Now to the food, the breakfast and lunch is an all you can eat buffet with a pretty good range.

Good cost benefit for meals inside the resort, breakfast and lunch all you can eat includind beverages.

The food at the Pequi restaurant (buffet style) has always been top-of-the-line, with amazingly fresh fruit juices and a multitude of tastes to choose from, comforting every palate.

We really enjoyed our interactions at breakfast and lunch with the dining room staff.

The breakfast was good and was the best part of the gastronomic experience.

Extremely good breakfast and slight better than average lunch are included in the price of the rooms.

Second problem was with the items charged at the bill: They double charged our dinner costs.

(Trust me location is worth it when it comes to all the activities below)

The natural hot water park (only for guests of the hotels) is great and calming with may different temperature pools with varying depths.

The location is very convinient, close to the water park, the resort hot pools.

The best experience is  surfing in a hot water wave swimming pool.

It also gives free access to the hot water baths.

The place is beautiful and the hot waters are relaxing.

In the other side, the restaurant staff is very gentle and polite and the swimming pools that are hot and very beautiful.

but in my opinion Tursimo is the best one because of location and facilities.

My family has been going to Rio Quente Resorts for almost 20 years and Turismo, since it was first opened, has constantly stood out as our favorite location to stay.

The hotel is very well located close a desativated vulcano mountain witch supplies by a hot water creek hidden in an amazing "cerrado" forest.

Also, it is a great location because it is equally distanced from Hot Park and the Parque das Fontes (Fountains' Park), where the thermal pools are located, and within a short walk to the Toldo do Bosque, where the evening shows occur.

Everything rest was great.The place is great, the nightly shows are wonderful and the heated pools are the maximum.I hope to return soon to relax and have fun.

Do not miss the “Araras” flying around the pool by the end of the day.

On the good side, the pools have clear and fresh warm water and bars where you can relax.

The resort in general is fantastic .. the natural pools are unbeatable.

Hotel Turismo, on the grounds of Rio Quente Resorts, is a good basic hotel with lovely grounds and a pool.

Just the noise of the Araras early early was bad.

Most folks head to the Hot Park rides first thing in the morning, so the thermal pools are peaceful and quiet (like they were years ago) for at least a few hours in the morning.

It is too noisy during the evenings because of the shows prepared for teenagers.

The manager dropped by to say hello at every meal and the chef came out a couple of times to talk about various items we inquired about.

I would like to specially thank Josie from the Stella Bar, José and Divino from the restaurant and Bruna from the reception.

The thematic dinner was full, ordering drinks was a great effort and the food was only ok - had better dishes at other resorts and hotels.

We had most of our meals at the hotel and enjoyed their theme nights.

The room and the food are OK, the front-desk is below-average.

We tried to get a quieter room overlooking the fishing lake,

When booking her room, we were informed that there was direct transfers between the hotels and that they ran every 20 min during 24h.

NOTE: Not all rooms have wifi, as per feedback given by the receptionist.

And the rooms with three beds could have a lounge area, instead of a third bed, since many people travel only in two people.

Rooms are still bad, no dressers , closets.

Our second room was much better smelling.

There are definitely a lot more of the staff that deserve a shout out

The hotel's service is always quick and reliable, with our rooms being cleaned as soon as we leave for the day and the front desk doing whatever they can to help, any time of the day.

but quickly developed friendly rapport with 5-6 of the staff.

We were Family travelling, including a 89y lady.

I noticed the extra charge in the bill and they quickly corrected it.

Servers in general are very nice & hospitable,

but instead ended up overlooked the front drive, which was a bit noisy when transfer buses were there early in the morning.

To go to Turismo, or even Crystal, you have to either walk from a transfer stop or take another internal one.

The hotel is very close to the Water Park, which is the main attraction.

One of the first changes I noticed was the addition of two new hotels to the resort complex -- the Cristal and the Tourismo.

It's a beautiful complex, built magestically over a natural wonder (an incredible river with clean and warm waters)
You can eat a lot, and have lots of fun in the park.

There are shuttles in an hourly basis after 11pm for people staying in hotels outside the complex.

The complex have an excellent gym with specialized personal to help u training, and to get there u can go by foot or bus.

I have to agree that I found the Tourismo staff exceptionally warm and friendly, and I thought the food was excellent.

The restaurant is good, with a huge option of food and also offers a view of the nature that surounds the complex.

This hotel is perfect for families visiting Hot Park, it's located near lots of restaurants and shops and just 10 minutes walk from Hot Park entrance.

The hot thermal pools are very clean and that’s what really matters when you visit Caldas Novas.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms and lobby, good food, pleasant swimming pools for children.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and modern (except for the old TV), the hotel lobby looks great and you feel welcomed there.

Modern/stylish open plan lobby, decent rooms with HOT water, nice pool area.

We also had access to the pools there, which was a plus.

As mentioned in other reviews, it's not a resort, just a hotel with warm water pools - colder than it should!

Total ripp off and no help  with bad horrible room as noise level and horrible bathroom made it unbearable and it was close to empty and now i know why.

either the staff or others guests made a lot of noise in the morning, plus the ele-vators did not work properly either.

Otherwise, at the real Rio Quente swimming area, what you see is what you get - gorgeous views and relaxing waters.

The bathroom had barely anything in ways of Shampoo and Soap, and ours tended to flood when showering.

We took the bus to go into the resort and there we could use the whole facility including hot park.

And they have a bus for the Hot Park, a park with warm waters and water slides. Owesome!

Most people enjoy Rio Quente Resort due to "Hot Park", a water park as good as the best in the country with the advatage that the water is deliciously hot.

Better get one of the hop on, hop off buses to Hot Park.The transport to Hot Park works on a timely fashion (every 15 mins),

4day pack is not enough for fun, spa, eco trails, city tour and relax 6 days seema ro be nice: first for spa and relax in fontes pool, second for hot park and some photos, third for eco trails and radical sports, fourth for artifitial beach and sand sports, firh for Calda Novas City tour (dinner at city square) and the last day for diving, biking or relaxing again in pools.

It is very spacious and accommodated well 5 adults and 2 kids.

It is the most wunderful place for families with children.

My daughter was schedule to make a massage,

My kids loved it and the hot water is nice to relax.

We were only there for three days, so we lost one day at the Hot Park because of its scheduled maintenance.

All the pools are with warm waters and there are pools for every age.

We have to wait more than 30min.for drinks at pool..pessimo! !

There are only two swimming pools and the good ones require a long walk.

Up in this area, there are several pools with "wet bars" serving 24/7, a nice gym and a spa.

Actually, it´s a place for you to relax in natural heated pools.
