The rooms were well appointed with all modern amenities.

Our room was very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the location is fantastic.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

Hotel is centrally located in Piazza Bernini-close and easy walking to all the sights and shopping and restaurants are everywhere.

We stayed in the Light and Sight suite and the room was beautiful and so comfortable, felt like a home away from home.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

At 12 sq meters, I knew my room would be small and it was.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

Helpful features include self service laundry (about ten euros to wash and dry good sized load) and the vending machines dispensing everything from toothpaste to Moet.

Nice hotel, decent sized clean rooms, helpful staff in reception clean small well cleaned bathrooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast served every morning with variety of food and drink options along with washer dryer facilities inside hotel, vending machines for water , sodas and other items made our stay very pleasing and relaxing right at the heart of Rome!

Secondly the rooms, a good size with a large bathroom.

As two friends traveling together, we appreciated the solid bathroom door, which seems to be disappearing from European hotels.

The amenities - a great breakfast buffet, a convenient laundromat, a rooftop restaurant and location  near Roma Termini and Republicca Metro.

Very comfy bed and bedding, and a lovely en-suite with great shower.

Rooms were very clean, roomy including the bathroom & more Importantly, very, very comfortable bed.

The rooms were modern and nice (and have a bidet!).

The fitness centre is small and very little room for stretching.

Our room for 3 people was BIG - a real find in a city of small rooms - and had enough storage to accomodate 3 decent suitcases and accessories.

Along the corridor from our room there was a small room with two self service machines; one had sandwiches, crisps, chocolates, pop and beer and the other had razors, tissues, toothpaste etc for those late night munchies/emergencies.

The hotels location was excellent as we walked to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and the villa Borghese.

I'm a runner and was able to plan a route to Villa Borghese park.

•	Villa Borghese / Borghese Gallery – took us 20 minutes’ walk although the hotel advised getting the Metro to Spagna

We walked everywhere from the hotel - fontana di trevi, piazza di spagna, collosseo, vatican, piazza navona, pantheon and villa borghese!

It is about a 10 minute walk to Trevi fountain and 15-20 minutes to Colosseum.

Excellent hotel in the center of Rome, friendly and helpful staff, easy to get around and walk to the main tourist attractions.

Not far (walking) from main attractions, close to train station, excellent restaurants near-by.

but it's much more convenient than walking to and waiting in some nearby laundromat.

When we return to Rome we will definately stay here as it is perfect for reaching all the sites and was just an 8 minute walk from the Rome Termini station which was absolutely perfect.

Only 15 minutes walk to the main sites such as Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

So close to Roma Termini station, 5min walk.

An easy short walk to the Termani train station.

Lots of walking so be prepared

We would defintely come back to the IQ Hotel Roma if we travel to Rome again.

The hotel itself is well located. It's about a 10 min walk to the train/metro "termini."

After taking the train into Rome Termini the hotel was just a 5 minute walk away.
