but thats how he likes to be called.. he is a wonderful person.. he assistesd us to har ki paudi n stayed with us all the while for assistance.. poor fellow missed his meals because he didint want to leave us unattended.. though we forced him to have food later when v came to know about it..

This is my life worsted experience ..staying in suit room no cleaning, poor room service, very bad condition bathroom fittings..restaurant manager nazir razvi & associates jitendra very uncooperative, rude with guests..making wrongly bills & food delivery..nothing great after paying so much.

Upkeep in room was very poor and we complained about it.

However INTERNET connection at my room 207 was very poor.

They have a private ghatt as well, it was really peaceful and nice!

Situated at the banks of river ganga , this place has its own private ghat on which you can have a dip in the holy ganga .

I am returning with good memories and a peaceful mind.

but still remembering very vividly as hotel is located on the bank of the river and The peaceful Ganga is just in front of you which helps to find ourselves from our busy schedule 
Secondly the staff is very cooperative they helps us in every manner sorry for not remembering the name but auntie is such a beautiful lady who guided us for Ganga Aarti and other activities such a beautiful lady!!!

The best part is the approach to the ganga river and a walkway behind the hotel, serene and calm.

Very peaceful and hygiene environment, delicious food and very supportive staff .

They give great massages, very relaxing and calming place.

but cleanliness & conditions of rooms and washrooms need much work.

But some basic things are missing like rooms are having very old interiors , no space for luggage railing in rooms , lobby need renovation .

Dirty, Stinking, if i could record a video and post it to describe the pathetic condition, people are sitting with water bottle and waiting for glasses

It's a 30 yrs old property which has been significantly refurbished

only negative thing was they started renovating zacuzzi area without informing, we had plan to go there in the morning the day we had to checkout.

Ironically there was some renovation work going on when we landed up at the hotel,

Throughout our stay there was repair and renovation work going on in the building.

My only feedback would be that bathroom for our room could have benefited from an update to match the overall boutique feel of the hotel.

The facilities in the room are quite old, minibar for example is noisy and overall I think that some renovation is needed.

Food quality is good.service satisfactory.

Staff hospitality, resort location, maintenance of hygiene and sumptuous and tasty food spread - each department are highly commendable.

We stayed with our parents in this hotel ..the chef mr. Deepak provide us every food which we want .so pleasant behaviour.

Very good atmosphere,staffs are very good and food quality nd servicess owsum,also they very much take care of my old parents thats remarkable,I recommend every one for a graet memorable stay,restaurant food in yummy

A wonderful place to bathe in the Ganga , eat jalebis in breakfast along with a sumptuous layout , a very picturesque greenery with the holy river flowing alongside , definitely worth a visit .Aarti in the evening and a lavish dinner .

I traveled with my mother on her birthday n enjoyed our stay n special mention to their staff who took great care to all our smallest needs n food provided are also one of the best we both have ever have , will be returning for sure   . 👍👍👍

She was so great about checking in on the pressure and set me up with a nice steam room after my massage.

The ghat is the best part in the hotel.. the hotel is a one stop place- sit back at your room for a panoramic view of the Ganga, enjoy d evening at jacuzzi, relax at the spa with a body massage or take a cycle to ride around the ghat, play n no.

Enjoyed the whole stay period, view from the room was lovely.

The view from our room was very beautiful with Ganga view.

Service is very slow you need to followup for service .

Very slow, false commitment on baby foods, milk, fruits.

But there was no wifi in hotel it's as pathetic and slow as one can imagine and keeps on disconnecting.

in the time of corona, the services are a bit slow

It’s extremely slow and can take only 3 people (including kids).

This has resulted in slow pace of modernization like Lift, Bathroom upgradation, décor of room etc.

I am really happy to share the kind of hospitality we got in the resort .

We took different massages and enjoying our experience at the Spa.

During our stay in the Family Suite.We had the chance to take SPA services for me and my wife.Foot Reflexology and deep tissue were the best therapy experiences from Mr. ANKUSH to me and Ms.Meena to my wife.

I leave Ganga Kinare with a heavy heart as my wonderful stay is ending today,

I have enjoyed all experiences offered by the hotel including yoga, meditation, spa, ghat, temple, Aarti, the long walk way, library, the wonderful meals dished out daily and the F&B service.

The live music while having your meal took d experience to a new high; be it the songs sung by young musicians or flute played by  Rajesh ji.. the servers were good at their work n i would like to mention palesh here, who smilingly helped us during our meals… Mahadev prasad- fnb manager n Balwant- captain were present everyday at the restraunt n made sure the guests r comfortable n interacted with them personally..  loved their idea of keeping detox water in decanters at the reception..

V booked a cab for going to haridwar from the front dest at the hotel n the driver alloted to us was KK- i forget his full name,

Ganga aarti at the ghat was a divine experience.

Their central AC was not working and we, along with a few other guests had a tough time literally compelling the front desk people to mend it to a workable state.

