The rooms were well appointed with all modern amenities.

So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

About 15 to 20 minute walk to the colosseum, 5 minutes to Trevi fountain, 20 minutes to Vatican City, 15 minutes to Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

Location is fantastic where you can walk to pretty much the main attractions like Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain.

The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Forum, Colosseum, and Villa Medici are all within walking distance (if you like walking) or a short taxi ride.

This hotel is a small upscale property about a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, so a nice location.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

This charming hotel is in an excellent location just off Via Veneto and in close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens and Trevi fountain.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

At 12 sq meters, I knew my room would be small and it was.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

Helpful features include self service laundry (about ten euros to wash and dry good sized load) and the vending machines dispensing everything from toothpaste to Moet.

Nice hotel, decent sized clean rooms, helpful staff in reception clean small well cleaned bathrooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast served every morning with variety of food and drink options along with washer dryer facilities inside hotel, vending machines for water , sodas and other items made our stay very pleasing and relaxing right at the heart of Rome!

Secondly the rooms, a good size with a large bathroom.

As two friends traveling together, we appreciated the solid bathroom door, which seems to be disappearing from European hotels.

The amenities - a great breakfast buffet, a convenient laundromat, a rooftop restaurant and location  near Roma Termini and Republicca Metro.

Very comfy bed and bedding, and a lovely en-suite with great shower.

Rooms were very clean, roomy including the bathroom & more Importantly, very, very comfortable bed.

IQ hotel is close to the colosseum and one can walk there, and on to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and so forth.

If you are using the hotel as a base to explore you can walk to the Coliseum in about 25 minutes, and the same the other direction to the Trevi fountain.

The location is a 5 minute walk away from the train station which is perfect when you have luggage, and then the other sites such as the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain aren't that far away either.

The hotel is very well located and a 15-20min walk from the trevi fountain or the colosseum, as well as brilliant transport to all areas of interest across the city.
