Decided to upgrade to executive room and received exceptional service from all staff.

We had stayed hotel holiday Hill in executive room,let me begin describing our entire experience from the start .

The rooms given executive was very large with sitting area and beautiful amenties .

Stay at holiday hill for 2 night with my family of 5 and select bigger executive room for us bcz of large and comfortable space .

We stayed in executive room with 2 queensize beds, which is good sized for a family.

This feedback about great hospitality and quick service by entire staff.we finished our char dham yatra and want peace so we had chose this hotel because it's situated in very clam place.we book executive room with nice view of mountains.me and my friend stay 3 days and always found satisfaction.rooms are neat and clean.food was great.

Staff upgrade us family executive room which was really beautiful with class interior.

but thats how he likes to be called.. he is a wonderful person.. he assistesd us to har ki paudi n stayed with us all the while for assistance.. poor fellow missed his meals because he didint want to leave us unattended.. though we forced him to have food later when v came to know about it..

Not to miss a lady ar the hotel, who has a sparkling smiling, n will greet u as many times as u c her with the same sweet smile on her face n a namaste- Indra ji.. she is so sweet n will b seen supervising things on the ground floor.. her smile is infectious 😊

The service staff was rather poor and not polished at all.

Restaurant- service is poor and on giving feedback they dont seem to be worried about it!!

This is my life worsted experience ..staying in suit room no cleaning, poor room service, very bad condition bathroom fittings..restaurant manager nazir razvi & associates jitendra very uncooperative, rude with guests..making wrongly bills & food delivery..nothing great after paying so much.

Upkeep in room was very poor and we complained about it.

However INTERNET connection at my room 207 was very poor.

My overall stay was perfectly managed.

The property has facility of private ghat, temple and a beautiful walkway .

a) Ganga Kinare is well placed 10 min from Rishkesh and early periphery of Rishikesh (location helps one avoid daily,  traffic snarls in Tapovan area)

B) Within its 6 floors and manicured gardens, it has absorbed  all elements of hospitality hygiene
- Good rooms across categories
-: Game and Play zone at basement along with a decent  Spa
- private Ghat for  puja and bathing
- spacious  restaurant Jal-Jalebi with decent spread across meals
- Jacuzzi and garden lounge on 1st floor
- manicured lawns with Ganga Mata temple placed in same.

Great experience of Aarti in private ghat.

They have a private ghatt as well, it was really peaceful and nice!

Situated at the banks of river ganga , this place has its own private ghat on which you can have a dip in the holy ganga .

I am returning with good memories and a peaceful mind.

but still remembering very vividly as hotel is located on the bank of the river and The peaceful Ganga is just in front of you which helps to find ourselves from our busy schedule 
Secondly the staff is very cooperative they helps us in every manner sorry for not remembering the name but auntie is such a beautiful lady who guided us for Ganga Aarti and other activities such a beautiful lady!!!

The best part is the approach to the ganga river and a walkway behind the hotel, serene and calm.

Very peaceful and hygiene environment, delicious food and very supportive staff .

They give great massages, very relaxing and calming place.

but cleanliness & conditions of rooms and washrooms need much work.

But some basic things are missing like rooms are having very old interiors , no space for luggage railing in rooms , lobby need renovation .

Dirty, Stinking, if i could record a video and post it to describe the pathetic condition, people are sitting with water bottle and waiting for glasses

It's a 30 yrs old property which has been significantly refurbished

only negative thing was they started renovating zacuzzi area without informing, we had plan to go there in the morning the day we had to checkout.

Ironically there was some renovation work going on when we landed up at the hotel,

Throughout our stay there was repair and renovation work going on in the building.

My only feedback would be that bathroom for our room could have benefited from an update to match the overall boutique feel of the hotel.

The facilities in the room are quite old, minibar for example is noisy and overall I think that some renovation is needed.

House keeping service was great, Anjali’s service was really amazing, She helped us a lot, Kept the room clean and was available immediately for us, The view of the hotel was really nice, The food was decent too 😊

We had requests for assistance even at 5.45 am at the kitchen was handled by the smiling  lady house managing staff..They have always helped and gone out of the way.but 
The room was kept clean and sanitized by ever smiling Daulat.All the meals were served by cheerful Sagar,Chandan and Vivek.

We were here for 1 day.The hotel is beautifully located, The rooms clean and well sanitized and the view, it was awesome.The food was great and special attention was given to us by the Gayatri.

Service is very slow you need to followup for service .

Very slow, false commitment on baby foods, milk, fruits.

But there was no wifi in hotel it's as pathetic and slow as one can imagine and keeps on disconnecting.

in the time of corona, the services are a bit slow

It’s extremely slow and can take only 3 people (including kids).