We checked in the hotel at about 10:30 in the night .. AC stopped working at about 3:00 or so and wasn't working till we checked out at 11 30 next morning .. hotel (Anita) acknowledged the problem and assured that they would make a partial refund in a day or so .

but ac and water issues ruined our experience at Ellbee, which is more of maintenance issue.

We did encounter a small problem with the A/C in our room, which was acted upon swiftly and then we were offered a room upgrade & change, when the problem could not be rectified.

However, the worst part was lack of fresh air circulation in the room which was difficult to breath in.

Customer service was very bad.the heater was not working.i called the front counter to complain regarding the heater.lady came and check and said that should be ok in 15 minutes.i waited for half an hour nothing happened than call back to reception and complain

There is AC is not working at all I had changed two rooms  205&206 and faced the same issue.

We mentioned a problem with the ac - it seemed to default to heat all the time and we roasted a bit in the room.

AC was effective and could control it as we needed.

The only minus points are ac not cooling well enough and the tariff on the higher side.

In the new room, the heating was not working.

You have to make minimum 3 calls to get water bottles refilled.

Service of this hotel is pathetic no tea cups were kept in the room and when we asked for a tea cup they took around 1 hour to bring that cup and that too only one.then we called the restaurant to order a smoothie they were not picking up the call they called the reception they told us that please call the restaurant only we can not help.

You need to make multiple calls and explain the basics to get them to shut it off.

The worst problem with Ellbee hotels is to contact them, common call center (which is always busy) doens't help, IVR says someone will call back

We stayed 2 days in the hotel.. the minute we entered the room was stinking .. inspite of calling already 8-10 times no one adhered to any complaints.. the bathroom light was not working.. the basin was clogged .. the kettle was also broken… such poor services from such a so called reputed hotel.. totally disgusting.. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

- kettle in the room wasn’t working 
-  no toilet paper 
- bedding I’d definitely not a 4 star hotel quality 

So I’d recommend this to someone who wants just a bed to crash and wants to stay close to the city center.

Calling for help didn't solve the problem.

Unfortunately my flight was delayed many times and had to call to change the pickup time, several times

Every time, we had to call the housekeeping for those.

On calling them, they took order of starter .

When we called the reception, we realised to get any work done, you have to call them at least twice that too after waiting for an hour for even a small thing.

Staff at the hotel had to call their head-office to check with them and show them a few inclusions which were part of our rate.

He went so far as to call gas stations to see if they would sell us some cash.

The bathroom fittings were in poor maintenance.

After that we brought some food from outside and we called them to give us some plates they took around 45 minutes to bring those plates and we asked the staff that why is your service so poor they told us that sir we don't have enough staff to operate.

Stayed for two nights from 15th to 17 th December.Not  a very pleasant stay.Rooms are average, maintenance is poor taps are leaking.

The glass window was dirty The room service was poor with a rude person taking the orders.

- Staff treats their guest as if they are from some poor family.

This hotel is an old dilapidated property with plumbing and drainage in very poor condition.

Cons: Horrible hospitality, Rude and stubborn waiters,couldn't careless attitude of staff, poor hygiene in relation to cutlery.

Hotel located on very nice place near the ganga river the view from the top floor is fab and the rooms are really good maintained and the food was so delicious the chef really had magic on his hands and at the front loved the smiling faces mentioning Neeraj Rahul Nimit and the travel desk service is really helpful for gaining the knowledge and to experience rishikesh, thanks to Aditya too.

An awesome property to stay in rishikesh, friendly and loving staff, the food is really good and the view from the top is just like heaven in front of you special thanks to Rahul Nimit Mohtasim Aditya Neeraj and the rest of the staff, would love to visit soon

The food is super delicious and the rooftop restaurant with the Ganga view is definitely mesmerize you with its beauty.

Decent Hotel with a decent restaurant - the North Indian cuisine in the restaurant is particularly good and some of the staff at the restaurant sitting elephant are very helpful - Mr. Vijay and Mr. Mukesh served us really well during our stay and ensured we went happy everytime we came back from the restaurant.

I have been in hotel and the front office team welcomed us warm hearted …..the hotel environment was very good the housekeeping staff was so good including the kitchen and restaurant staff one of the kundaliya  staff took us to for ganga aarti which was so lovely and Mr. Bharat and there colleges Miss Meena and Purvi was also very good to us and help a lot…….I suggest to people do visit here

This beautiful property is located just beside great river Ganga and this place is surrounded by beautiful mountain, the view from thier award winning rooftop restaurant (the sitting elephant) will definitely mesmerizing you.

The rooftop restaurant has great views of the national park and the river (although it is a bit too pricey).

The rooftop cafe was closed by the restaurant and food was amazing.

The view is just awesome you can see the whole Ganga river and triveni ghat from the rooftop restaurant.

The restaurant at the rooftop gives a marvellous view and is a treat to eyes.

Their services were awesome, good food and moreover amazing view of Ganga from the restaurant and rooftop.

The dinner on the rooftop was superb and the hotel has an amazing view of the holy Ganga and the surrounding city from the room and the rooftop.
