 - The hotel has a small lobby and elevator,
 - While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.
 - It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.
 - The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.
 - There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

 - The hotel was greatly situated and only five mins walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, so was actually in a better location than the other hotel we had booked.
 - Location: literally minutes to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps!!
 - A five minute walk to either the Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps.
 - On exiting the hotel, spanish steps is to the right, trevi fountain and the pantheon to the left, and plenty of bars and restraunts to chose from!

 - LOCATION : Perfectly located, extremely close to the Spagna Metro station & Spanish Steps and, right opposite the Rinascente Department Store, the hotel is in the heart of all the great places of see, and surround by some of the best restaurants.
 - Very close to many beautiful places in Rome center- Spanish steps, fontana di Trevi and so on. .

 - Well didn't start well, first room two doubles one single en rout to open bathroom area not suitable, next room two singles (one put you up) and one double, third room perfect as it looked like the photos!
 - They don’t even have a lobby so as I waited for my room I stayed in the breakfast area.
 - There is no lobby area in the hotel,
 - The other thing which was annoying was that the small coffee area with kettle didn't seem to be topped up each day and we had to keep asking for coffee and milk only to be told that we were allocated two milk sachets per room per day . .
 - Small breakfast area and small

 - The only downside, one had to pay extra for wanting an Omelette or Fried egg.
 - Speaking of breakfast, which was included in my booking, she refused to let me eat when I came early on the day of the reservation and said I would have to pay, while the next day is included.
 - Price: We paid approx $400 for 2 nights not including the automatic €6 euros that is charged per person per night.
 - Pricing around $200 usd a night.
 - Never waited for more than 5 minutes for a taxi and all cost under 10 euros to get to the Colosseum and the Vatican.

 - Any longer I would have upgraded to have a bath,
 - Very worn decor, very dusty especially around light fittings etc and rooms noisy due to no double glazing and for some reason only luke warm showers available in the evening
 - but it was nothing like the photos, the shower was large with jets, but the toilet was constantly running water, so I reported it to the receptionist but it wasn't really fixed it still did this intermittently, which made it hard to sleep.
 - Husband found rubbish in the bin In The bathroom,
 - Room is ok ,but the Bed is like you sleeping on floor very hard pillows same .Breakfast poor, they have Gym for 10€ to use the gym.Staff they don't even smile they don't even provide nothing at room besides bed and shower .will not go back again.

 - Stayed here for 3 nights, so let’s get the bad out of the way, as all other reviews have stated the “superior” rooms are most definitely not!!

 - On arrival we were shown to our superior room.
 - The room also contained a chair and desk.
 - However, the ensuite was not in the best condition, a bit smelly, the shower and toilet seat both needed maintenance - this was reported.

 - We had a drink on the hotel bar which was nice with good music and a relaxed atmosphere.
 - The hotel bar is pretty much the same prices as in town (beer €6) and the breakfast is perfectly adequate, with a nice selection of teas.
 - Has a bar with typical hotel bar prices.

 - I think they need the boiler on a few hours longer lol, now the noise couldn’t be helped and to be fair not to big a problem,
 - but it was nothing like the photos, the shower was large with jets, but the toilet was constantly running water, so I reported it to the receptionist but it wasn't really fixed it still did this intermittently, which made it hard to sleep.
 - I find the showers in Europe a little confusing and on my first try got hit with cold jets of water!
 - Poor room acoustic, peeled off wall covering, clogged wash sink waste pipe, completely loosen WC lid and constant sound of running water was commented by most, likely due to leaking pipes into the wall.
 - This odd shaped room also lets you know when other people have used water.
