 - Lovely modern hotel.
 - The room, 601, was perfect, very big, modern bed, bathroom.
 - Friendly staff, good location, fresh and modern contemporary look, good breakfast, excellent room. One feedback would be that bathroom may have some moulds at the bottom door (or not),but rest assured this hotel is fantastic value for money.

 - One warning and one complaint - the warning is that the elevator is VERY VERY TINY.
 - The room 207 was on the second floor and there is a lift if needed, our was situated overlooking a street and for us we heard very little traffic noise so that was a bonus.
 - Only downside is the lift is quite small.
 - Thankful for the elevator and AC!
 - The lift is a little 'cosy'

 - The location was fairly central to our needs of visiting the attractions and historical sites in Rome.
 - but still very close (walking distance) to most of the attractions.
 - The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Vatican, and all other attractions can be easily reached on foot.
 - The location was ideal for us because we liked to walk and we were fairly close to some major attractions.
 - Location is perfect in an artsy district away from the tourist destinations yet all attractions are walkable.

 - For example- we booked a tour of the Colosseum and Forum and the tour agent picked us up at the hotel and dropped us at the Colosseum.
 - We were picked up at the hotel for our scheduled tours and it was a very short drive to the other side of the Tiber river to visit the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Forum, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain and Caesar's Palace.

 - (unfortunately the AC Boscolo is no longer there) We were eager to try a different Marriott & used an upgrade to a corner room for the stay.
 - though seem to have paper thin walls, and there is no AC.
 - The hotel itself is very ordinary; rooms are tiny and poorly ventilated.
 - - housekeeping need careful check on hairs left by previous customers - smoke sensors blinking truly too strongly (because the sensor wasn’t covered by its mask) and annoying at night In general we didn’t feel treated as special guest
 - Only uncomfortable thing was the heater that was fixed and couldn’t be adjusted, had to sleep with the window open a bit.

 - It is located between the Vatican and the Pantheon/Roman Steps/Trevi sights.
 - All in all, this is maybe not your dream historic Roman hotel,
 - Great location of the hotel - makes it easy to access many of Roman hallmarks.
 - Great location, in between The Vatican and City Center, all Roman sites a nice walk or short taxi/Uber away.

 - The hotel has been renovated since my last visit and it can be seen everywhere, the rooms are beautiful, modern and perfectly functional.
 - My room was comfortable, stylish, modern and very clean.
 - Modern, great breakfast, the best dinner( best grilled salmon, breaded veal , crema Catalana limoncello from Capri that I’ve ever had) the Maitre d’ brought us samples of bruschetta and biscotti with roasted pecans.
 - The decor is modern with awesome wifi in rooms and lobby.

 - Location is about a 15/20 walk from spanish steps/Trevi Fountain etc.
 - There are restaurants, Castle Sant Angelo, Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Via Condetti, Spanish Steps, Cinema, Italian Supreme Court within walking distance.
 - Also, hotel has a great location with walking distance to all the major sites, such as Spanish steps and Vatican.
 - Nice hotel, very good service, and within a 20 min safe walk to the vatican, casttel st angelo, spanish steps, Pantheon, etc.
 - The hotel is well located to walk to the area of the Vatican or across the Tiber to the Spanish Steps and other well known locations.

 - We also loved the cozy and comfortable bar/lounge area.
 - I had a king size bed, very comfortable, the shower was good, medium counter space, the light hanging in the room is in the wrong spot as I kept bumping my head on it.
 - however, here they are: 1) Beds are comfy.
 - I love Le Meridien's Malin & Goetz bath products and comfy beds and towels.
 - The room was well appointed and with comfortable bed.

 - 5) Shower door did not close completely.
 - House-keeping slams doors all day & night as they clean, the people above us kept dragging the desk chair all over the floor in the middle of the night while stomping back and forth, and our room smelled like sewage.
 - Twice someone knocked on our door as we were resting and once they tried entered to bring complimentary water.
 - Since the bathroom door is frosted glass, thus it's too bright to sleep with the light on.
 - You have to push the door to get in, not turn the doorknob.

 - The hotel is within a walking distance of the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini, Rome main train station.
 - It’s a short walk from the termini station and near the colosseum with a tube station literally two doors down.
 - The hotel was perfectly located for us, close to the Colosseum area,
 - although is a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum of you choose to go on foot.
 - It is located conveniently, very close to a subway station & it is within walking distance of the Colosseum.

 - I really cannot emphasiste just how small this shower is, which is not conducive to cleaning off the sweat and grime from a day of exploring in a 30degree Celsius Rome.
 - Acceptable breakfst buffet, tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms, very tiny shower.
 - The shower was tiny and the water would fluctuate between cold and hot for some reason.
 - Very small ones in the bathroom (you can see them on the white floor) and big ones in the room (more difficult to see on the blue carpet).
 - Bedrooms and bathrooms may be a bit small.

 - We have booked a room for 4 persons (family) and it was very comfortable .
 - Everything was clean and bed very comfortable.
 - There is a large lounge area which is tastefully decorated and has high comfortable chairs, it is well spaced out, and nice to sit in and relax during the evening with a coffee or a drink.
 - The rooms were standard size for Rome and were confortable and clean.
 - Genuinely friendly and helpful staff, well equipped comfortable rooms and a cornucopia of choice from the buffet breakfast.

 - The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station,
 - The metro station is just outside the hotel. 4.

 - The dirt from the carpets caused an asthma attack that forced me to leave the hotel.
 - And as returning guests they rolled out the red carpet for us.
 - Very small ones in the bathroom (you can see them on the white floor) and big ones in the room (more difficult to see on the blue carpet).
 - On the downer side, the shower and TV were a bit small, the carpet showed wear and the bar didn't have a TV to show soccer or local news.
 - Interior hallways feel quite tired - carpets are seriously dirty and worn.
