The daily breakfast was made to order along with a beautiful tiered selection of meats, cheeses, fruit and pastries brought to your table.

The bar is nice and the breakfast very good.

The hotel served breakfast every morning that is absolutely delicious.

Breakfast is good and the staff took notice of our orders and preference.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

Hotel is centrally located in Piazza Bernini-close and easy walking to all the sights and shopping and restaurants are everywhere.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

but we stayed 4 nights and the room is so small it became quite oppressive.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

This charming hotel is in an excellent location just off Via Veneto and in close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens and Trevi fountain.

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, super clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was in a great location, clean and tidy with professional and helpful staff.The breakfast had a good selection and was fresh.

Our room was both clean and well presented, with a comfy bed, and shutters on the windows, to allow for a quiet night's sleep against the citys noise.

but clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast was delicious, bed was very comfortable and the hotel room was neat and spacious.

It was a bit noisy in our room as we were next to the lifts so could hear lift noise and people talking as they congregated near the lift.

The elevators were small and terrifying, so we opted for the stairs except when we were hauling luggage.

2) our room was situated with one side the linen room and the other side a lift so got noisy at night when guests used the lift.

Dark room on the 1st floor in front of the elevator in need of renovation.. Great disappointment for a romantic weekend.

The only downside was that one of the two lifts was out of action for part of the week.

The elevators are small and slow, so we often took the stairs.

A female employee who was working behind the desk followed him to the elevators and asked him if he was supposed to be there.

There are two elevators for guests to use, including an elevator that goes to the basement breakfast area.

The lift sounds like it is about to give up!

Only gripes - the elevator was decidedly rickety and toiletries and coffees weren’t replenished each day.

Our room was on the 2nd floor which is served by two lifts.

The elevator is very old, didn't feel comfortable in it.

The only reason this hotel isn’t a five star rating is the noise of the lift.

but we-ended up getting a small room right by an elevator and with no special reception for that detail.

Only a 5 minute walk from Spanish Steps and plenty to f nice restaurants and bars nearby.

We ate breakfast in their downstairs restaurant and liked the selection of food that was available on the breakfast buffet.

Lovely restaurant (Aurora) just a block away and was wonderful and service was spot on.

There is a small shop behind the hotel and the next street there is the Hard Rock Cafe.

There are several good restaurants in the vicinity if you don's want to o to the hotel restaurant.

Walked to dinner one night at Pizzaria San Marco (excellent - much more that just pizza) and had great gelato on the way back.

There is additionally a roof top bar and restaurant with a very attentive staff.