This has resulted in slow pace of modernization like Lift, Bathroom upgradation, décor of room etc.

We took different massages and enjoying our experience at the Spa.

During our stay in the Family Suite.We had the chance to take SPA services for me and my wife.Foot Reflexology and deep tissue were the best therapy experiences from Mr. ANKUSH to me and Ms.Meena to my wife.

I leave Ganga Kinare with a heavy heart as my wonderful stay is ending today,

I have enjoyed all experiences offered by the hotel including yoga, meditation, spa, ghat, temple, Aarti, the long walk way, library, the wonderful meals dished out daily and the F&B service.

The live music while having your meal took d experience to a new high; be it the songs sung by young musicians or flute played by  Rajesh ji.. the servers were good at their work n i would like to mention palesh here, who smilingly helped us during our meals… Mahadev prasad- fnb manager n Balwant- captain were present everyday at the restraunt n made sure the guests r comfortable n interacted with them personally..  loved their idea of keeping detox water in decanters at the reception..

V booked a cab for going to haridwar from the front dest at the hotel n the driver alloted to us was KK- i forget his full name,

Ganga aarti at the ghat was a divine experience.

So overall my whole experience with GangaKinare is memorable !!!

Before booking asked for early check-in if rooms r vacant

You can get a room of the same quality (and better) for half the price they are charging in many other hotels in the area.

but the petrol in Scooty might be an issue of contention for it is charged extra.

but do not want to compromise with low quality hotels charging high, Vashishth Guest house should be in your list.

Also, when budgeting, take into consideration that they charge 300/day for a heater if you take a basic room.

They provided a heater for our room at a tiny extra charge, which really helped as it was freezing (this was back in January).

Now has a lift for those who don't like the stairs.

although we ordered only basic one.the hotel l need lift specially for elderly people.

It was on the third floor and there is no lift in the hotel,

Unfortunately no elevator is there in the hotel and it makes the climb straining, especially for elders.

Its close by Parmarth Ashram and Ram Jhula.Please note this hotel doesn't have an elevator so senior citizen may need to ask for rooms on lower floors.

Safe, clean, there are no lifts so don't bring heavy luggage or at least be prepared to carry it! The poor boy working there carried my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs :-o 
Location is good, 5 minutes walking to Parmarth Niketan (where the aarti is held on the bank of the River Ganges every evening)

There is no elevator so elderly might have problem in climbing stairs.

The only downside which I would say was the absence of a lift.

We kept on looking for all other markets near Ram Jhula and Laxman Jula, Triveni Ghat

For a stay, Walking distance to the bank of the Ganga, many temples, the market, Ram Jhula and the Beatles Ashram.

Hotel is in good location walking distance to markets and restaurants and the beds are comfortable.

The location is near the market and you can navigate your way to the nearby sightseeing places easily.

Located  15-20 walk from cafe and the markets.

There are a lot of ashrams in the area, clean ghats to bathe and meditate, a market and lots of restaurants, cafes and daily needs shops - very convenient.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST THIS HOTEL IS VERY NEAR TO SWARAG ASHRAM MARKETS, RAM JULAH AND GANGES CROSS BOAT SERVICE AND HUJE PARAMARTH NIKETHAN AND BATHING GHATS.

Ram Jhoola is just 10 mins walk away and so is the nearby market.

Clean & beautiful hotel with nice location near parmarth niketan 
If traveling by car finding this hotel is bit difficult & the approch road is very narrow thru the markets of rishikesh.

Hotel is a few minutes walk near Ganga river, Parmath Niketan and market.

Market and restaurants are at a walking distance.

The location is about a 5-10 minute walk to the start of the market place.

though a bit expensive compared to other restaurants in the nearby market place.

The location of the hotel is very close to Rishikesh markets and Ram Jhula.

The hotel is close enough to the main market and is ideally situated for pleasant walks along the Ganges whilst taking in the sights, sounds and smells..

The only disadvantage is the location as it is located about 1.5 KMs from the main market.

Clean rooms & bathroom, the bed is very soft.

The best place to Stay at Rishikesh @ Hotel Yog Vashishth with a great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cozy and comfortable with 24/7 hot water.

Always great service ,clean rooms, hot water, good food and Mr Satish a fund of knowledge and willing to help.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and fairly stylish.

The rooms were very clean and spacious enough to fit in an extra bed and still have enough room to store our luggage and walk around freely.

In particular, Satish and Mr. Singh provided excellent guest services (travel arrangements, local restaurant, shopping and sightseeing recommendations/directions, garment alternations with quick turnaround, and much more always with a smile and polite courtesy) they also have amazing clean rooms with all the amenities you can need.

Hotel rooms are very clean and well designed.
