The daily breakfast was made to order along with a beautiful tiered selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries brought to your table.

The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

The hotel served breakfast every morning that is absolutely delicious.

We walked to everything:  the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Via Condotti for shopping.

The location is perfect …   a 1 :60 walk to the metro and within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, shopping on Via Condotti and numerous restaurants.

Perhaps best of all, Barocco is a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the shopping delights of Via Sistina, Via Condotti and Via Corso.

Great location--short distance from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and Via Veneto.

The location is excellent close to Rome's artery Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the up market shops of Via dei Condotti.

So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

Hotel is centrally located in Piazza Bernini-close and easy walking to all the sights and shopping and restaurants are everywhere.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

All you need is available on or around Barberini square where the hotel is located also i.e.

Location of the hotel made it very easy to get around.

Our room was very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the location is fantastic.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

Delightful stay - the breakfast was lovely, the staff were warm and welcoming, service was outstanding, hotel is clean and the rooms are neat.

Breakfast area was clean and comfortable and the staff there were very pleasant.

The breakfast was really good with lots of selection and really good fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino.

Also, really lovely breakfast and service which helped us to fuel up and start our day, the location was just perfect.

but the hotel was clean, comfortable, breakfast (optional) filled a hole and service was great.

While the hotel's elevator was broken, they helped us bring our bags to our rooms and compensated us with free breakfast, which was very delicious.

The hotel is centrally located (a few blocks from the Colosseum) and is really lovely.

but it is in a fantastic location, 10 minutes walk from termini station and approx 15 minutes walk to the colosseum.

Easy walking distance to all main location, Colosseum, trevi fountain & spanish steps.

We chose the Raffaello because it is close to Termini station and also the archeological sites. In truth, we walked to all the locations we visited (Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Vatican, Parthenon, etc.)

The hotel is located blocks from the Termini train station and blocks from the Colosseum.

For starters, this hotel is within walking distance of so many attractions including the Colosseum, Santa Maria Majore Church and San Piedro Nicolo.

I was able to visit the Colosseum and the Vatican city and commute using just the buses 81 and 64.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Cavour, Republica, and Termini metro stations, and less than a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and surrounding ruins.

My ten year old son and I had a great stay at Hotel Raffaelo is ideally located within easy walking distance from the Colosseum, the Forum, Trevi Fountain and Rome's central station.

The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable.

Within comfortable walking distance to multiple bus stops and convenience stores.

The room with comfortable beds, great a/c, cheerful staff that were always helpful.

The hotel is quiet, clean, very comfortable, and feels safe.

Three of us had single rooms, and while they were small, they were very comfortable.

We all agreed that this hotel offered one of the comfiest beds ever in our travels.

Very comfortable room and we had a newly renovated bathroom which was very modern.

All in all we had a pleasant & comfortable stay here, the fact the lifts weren’t working and there was some banging going on during the day didn’t bother us as we were only on the 1st floor with just hand luggage and the banging didn’t last long at all.
