Extremely convenient to all the things we wanted to see by either walking or taking the metro.

Spanish steps, Colliseum and Trevi Fountain can all be reached within 20 mins walk (metro is about 5 mins too).

The location is perfect, within walking distance to Termini, and the orange and blue metro lines.

Located just 3 mins from bus stops, 5-8mins from 2 metro stations, it gave us plenty of options to getting around to all the main sites in Rome.

Just 6-7 minutes walking to Roma Termini Station and 2-3 minutes to Metro Station and Bus Stop.

Located a walking distance from most of the great sites to visit in Rome, 5 minutes walk from the metro station and one block from Via Nazionale makes it a winner.

They had metro tickets for the same price as at the metro station.

It's very accessible also for the hop on hop off bus which we used as a method of transport for the 3 days.

It’s situated next to the opera house & walking distance to everything ( except the Vatican which is 5 stops on the nearby metro).

The rooms and hotel were amazingly well appointed and clean.

The room was really clean and had everything you could need.

However, the first day the bathtub drain was broken, which required multiple calls to the front desk and delayed sleep at night, and it still wasn’t fixed when we left.

In the end we requested to be put in another room because they were unable to fix it.

Our AC was not working and they immediately sent over the maintenance crew; when it was not able to be fixed they moved us to another room without hesitation or issue.

Our room had a small problem with the bath plug which was fixed very promptly.

there are still a lot to fix in order to be more than average.

The drain in our bathtub was not working well the first day, we called about it then went out for dinner, came back and it was fixed.

It's location is excellent close to Termini Station and short ride and decent walk to the attractions.

It's in a great location which makes getting around Rome easy.

The location opposite the opera house was very pleasant and we found the main sights easy to walk to from the hotel.

The hotel is located in the Opera house region of the city and it’s many restaurants and local wine bars are a pleasure to visit in the evenings.

Great location - my husband and I walked everywhere.

My only gripe was the poor selection of English channels on the TV, I would advise to take your own entertainment like an iPad or laptop to watch your films, as you’ll have no luck with the tv if you’re from the UK.

The front desk team was kind enough to get us a reservation at a restaurant close by when we were unable to secure one with our poor Italian language skills.

The only problem is that the sound isolation between floors is very poor so there is pretty constant banging during the times that people are moving about.

The scrambled eggs and fried were cold and the hot range poor.

Wifi is included and works well-enough (be prepared for poor wifi at all locations that offer wifi; Rome is just a little behind the times when it comes to internet, in general).

The hotels location was excellent as we walked to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and the villa Borghese.

I'm a runner and was able to plan a route to Villa Borghese park.

We walked everywhere from the hotel - fontana di trevi, piazza di spagna, collosseo, vatican, piazza navona, pantheon and villa borghese!

The location was so close to Termini, and a pleasant walk to everywhere we went to.

The hotel is located in the city center, within max 15 min walk from all important seesights, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, you name it.

Location wise- it is less than ten minutes walk to Roma Termini and can easily get to various historical sites and restaurants by foot within 20 minutes.

but we walked to every single major monument from the restaurant in usualy 10-20 minutes maximum.

The hotel is located perfectly with walk distance to different piazzas and great resturants, absolutely recommend even if your only staying for one night.

We had jet leg, it was nice for us to take a nap for a few hours, then we walked to trevi fountain.

This hotel is a short walk from the train station and is a 10-15 minute walk or ride to the main attractions in Rome.

This is a nicely appointed hotel convenient to Termini train station and walking distance to most attractions.

but most major city attractions are only a 20 or so minute walk from the hotel.

Most attractions like the colosseum and the Trevi Fountain can be reached in 20mins walks from the hotel.

.the rooms are very big and modern, if you want to be close to the Termini and close to a lot of the mayor tourist attractions, you can stay here.

Location is great, only 2 minutes walk to Roma Termini station, and very close by foot, car and train to all attractions.

Tickets for attractions were able to be purchased through hotel reception which made things so easy.

UNA Hotel Roma is a modern hotel just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini (the central train station) and the stops for  sightseeing (Hop on, hop off) busses that take you to the many attractions in Rome.

but also within what we consider walking distance to some of the main attractions.

however on the days you visit attractions, it is a reasonable walk to the Coliseum  and we even went walked to Trevi Fountains, Spanish steps etc.

