This 7 nights all-inclusive stay was the best trip ever!

The All Inclusive Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun, absolutely fits into this category.

Hotel: Live Aqua Cancun: Ocean Front – Premium Room King Bed – all inclusive: 4.5 Stars!

The food is better than most all inclusive resorts and I have stayed at more than 20.

I would recommend several other all inclusive in the Cancun area,

Third night we went to MB which is their nicest of the all-inclusive restaurants.

Ala carte food was quit average for an all inclusive.

Live Aqua was an all inclusive and adult only resort.

The resort as a whole is everything you could want in an all inclusive resort.

There are too many all inclusive resorts that offer a higher quality across the board for any of these areas to be skimped on.

but this place does not feel like a typical all inclusive resort, more like a hotel with a very nice pool and beach.

This resort also charges for normal amenities and is far from all inclusive.

This was an awesome and fun all-inclusive adult only resort.

The 6 restaurant selection and outside grilling food court gave many delicious choices no matter what meal you were eating.

If you need a trusted taxi driver that will treat you like family ask for Max Martinez when requesting a taxi in the lobby he is amazing!

The food was delicious (I did get an upset tummy troubles into day 5 and 6 -

At check-in you’re met with the same kind of sales pitch at a lot of the resorts where they’ll dangle a promotion of discounts during excursions for a breakfast sponsored by the hotel to try to get you to buy-in on timeshares.

Dorcas in Siete was a friendly face each morning when we came down to breakfast.

The breakfast spread was unforgettable, a staggering array of over 50 options, all cooked very well.

Other mentions for Elam at the towel hut, Alfredo at Azur (great place for breakfast with a view!

The buffet breakfast was top quality as were the Azur and MB restaurants.

The chefs preparing the fresh morning omelettes were amazing!

We also liked the breakfast buffet area, which has a different atmosphere during the evening when it opens as an evening restaurant, lunchtime burger/hot dog stall, the crepe stall, and the grill one and went to the Ozur restaurant overlooking the beach area.

David at Siete, who started our mornings off always having everything we needed at breakfast and Nelci making the best omelettes and eggs around.

Montse that is the host for the breakfast buffet is extremely bright, kind, and attentive.

The restaurants were all unique with inviting and warm settings with delicious fares.

Breakfast was topped off by Marco the amazing smoothie man!

Oscar, Mauricio and Marco at breakfast every day was a wonderful way to start every day which was always magical.

The breakfast selection at the buffet is similar each day with little culinary variety.

After we were shown the hotel & room I thought it was new construction instead of over four decades old.

-so remember how I had the con for the construction next store?

They put us in a room next directly next to a construction zone.

We were initially placed on the right side of the hotel near the construction of the new RIU hotel which was very noisy, so the hotel was flexible and put us on the other side with an ocean view, making our 6th anniversary truly special.

I requested to change the room due to a lot of noise from constructions.

While there was construction next door, I didn’t hear it once.

Construction site next door was a major eye sore.

Imagine our shock on entering our garden view room after checking in , the whole view from the balcony is a construction site , not the type of garden view I had in mind when I booked !!

Cons: resort is older and needs some updates/maintenance, not many daily activities at the resort, location is not very private (noisy construction next door).

A large hotel is under construction next door, creating an intermittent noise problem for the next few months.

The daily construction noise was terrible and continued til 1 and sometime 2 am in the morning.

I was ok with the room until the 1st morning when I woke up and there was a lot of construction going on next door.

Be aware that “premium garden view rooms” may well place you on one side of the hotel facing a new construction next door, while the other side puts you over the mechanical plant and it’s constant noise.

I would ask for a room where you can’t see the construction – if possible.

Our room was room 1264 and should be blocked off until the construction is done.

When we were there, there was quite a bit of remodeling happening and we’re looking forward to going back and seeing the updates!

We could have looked over a construction site next door and not had the night time noise, so the couple of evenings of musical noise were not a bad trade off!

