The rooms were well appointed with all modern amenities.

Our room was very comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the location is fantastic.

Very comfortable rooms , great breakfast and a wonderful bar and bartender .

So because our ride was waiting, we lugged the luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator ourselves.

The elevator is really small and could barely fit 2 people and 2 luggages.

While we should have heard noise from our neighbors, the street, and the elevator, not once did we hear a peep, which made the Hotel B a great break from the noise and bustle of the city.

It has only 1 small elevator and it takes sometimes a while till it gets to you.

The hotel footprint is quite small and accordingly everything inside the hotel is small from the door to the hotel to the lobby and halls and elevator and most importantly the rooms.

There is one small elevator, appropriate for a hotel of this size and with little wait time.

Elevator was very small and air conditioning was not very cold (typical for Europe).

One thing awkward about the part of the hotel where we stayed was the need to go up and down stairs to get to the elevator (4th floor).

We were in Room 48; took the elevator to the 5th floor, then walked down 2 short flights of stairs and hallway to our room -- similar to a room we had at Banff Spring Resort years ago!

The hotel has a brand-new Schindler elevator that holds 6 people.

You should request a room away from the stairs and elevator.

The elevator was broken and was only fixed as we were checking out.

The elevator was also small and slow and I had to go up four flights of stairs,

- No kettle
- Lift doesn't work properly, as it doesn't stop at level 1 and 2

There have been recent renovations to the elevators and the showers.

We walked from there to the Vatican, Trastevere, Aventine Hill, the Colosseum, Paletine Hill, and the Borghese Gardens.

Walking distance to the Roman Forum, Palatine Hills, Colosseum, shopping on Via Tritone, Pathenon, Piazza Navona, etc.

This lovely hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance from all major attractions like Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hills and etc, We even manage to walk back from the Vatican City!

(our favorite: Hosteria Romana on the Quirinal Hill).

Also recommend highly the Osteriabarberini  restaurant just a short walk up the hill - you'll need a reservation (the hotel is happy to make this for you).

* One tiny block away is the road that leads uphill to the Spanish Steps, about 7 small blocks away - you can see the spire of the Church on top of the hill as you round the corner.

If you want a quite relaxed drink, when you come out of the hotel onto the piazza, turn left up the road with the hill and there are some great quiet bars.

Hotel is centrally located in Piazza Bernini-close and easy walking to all the sights and shopping and restaurants are everywhere.

We stayed in the Light and Sight suite and the room was beautiful and so comfortable, felt like a home away from home.

It was a great location within easy walking distance to many sights and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The location as perfect: it was central to many of the wonderful sights of Rome, and convenient to the metro.

The hotel, located in the Piazza Barberini, is close to all the main sights including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gallery, Pantheon, Colosseum etc.etc.

The only downside is that, due to its small footprint, the bar and breakfast room are not large; most of the rooms are on the small side, as well.

Our room was a bit small and lacked a full length mirror (one was provided on request),

We were supposedly given a room upgrade and our room was tiny, I dread to think what room we would have had.

The room might be a bit small similar to all other hotels in the center

Note that rooms are on  the small side - if you're travellng with large luggage, you may be challenged.

There is one key in the “traditional” form that has to be returned to the reception every time you leave your room (not the “smart card key” situation here), the breakfast area is divided in 3 small rooms, so you have to book your time slot in the reception the night before.

but we stayed 4 nights and the room is so small it became quite oppressive.

At 12 sq meters, I knew my room would be small and it was.

Location is great, via Vento  meets Berbarini around the corner, cool feel, 15 mins or so walk to the heart of things, there's a metro at the square and there's a lovely walk to the Spanish steps which are very close, nice walk up from the hotel brings you out at the top of the steps.

The staff was so helpful we arrived in Citavechia from our Cruise and the hotel help us arrange a private driver from the port to the hotel which was on time in a Mercedes and waiting for us with a sign, we got a great room, breakfast in the hotel is so good and the location is amazing just steps from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps , would come over again and recommend 100%

Helpful features include self service laundry (about ten euros to wash and dry good sized load) and the vending machines dispensing everything from toothpaste to Moet.

Nice hotel, decent sized clean rooms, helpful staff in reception clean small well cleaned bathrooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast served every morning with variety of food and drink options along with washer dryer facilities inside hotel, vending machines for water , sodas and other items made our stay very pleasing and relaxing right at the heart of Rome!

Secondly the rooms, a good size with a large bathroom.

As two friends traveling together, we appreciated the solid bathroom door, which seems to be disappearing from European hotels.

The amenities - a great breakfast buffet, a convenient laundromat, a rooftop restaurant and location  near Roma Termini and Republicca Metro.

Very comfy bed and bedding, and a lovely en-suite with great shower.

Good location, near shops, restaurants, metro, McDonalds, whatever you need.

It was a 3-5 minute walk to the metro station.

High level service, the location is a 15-minute walk from the main sites, you can purchase a ticket for a very close bus stop at the reception.

15-20 mins walk from many key sites, close enough to walk to Termini, and close to Metro too.

The location of the hotel is great, it is within walking distance of termini station, colosseum, roman forum, palentine hill, pantheon, trevi fountain, spanish steps and more.

It's a 15 minute walk from the colosseum, forum and Palentine hill and is only a 30 minute walk from beautiful views around the Spanish steps.

There is also a great little restaurant down two minutes down the road, again extremely reasonable prices (not sure on its name; turn right out of the hotel, right again and down the bottom of the hill).

The hotel sits on a slight hill, so can walk down to the historic center and take a bus back.

An excellent hotel in a central location, close to the Termini train station and the main tourist sites.

Couldn't have found a better location, super convenient and we really enjoyed our stay.
