Second, excellent location - bus station is near, train station and airport in the nearest vicinity, beach is less 5 minutes on foot, a lot of cafes to eat.

It is a short walk to the beach where you have a choice of paid place or public free beach not too far.

Pros:
-The sea is very close
-The street is in front of the shuttle
-The beach in front of the street have a mini-gym
-There are many restaurants close to the location.

The location is absolutely perfect; 3 minutes away from the sandy beach and 3 minutes away the bus stop (29) that easily connects you with loads of fantastic local attractions!

but at the same time, you can be at the beach within 5 minutes.

Hotel is located very nicely close to beach.

You also get 10% percent discount at the beach cafe which I can also recommend for a meal.

Helpful & friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy walk to a very lively beach from the hotel.

Beach towels are available to use, which you can keep for the duration of your stay.

Rooms are clean, they provide extra towels for the beach and the breakfast room offers an excellent selection of hot and cold foods (and coffee from bean-to-cup machines).

You feel like at home, every person of the stuff is ready to help you, everyday cleaning, wonderful breakfasts (hello, Fabio, I would sell my soul for your torta alla ricotta😄), a shiny room with the balcony with loads of space for clothes and things.

There is also balcony you can sit at, to have Italian style breakfast :)

The hotel also offers you help with booking trips, reserving beach seats/umbrellas and advises you where to go.

However, the best things are the staff and the overall atmosphere, which are both very welcoming and relaxed.

The quadrupla room was of the right size, with nice forniture of modern style and appropriate to the level of the hotel, quite probably better than many others within the same category.

,,3 stars'' don't lie, because: 
a) the staff is friendly, fast and knowing all the answers to our questions,
b) clean,cozy rooms,
c) tasty, fresh,rich breakfast,
d) fresh water in your refrigerator every day ( free of charge)

The room was clean and we enjoyed sitting on our small balcony drinking wine and enjoying the very quiet street scene.

The breakfasts were well designed, we could find a satisfying choice.

I really recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach scene and what Rimini has to offer.

The room can be quite noisy as you hear other guests moving around the corridor

So you can hear your neighbours a lot and all people in the corridor.

Rust on the wheels in the showercabinet, towels that have been washed a thousand times and lamps from the seventees.

The direction can lend you bikes for free, the only disadvantage is that there is no light on the bikes so you cannot use it at night which can be a pb if you want to go to riccione for exemple.

Third, nice terrace where we spent evening with takeaway pizza and coffee/beer.

The staff are all really nice and helpful food is good.

The breakfast was our favourite moment of the day,with our 3 years old child happy to eat whichever food thrown at his mouth and happy to make a "turistic tour" inside the kitchen (thank you Mr Fabio to allow him to do so many times).

The staff is very friendly, they made us feel welcome and they're always willing to help you or recommend some good restaurant.

The rooms are very clean, with towels replaced daily and with no problem to get additional towels.

All our needs were met upon request and the rooms were always kept clean every morning.

The 4 beds room was very clean and there was daily cleaning service and there were fresh bottle of waters every day in it.

I have been visited so many hotel and this was the cleanest room where I´v been stay.

It's close to the beach, rooms were very clean and the breakfast is awesome with the huge choice of food!

Stopped at Stresa for a week,the hotel and rooms are kept spotless .Clean towels everyday ,and clean bedding three times in one week,and plenty of storage andFREE Air conditioning and Wi-FiThe staff are brilliant,so friendly and helpful Maria and Gabriel especially .The breakfast was superb you were spoilt for choice and never needed to leave hungry,our companion is a vegetarian and she couldn't praise it enough.

Shower rooms are clean and well fitted with plenty of hot water.

The hotel is 100 mtr from the beach in a very calm street and just around the corner of the shopping street and restaurants.

Friendly family run hotel with excellent location close to beach, harbor and Riccione center.

Located 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from a street full of shops and food outlets the location is Excellent too.

I had a massage and most guest used the pool/ sauna and nearby beach very popular for safe swimming.

Friendly, big rooms, cycling washing service everyday, bike room, mechanic, guided rides everyday except Saturday and Tuesday, close to beach and restaurants, great roads to cycle.

Riccione is nice with a retro Miami Beach vibe and is a great and festive town.

The hotel itself is brilliant - well located close to the seafront and to the bars and cafes.

Ideally located very close to the beach and main shopping/restaurant area a well as only 10 walking minutes from the train station.

The hotel is a short hundred meters or so to the sandy beach.

The food was Excellent and the best was, 1 block form the beach.

You are couple hundred yards from the beach and this has a large promenade to walk down in the evening after dinner.please give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed and like many other you will find yourself going back year after year.

Situated between the beach and the market, there was always something fun to do after the ride.

It has an excellent location a couple of streets back from the beach, cycle track & waterfront; it is close to shops bars cafes and restaurants and only half a mile to Coastal Riccione & a mile walk into OLD RIccione, very worthwhile seeing.

The hotel is very nice, great common area, nice rooms and  just a couple blocks from the beach.

The owner is very attentive and often present, and the staff is very friendly and feels like family even after only a week.

The staff were outstanding and attentive and treated everyone like family.

With 5 different cycling levels to choose from and kids programs every day this is the perfect place for cycling parents to bring their families.

What a week came here with some friends to cycle and was not disappointed the guided rides In various groups of speed and distance means you will find the group that  best suites you on each day of riding the whole feel of the hotel is your part of a family and you will meet fellow cyclists from all over Europe.

