 - Many major sites were within a 10 to 20 minute walk including the Colesseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish steps, main train station, and much more.
 - It is within easy walking distance of other sites such as the Fountain of Trevi, the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Palatine Hill and the Victor Emmanuel II National Monument.
 - but is within easy walking distance of the Coliseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Trivi Fountain, and more.

 - And getting to the apartment, up steps and down steps and in a little lift which opens 'outside' is a bit spooky in the dark.
 - The 3 foot square elevator,
 - The hotel is very old and cannot be altered, so the elevator was a bit of a shock- its about 2.5x3 feet- just enough for bags to get in.
 - N/A
 - Elevators were not working, rooms look nothing like what is advertised and finding it was difficult for even the local taxi drivers!

 - Amazing location on a cute little side street just off the Roman Forum and a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum.
 - The hotel is also easily walkable to many of the tourist attractions, including a quick 5 minute walk to the Roman Forum or a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum.
 - This hotel is very close to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum.
 - The location is also ideal - well within walking distance to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trastevere, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, several restaurants and wine bars, and more.
 - The location is great - you are right near the Colosseum and other major attractions yet the hotel itself is a bit set back so you don't feel like you are in a tourist zone.

 - The two bedrooms, two baths, large living room area and kitchen were spacious for us.
 - Spa bath and a walk-in shower!
 - The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and spacious.
 - not to mention the jacuzzi bath which eased my achy feet every evening.
 - The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the added bonus of a jacuzzi bath was so welcomed!

 - but due to the weather we didn't get to use it.
 - Unfortunately, due to on and off rainy weather, the roof top tables and chairs were wet and unusable,
 - Due to time of year the heat had been turned off,
 - Two days before we were due to fly I received an email asking if we wanted to upgrade to a 2 bedroomed apartment.
 - Firstly they let us rebook a non-refundable booking after our flight was cancelled due to snow.

 - The Trevi fountain is maybe a 15 min walk, with the Spanish steps and upmarket shopping not much further.
 - The location is also ideal - well within walking distance to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trastevere, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, several restaurants and wine bars, and more.
 - It's literally a 5 minute walk to the roman forum, 7 minute walk to the colosseum, 10-15 minute walk to pantheon, around 15-20 minute walk from trevi fountain and 25 minute walk to the spanish steps.
 - Easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, and Spanish steps.
 - Not only is the Forum only about 3 blocks away, the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Trevi Fountain were all within a 5-10 minute walk.

 - The inn is on a dead end drive (it ends with stairs and a small fountain), so there is no car traffic.
 - but being able to handle stairs is almost required for touring Rome.
 - This trip, this hotel, is not for people who are incapable of stairs (there is an elevator,
 - very do-able, unless you can't handle any stairs at all.
 - Negotiating the stairs in the night was problematic.

 - this hotel is right near the train station, a good neighborhood, since mostly everything is within walking distance in Rome it was convenient.
 - We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the train station which made it easy going to and from the airport.
 - It’s close to the train station and a few landmarks.
 - The location was great, close to the train station,
 - even though it is close to the train station I found it very well managed, clean and safe (often not obvious thing) Hearty and quality breakfast , friendly and professional staff, in short a nice experience.

 - Although the location is close to the station, and the entrance is clean, the room itself was very tiny and dark, despite paying for a larger room from their website.
 - The room was very small
 - although the room is small by American standards it was fine and we had 3 large suit cases.
 - I was perspiring and suffocating in the tiny room.
 - Rooms are small
