has loads of great restaurants and bars and the little bar opposite the hotel is perfect for a breakfast start (lovely staff, good service and great coffee).

And don't forget the rooftop bar - beautiful.

We received full guidance on the area, the nearby attractions, recommended restaurants and bars, etc.

There is a fantastic rooftop balcony with bar service, and the front desk staff were always so happy and helpful.

There is a great little natural wine bar called L’angolo Divino just across from the hotel that I had planned on visiting, so was a lovely surprise to see it was practically next to the hotel!

The nightlife in the area was electric with the World Cup matches been shown on big screens in all the bars.

You don't have to wander very far to find some very high end restaurants and excellent bars.

The Rooftop Terrace was outstanding from morning to bedtime, including bar service.

It’s absolutely charming from the ivy covered building to the fabulous decor.

Our brother stayed in the romanticized, brightly colored, intentionally designed primary hotel building and it was worth visiting their room just for the decor.

but with an old world ambiance that we enjoyed.

The rooms are decorated in unique Roman style with crisp linen, comfy beds and a generous amount of pillows, air-conditioned and sound-proofed.

Also go to Castel St. Angelo right next to Vatican, it has a great art exhibit with a portion dedicated to the story of Bruno and Campo di Fiori.

The room was charming,  beautifully decorated and very clean.

The room was very comfortable, in fact, the beds were the most cozy beds that we experienced while traveling to different cities in Italy.

The hotel is so intimate and the customer service “went above and beyond”.

This is a lovely older hotel, tastefully updated, and spotless.

Aside from beautiful interiors and lovely exterior, the central position made it perfect for walking to almost all the historical sites.

The hotel is very classic, clean and beautiful it is central to explore the beauty and delights  that Rome has to offer.

So clean that I found myself looking for a spot of dust anywhere, the hallways, elevator, stairways, because I just couldn’t get over it.

even though it was next to the lift you would have never known.

Slight trepidation on arrival at being allocated a room by the first floor lift (number 104)

Lift in the building was so small that it barely fits only two person or one person with 2-3 bags.

If the hotel is fully booked we take a suite in one of the annex apartments associated with the hotel (note: no elevators in these building).

The building is date back to the 1600's so there are no elevators.

Yes, our 6th floor room was small and the tiny elevator only goes as high as the 5th floor so you need to use the stairs to reach your destination.

Rooms and common spaces are small, elevators and hallways microscopic.

Booked the apartment, which was unfortunately on the top floor with no elevator.

but like most elevators there they are small and hold about 3 people.

We only were aware of signage in the elevator stating that the upper terrace would be unavailable due to the work.

Our room was right outside the elevator on the 5th floor, even with that we never heard it open or people talking, extremely quiet.

You have to walk through the square to get to the apartments, and once there note that there are not any elevators (again not a problem, just be aware).

Hotel has an elevator up to floor 5, so to get to the terrace it's just one flight of stairs.

The primary downside is the currently, the elevator does not work.

The hotel has a great location: near Campo di Fiori, 5 mins from Trastavere, lots & lots of restaurants, 10 mins to the Trevi Fountain, etc.

The location is excellent for walking  and other access to all major destinations within the city - 10 minute walk to the Pantheon, 18 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes to Trastevere etc.

The hotel is no more than a 20 minutes stroll from the main attractions of the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the Pantheon.

The Pantheon and the Trevi fountain were just a short walk away.

They suggested multiple areas to visit in Rome and Florence (amazing Florentine steak and sparkling fountain) which we did all of them, and also suggested one of the best Gelato in Rome (which we agree too!!!

We had to Rome a few times and we especially liked the area around the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navano and Trestevere.

From here we walked to the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, Vatican, Trastevere, Jewish Ghetto and even walked back from the Colosseum.

I was traveling alone and had safe, easy short walks to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Trastevere and Jewish Ghetto and so much more.

You are within walking distance to all the sights of Rome & you are surrounded by trendy restaurants & shopping  in the area & 2 mins from Piazza Navona & about a 10-15 min walk to piazza di Spagna & the Trevi Fountain.

It is walkable to so many sites including the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and Trastevere neighborhood.

Stayed here for 1 night post cruise before flying home, the hotel is in an amazing location right next to the market, short walk to Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain.

They were very accommodating, this is the perfect location just a walk to Piazza Navona, Trevi fountain and the Pantheon, not too far at all.

The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around to all sites on foot (15 minute walk to Vatican, 25!minutes to Colosseum, 5 minutes to Pantheon, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain).

Very close to the river, Trevi fountain, and many other places that are within walking distance.

Walk to the Rotunda, Forum,  Trevi Fountain and other sites.

On the bright side the hotel is right next to all the restaurants and 15 min walk to Trevi fountain and 20 min walk to the Vatican.

We walked everywhere from the hotel, the Colosseum, Vatican City, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trastevere.

We managed to visit many of the major sites (including the Colosseum/Forum, Vatican/Sistine Chapel, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps) and numerous neighbourhoods all on foot.

Best thing going for this hotel is its location.

Hotel is in a great location right around the corner from the Campo de Fiori marketplace which is bustling daily with flowers, fruit and vegetables, souvenirs and more…also great for walking or taxi ride to most major sights.

Everyone who works here is fabulous, they helped us via email to secure dinner reservations, and during our stay went out of their way to make sure we knew where we were going, ready to offer suggestions, make arrangements for us and frankly just being friendly, courteous and kind!

The staff was very friendly spoke English and gave excellent suggestions on tours and meals.

There is a wonderful market right around the corner, and excellent restaurant options within short walking distance.

Every recommendation for food and activities was perfect.

Very close to a small market, shops and restaurants.

Go visit Trastevere (10 minute walk) to see the neighborhood, churches and restaurants.

We were overjoyed to be back at this amazing hotel, which has a wonderful location, a ton of shops and restaurants close by, and a hip attitude.

They also recommended great places to eat in the area.

The location is footsteps away from a cafe and two restaurants that serve excellent food.

The next day we walked to Travesterre where they make the real deal Italian food!