If you are looking to jump on the metros to see Rome - this is a GREAT location for you.

Very central location: 2 min walk to the metro, 4 min to the main railway station and 10 min to a nice area with many restaurants and bars.

This hotel is located a very short walk from the train station so it's easy to get to either from a bus or coach from the airport or direct from/to the train station.

Location - a few minutes on foot from the main train station, metro station and bus terminus (all at Termini).

The hotel is a quick walk from the Termini station and the metro so getting in and out was fantastic!

We took the airport bus from the airport and arrived at the hotel at around 9am.

but it is really easy to get the metro( 5 mins from Hotel and super cheap).

It is very close to the train and bus terminus and is of a very high standard yet very competitively priced.

The hotel is an easy bus journey from the airport to Terminee Station and a short walk from there, the rooms spacious and clean, with a great shower, which was used often after hot days of sightseeing, breakfast is a buffet which had plenty of choice.

The wifi, while “free” was poor and cut out regularly.

I have only one negative thing to say: Internet was poor, difficult to understand how to log in and only 1,5 Mbit down and 2,5 up.

This actually suited me as being short with poor knees the bath was harder to get in and out of

I was disappointed by this hotel, all in all, because of its lobby (poor design and down right ugly furniture) and the mediocre breakfast.

Minus is the breakfast: a bit poor for this excellent hotel.

but poor location and rooms were too small.

Some downsides include poor sound proofing; had to deal with elephants in the room upstairs for two nights.

The loading was poor and at times the connection simply disappeared.

When we called, the poor girl didn't seem to know what to do other than give us towels.

Service at the front desk was ranged from okay to poor.

We complained about the poor food and the manager, to his credit, took my wife’s dish off the bill and then discounted the rest of it by 15%.

Complete and good quality breakfast, the wifi is additional and is very poor and for only one device.

Rooms are poor and very very small for standard size.

After a poor experience at a different Rome hotel earlier in our holiday, the front desk staff at UNA were very professional.

The restaurant hotel policy is unacceptable and shameful for visitors to be forbidden to drink their morning coffee by smoking outside the entrance of the hotel, as well as not to be allowed to take breakfast in a package or in the room,

but I did notice that the eggs were getting a bit low.

The worst thing was that the boiler was out of order during my stay and we got no notice about this.

Only negative (and it’s actually more of a warning than a negative) is the bathtub/shower combination.

But maybe that was our ignorance - Just a little warning.

If you squint you may see a UNA sign if you're lucky.

arrived home to find that they had charged my card the $200. Warning.

When we called, they said our no disturb sign was out.

but they charged me higher rate (30 euro/night higher) without giving me any warning.

but my partner and I put the do not disturb sign on our door as we didn't want anyone coming in but they STILL came in TWICE and we had personal stuff out which annoyed us.

although I had left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, housekeeping had been in my room!

The only negative i did have was that the cleaners seemed to ignore the 'Do not disturb' sign on our door twice,

but there’s a problem in the bathrooms with ventilation/cooling as there are signs of black mold everywhere.

though hotel was 1 block away had difficulty finding it due to small signage on wall beside lobby -a sign that overhangs the walkway would have solved the problem.

The bathroom was starting to show signs of wear and tear,

And when staying at Una, you do not "feel" that you are in Rome: no pictures, no visual signs, no atmosphere: when in the hotel or in your room, you could be wherever in the world.

Be forewarned: the car return is on the 7th floor of a car garage, with a tiny sign that is nearly impossible to find!

although some of them show signs of time.

I challenged them and they claimed to have sent us 2 emails warning of the impending cancellation.

The hotel is located very close to the Rome railway station and we can walk in less than a minute.

If you are keen of walking and roam around.

Hotel is in a perfect location very quick walk to the train/metro station, even with cases it was an easy walk.

The hotel is just blocks from Baths of Diocletian, National Museum  and Piazza Republica and nice walking neighborhoods.

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main train station so great for the airport run.

The location is super convenient - a 5 minute walk from the termini and close to a host of restaurants.

The Deco is brilliantly located for transport as it’s only a couple of minutes’ walk from Stazione Termini.

I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night.