Neither Monse or Alajandra(manager) at the front check in counter was able to find me a room that wasn't extremely loud due to construction or from huge air vents for the hotel.

Very attentive and suggestive with meals.

The food was wonderful; high quality, smaller portions with interesting presentations, all with a professional and approachable staff.

The food was phenomenal as well as his Service.

At the end of our dinner he surprised us with these special plates with great conversation (not knowing we were here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary) so it was extra special!

Every course was fantastic and was our favorite meal at Lice Aqua.

Azur restaurant is a favorite for location on the resort.

The food for New Year’s Eve was great quality food, very well made, and presented.

The property is beautifully maintained and the food is just fabulous.

The food was amazing and the pool and Beach area were spectacular.

They definitely do not skimp out on the alcohol at the bars/restaurants which was a huge bonus

Also, Caeser at the Mb restaurant was incredible.

Our favorite was Azul, the Mediterranean restaurant.

We got massages during our stay and it was personalized and the greatest massage I have ever gotten.

Rebecca in the lobby gives amazing hand massages and was very helpful with spa bookings.

I liked the beach area and the fact that on most days we could either sit on the breach loungers or book a cabana with its included foot massage.

We had facials and massages and used the hydrotherapy, sauna, and  vapor room each day we had a service.

It was relaxing, the spa services and attendants were some of the best that I have encountered with extensive traveling.

They helped us with check in, helped make spa and restaurant reservations and checked in consistently to make sure our stay was perfect.

The couples massage was one that made my husband fall in love with professional massages.

Alexandra, Hector, Flavio and Jonathan at the towel hut - thank you so much for always, without fail, setting us up in our cabana and scheduling my foot massages like clockwork.

Elena and Karina give the best foot massages ever!!!

Try the spa, they have excellent masseuses on staff.

If I'd known this, I would've budgeted it in to my trip

To conclude, this is a wonderful resort with many positives; the spa, amazing rooms, great choice of restaurants, immaculate grounds and near to the airport.

The hotel itself was great as well I appreciated the spa like feel and the crowd was great.

My wife and I did the couples massages and that was very relaxing.

It was cleaned daily and turned down at night with accompanying aromatherapy scents for our pillows.

Wines: The included wines (red) were a Spanish Cab Sauvignon and a Chilean Merlot.

The sushi chefs (Carlos and Johnathan) were also great, after taking our orders and letting us practice our broken Spanish a few nights in a row they made us some lovely custom sushi rolls.

The hotel's food suited our tastes perfectly, especially the dishes at the MB restaurant, like the Spanish seafood rice, grilled chicken, and a variety of smoothies.

They even tried to help me learn some Spanish while I was there!

Their hospitality was impeccable and most members spoke English and Spanish.

but especially to the Hostess of hidden garden damaris, she is cuteeee, helpfu with us, karen Hostess of restaurant 7, she rocks, she taught us some phrases in Spanish, and marco in the smoothies is sensational, He has an unmatched charisma, see you next year guys! !

The whole staff here is amazing with SO much patience for those learning Spanish, wanting to learn Spanish or even those who just here for the experience!

I enjoyed yoga class, Spanish class, cooking class and Aqua aerobics.

Not only was he very attentive to his customers needs he even took time to try and help us with our Spanish.

Maybe some decent Mexican or spanish guitar in the background at a decent noise level.

Sous chef Ernesto palapa for guiding us through menus because we don’t speak/understand Spanish.

Luis and Ruddy would help with reservations daily and always wanted to make sure our needs were taken care of, they also took the time to speak in Spanish we me as I’ve been trying to learn.

They were able to communicate excellently with him and were also so kind to speak Spanish with me.

Great activities like yoga, water aerobics,  Spanish & mixology classes included.

Claudia even helped us practice our Spanish!

