 - Walking in Villa Borghese was my favourite thing to do in the mornings and nights.
 - The fancier hotels up by Villa Borghese would add 1km walk every day.
 - It was simply wonderful, and was indeed luxurious. The location is perfect for the Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese.
 - The location is great (about halfway between the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps, and a short walk to the Villa Borghese), and the service is impeccable.

 - The rooms are quite small and breakfast can be very busy, despite a booking system.
 - The room was a good size as was the bathroom, it was quite warm and we couldn't get the A/C to work and the road is busy so we couldn't leave the window open.
 - My family of 4 vacationed in Italy back in busy season in June.
 - The hotel location is on a very busy street and sirens were going most of the night.
 - The breakfast room and bar are tiny, the lift fits 2 people only and rooms are mis-sold, plus it’s on a very busy and noisy road!

 - but odd that the room had no windows although it did have a sky light.
 - Extremely small room with no windows and no desk.
 - Receptions answer was to open window 23/24 degree Celsius outside - not the answer!!!
 - Beware rooms on the interior of the first floor (had 106) was very dark as the window looks onto the room and a very active and sometimes noise staff staircase.
 - The only little negatives were that our room didn’t have any windows, only a sky light which didnt bother us
