 - 5) Shower door did not close completely.
 - House-keeping slams doors all day & night as they clean, the people above us kept dragging the desk chair all over the floor in the middle of the night while stomping back and forth, and our room smelled like sewage.
 - Twice someone knocked on our door as we were resting and once they tried entered to bring complimentary water.

 - We were so lucky with the weather and now know to only come before March 1st or after September to avoid the crowds. Also, highly recommend the car service they use as not much more expensive than a cab
 - Located across from Piazza Del Popolo it’s just away from the crowds
 - The rooms are a good retreat from the madding crowds of Rome