He gave us spanish lessons each morning and was great to start the day with.

but it’s not accessible- there are no buffets for dinner time only a la carte with most restaurants leaving us underwhelmed as we just didn’t find much on each menu we wanted, menus are also all in Spanish- couldn’t understand what I was really ordering.

I’m amazed by how great they are in English and Spanish.

We were always greeted with a smile and she even helped us with our Spanish.

They were extremely patient with our spanish and even encouraged us to speak more.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Live Aqua for 8 nights in Dec 2023 and it was a magical experience.

Among the most opulent experiences in Cancun, this place stands out.

Cesar at MB stood out the most with his warmth and willingness to make our final meal unlike anything we experienced.

House Keeping: Our housekeeping experiences were wonderful.

The drinks service on the beach was the best that I had ever experienced as they came round often which for me was good for my water, sprite, or a cheeky cocktail (or two – I do like a pina colada or Cosmopolitan).

but is pretty much all vendors/shops that we experienced and that's not a positive thing.

The scents of the hotel were one thing we weren’t expecting and found to be such a cool thing as well making the experience that much more elegant and memorable.

This fact in and of itself says a lot about the experience you will find here.

I do have to say I had a great experience with all of the servers/staff at that restaurant and went back for breakfast as well.

but they took the additional step to surprise us with a special celebratory treat in our suite (Champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries)!

You will have the most incredible team of people taking care of you every step of the way!

The facility is first class every step of the way, clean, well manicured every detail is taken care of.

but Christy took care of everything for us and included us every step of the way.

Heidi and Gustavo were in contact with us at every step making sure we had dinner and cabana reservations, our room was well-stocked, and our experience was great.

Each step of our vacation has been wonderful.

outside the hotel a few steps away is one of the best shopping malls.

Club level room on the 5th floor had an amazing view, and the Aqua club lounge was only a few steps from our room, which was nice to grab a top shelf drink, or some snacks.

Everything is clean and the staff takes extra steps to make your stay special

We didn’t make it to all the restaurants, the food was good and provide options a step up from other average all inclusive (Example: SUSHI BAR made to order, Grilled RIBS, TACOS, PIZZA).

He was so personable, interacted so well with us, and always anticipated our needs and was one step ahead of us, and we never needed to ask for anything.

She went above and beyond every step of the way.

One day she saw me getting ready to go down to the beach, which is a lot of steps.

He was always one step ahead of us, helping in any way.

I saw steps being taking to keep things clean and disinfected.

Thank you to the chef's - the food is delicious - such  a step above!

I'm a Healthcare worker and was beyond impressed with the steps you've taken to ensure the safety of your staff and guest.

They took us to one of their Fiesta hotels in Merida and we were accompanied by Mayra who was there for us every step of the way.

Service was a step up from our previous experiences, which is really saying something because it is always A++.

We couldn't get enough of the freshly baked pistachio croissants for breakfast each morning.

The room has a great view and breakfast was wonderful.

The piazza where it is located is festive and lively all day.

The staff are helpful, patient and kind - from the staff at the front desk that provided me with an ice bag and ice for my swollen knee to the friendly staff in the breakfast room that made cappuccinos decorated with smiley faces.

Hotel Pendinis’ charm did not disappoint!

Located within steps of the Duomo, this historic hotel has been well maintained with lots of character and charm.

Our room was very comfortable and the sitting room down the hall from the front desk has an old world charm.

Hotel Pendini is centrally located and allowed for shopping, dining and museum visits within a very short walking distance.

Hotel Pendini is located in the heart of Florence with walking distance to every attraction in the city.

The property was in an amazing location, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

This is a class hotel and location is perfect place to stay.

It has the intimacy of a well-run, beautifully appointed and perfectly located get away.

The location was great - almost equidistant between  Il Duomo and the Uffizi.

Location is in the middle of everything, easy to walk to all the museums and churches.

It rooms are spotless and the hotel is centrally located.

There could be nothing better than the location of this hotel.