Special Experiences - The bike rides to wine tasting and to the owner's family farm were definite highlights.

Service was great from everyone involved in this family feel location.

We had a fantastic meal out at the farm of Steffano's family and he showed us the true version of balsamic vinegar.

Every other hotel seems to have worked from the exactly the same blueprint, catering to cost-conscious families with all-inclusive packages competing for space on an attractive

All these amenities are delivered by a staff that seem to be part of a large, extended family, creating a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere for the guests.

Great set up for families or groups with different fitness levels.

Options for non-cycling family members exit as well.

even though there was only one group going per day(lots of families on vacation when we were there), Andrea was  very accommodating to our level.

The hotel facility is first class, as is the food and the team who have a genuine passion for hospitality.

All meals were very delicious and this hotel had also wellness.

Everything was terrific - from our spacious and clean room, the great range of delicious food, fantastic staff who were always helpful, excellent bikes with a variety of rides through spectacular scenery and an option for alternative day trips.

Our room was very well-appointed, the bikes we rented were excellent, the meals were superb (buffet), the staff was extremely helpful, the cycling guides were outstanding, and the price for our trip was ridiculously low.

Everything was top notch at Hotel Dory, the room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Like having an adequately sized, neat and clean room to return to at the end of a ride.

I always enjoy my holidays at the Dory, the service is great, the food offering is always plentiful and versatile, the bike rides are fun and challenging, the in-house spa is a great way to relax, rooms are clean and modern, they always have some entertainment organized, the visits to the owner Giuliodori's country house, and a farm house are changes to the bike rides, the staff is friendly and helpful.

There is a small pool, a spa area with two hot tubs, a sauna and small gym area.

): the room was a bit chintzy and the air con wasn't working properly; the pool is small (thoough fine for my 5 and 7 year olds) also, if you are taking a non-cyclist on one of the cycling packages, there's not an awful lot laid on for them

If I was to find fault with the hotel I could say that the rooms were a little small as was the bar and the swimming pool

It is very uncomfortable to share when the beds are two slightly different heights though.

but after 5-6 hrs on a bike it did get a bit uncomfortable.

The location is brilliant, just across from the beach making it perfect for both grandmas we brought with us.

We loved the food at the bar   across the main entrance and also the beach bar parties at night loved Rimini

We had a nice room with sea view, it is a short walk to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

The pool next to the hotel is a better place then the beach,

excellent stay with a perfect room, nice and friendly staff, good breakfast served by friendly personal,
good gym , unfortunately we haven"t use the spa , location on the beach

The location is prime whether you are looking for beach time or shopping in the Old Town.

Great location, literally yards from the beach (across the street).

The best food places and sightseeings are a bit far  from the hotel, nearby beaches are very good and a bit too pricey.

Good location just by the beach 62 which have good services.

The rooms are immaculate, despite being right next to a beach and there are a ton of amenities, from a TV with more than 5 channels (looking at you Central America/Caribbean), unlimited soap and shampoo and a great air conditioning unit, not to mention a nice balcony with a great view of the beach and sea (albeit with a road in between,

Is direct on the beach and they serve a great aperativo at the end of the day.

Overall lovely this time of year as very quite and can go for a nice stroll along the beach and relax.

A lovely, beautiful and very well managed hotel with the top service and the good location right on the beach.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast very good, pool area is good and beach is very near.Our room was at first floor and it was very noisy at mornings.

The location is very close to shopping and the beach.

Needs to be improved:
- despite the high cost of the room, parking costs 8€ a day
- since it is a suite and spa hotel, there should be some staff watching over the swimming pool area.

Parking costs extra and is often overcrowded.

They charge for parking which is a definitive minus (8€ pr night).

Breakfast was beyond my expectations- it was delicious and first class food!

Great food, great service, clean rooms and all-encompassing hospitality.

The staff are so friendly which is such a special touch and the breakfast food is great.

More importantly, the hotel is well situated in the vicinity of the bars and pubs and you can reach one with only a few steps.

Breakfast was awesome as well, hot and cold, sweet and savory, excellent food and service.

My wife used spa and confirmed it that it was money well spent:) Hotel is in walking distance with fantastic restaurants wich served amazing fresh food (also as take way if needed) Hotel had available very comfy bicycles which we used to travel around old town.

but we did not use it because there are plenty good restaurants nearby.

We came to Rimini for the enormous Wellness Exhibition and looked hard for a good hotel with a gym and close to the sea with kitchen facilities to prepare food for my bodybuilder wife.

It's a great hotel situated on the sea front near local bars and restaurants.

It is a wonderful, modern hotel with excellent service, great quality of food and drinks and a lovely heated outdoor pool.

there are many restaurants around the hotel.

It is located across the street from the beach and is very close to restaurants and shopping.

My sea view room was clean and had everything I needed for a great visit including a fridge.

Room was very clean and very quiet as you have electronic blinds on each window.

Rooms were very clean and bigger than usual, probably recently renovated.

But the room was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was really great thanks to extremely friendly and helpful staff, cozy and clean room with wonderful sea view, convenient location (2 minutes walk to the beach) and tasty breakfast with amazing coffee.

The bathroom was small with only a shower and the towels seemed old and not very good quality.

To our surprise, they "dumped" us in the smallest room, one can ever imagine, with a sliding door to a tiny bathroom (no bath though, only shower).
