 - The hotel has very small rooms, the elevator only fits two people, Service at this hotel was very cold and not so friendly.
 - The room we were then given was in the corner next to the lift and was so small we could only just move around the bed and had to move a chair to open the wardrobe.

 - - The hotel has a very strange rule about not allowing air conditioning until some unknown date in May.
 - After waiting an hour I asked if I could use the shower - it wasn’t offered to me - and they allowed me down to the spa area My room had no A/C for the first 2 nights.

 - House-keeping slams doors all day & night as they clean, the people above us kept dragging the desk chair all over the floor in the middle of the night while stomping back and forth, and our room smelled like sewage.

 - One road over from Via del Corsa and the surrounding side streets where you can load up on as much Armani, Fendi or Gucci as you afford (or look through the windows like us).
 - So much so as to when you take a shower the flimsy shower curtain sticks to you when you shower.
 - The shower curtain seemed very static so stuck to you as you were showering.

 - Overall beyond the grand entrance, our room was "tired"--dirty (dusty and needing a good vacuuming), I caught a flea on my leg, and there was a tear on the carpet.
 - They spray cheap deodorant all over the room so you don’t smell the carpet.
 - Negatives: Poor housekeeping,Sticky floor in Bathroom..Worn carpets and room needed painting..Horrible deodorizer used in first room and second room was ok..WIFi does not work ..I Complained about it.
 - Rooms are dirty, moldy and stained carpets.

 - The standard of housekeeping is very high, excellent towels and linens, and extra items are easily obtained over the phone or using the in-house guest relations app.
 - We were generously welcomed with sandwiches, campaign and pistachio served in our room, that was very kind from the guest relations manager.

 - Francesca from guest relations is lovely and helpful.

 - I waited my turn at reception, when my turn came, the staff was so rude he completely ignored me, instead asking a guest to my side what he could do for them.
 - Unfortunately reception staff was not good: Ivana was so rude and unfriendly.

 - ..but I was expecting a different environment for a 4 Stars hotel downtown Rome.
 - Expect to pay anywhere from 2-5 euros per person/night depending on the hotel star rating.
 - Definitely this hotel is not for 4 stars.
 - not much to ask for from a 4 star hotel .. overall I’d avoid .
 - The hotel is far from four stars.

 - The only issue I had was the air-con didn’t seem to work
 - We were very disappointed with the hotel, the air conditioning was discontinued, we had to open the window to get fresh air.
 - Our second room was passed the grotto and had no hot water, barely running air conditioner, and when it ran it was extremely loud, and the toilet would not flush.
 - This was very disappointing as the website said the hotel had AC.
 - But please fix the air ventilation in room 302.

 - The shower had a partial barrier to keep the water inside the tub area.
 - Water is not free and there is certainly no complimentary vat of ice water when you walk in the lobby.
 - but had a water issue which meant that every time we had a shower, no matter how careful we were the water got everywhere, my tip would be, move the toilet paper before you shower!
 - Shower had no screen or curtain allowing water to splash out everywhere.
 - Which was odd water goes all over the floor
