Now to the food, the breakfast and lunch is an all you can eat buffet with a pretty good range.

Good cost benefit for meals inside the resort, breakfast and lunch all you can eat includind beverages.

The food at the Pequi restaurant (buffet style) has always been top-of-the-line, with amazingly fresh fruit juices and a multitude of tastes to choose from, comforting every palate.

We really enjoyed our interactions at breakfast and lunch with the dining room staff.

The breakfast was good and was the best part of the gastronomic experience.

Extremely good breakfast and slight better than average lunch are included in the price of the rooms.

Second problem was with the items charged at the bill: They double charged our dinner costs.

(Trust me location is worth it when it comes to all the activities below)

The natural hot water park (only for guests of the hotels) is great and calming with may different temperature pools with varying depths.

The location is very convinient, close to the water park, the resort hot pools.

The best experience is  surfing in a hot water wave swimming pool.

It also gives free access to the hot water baths.

The place is beautiful and the hot waters are relaxing.

In the other side, the restaurant staff is very gentle and polite and the swimming pools that are hot and very beautiful.

but in my opinion Tursimo is the best one because of location and facilities.

My family has been going to Rio Quente Resorts for almost 20 years and Turismo, since it was first opened, has constantly stood out as our favorite location to stay.

Talk about the location & amenities
The hotel is very well located close a desativated vulcano mountain witch supplies by a hot water creek hidden in an amazing "cerrado" forest.

but using a football), oh and dancing in the pool.

Also, it is a great location because it is equally distanced from Hot Park and the Parque das Fontes (Fountains' Park), where the thermal pools are located, and within a short walk to the Toldo do Bosque, where the evening shows occur.

Everything rest was great.The place is great, the nightly shows are wonderful and the heated pools are the maximum.I hope to return soon to relax and have fun.

Do not miss the “Araras” flying around the pool by the end of the day.

On the good side, the pools have clear and fresh warm water and bars where you can relax.

The resort in general is fantastic .. the natural pools are unbeatable.

Hotel Turismo, on the grounds of Rio Quente Resorts, is a good basic hotel with lovely grounds and a pool.

Just the noise of the Araras early early was bad.

Most folks head to the Hot Park rides first thing in the morning, so the thermal pools are peaceful and quiet (like they were years ago) for at least a few hours in the morning.

It is too noisy during the evenings because of the shows prepared for teenagers.

We tried to get a quieter room overlooking the fishing lake,

When booking her room, we were informed that there was direct transfers between the hotels and that they ran every 20 min during 24h.

NOTE: Not all rooms have wifi, as per feedback given by the receptionist.

And the rooms with three beds could have a lounge area, instead of a third bed, since many people travel only in two people.

Rooms are still bad, no dressers , closets.

Our second room was much better smelling.

but instead ended up overlooked the front drive, which was a bit noisy when transfer buses were there early in the morning.

To go to Turismo, or even Crystal, you have to either walk from a transfer stop or take another internal one.

2) allegedly cheaper than the hotels that are inside the complex and being a guest here gets you the same benefits from staying inside

Cons
1) all bathroom windows open to the hallway corridors.

No bedding for 4th bed and only 2 bath towells (4 in party).

The only item they left for guests was a crappy 1/8-sized bar of soap.

The food is delicious and the staffs are respectful and willing to help.

You get all kinds of smells and noises when walking to and from your room
2) impossible to eat breakfast and lunch in the buffet without getting stressed.

Kitchen is well equipped to bring a consistently good breakfast and lunch served with many options.

The service was good, the food was very delicious and the environment is friendly.

The wi-fi access is sub standard -- it only works in the common areas and not well.

The RQ resort is located in a farm land many miles away from main city and besides its large dimension and solid infrastructure the endemic poor quality internet infrastructure is a surprise.

The hotel is very close to the Water Park, which is the main attraction.

Loads of fun and attractions, good food, good bedrooms not to mention the amazing hot water and the wonderful employees.

  Lots of things could be better for families travelling with small children, such as..
- Direct Transportation to "Hotibum" attraction.

The swimming pools and attractions at the Pousada do Rio Quente and Hot Park are also AMAZING and toddler friendly!

Courtesy carts take you to the VIP beach area at the Hot Park (hotel guests only) from which you can take advantage of the attractions there, especially good for families.

Food is buffet style, decent for breakfast, average for lunch and dinner.

Franciane, Patrik and Cairo provided 5-star service every breakfast and lunch.

Very secure, meals all day long, u will eat nice lunch and breakfast included in the package.

They provided a roll away bed for 2 of us in our room and it was very comfortable.

Best recommendation to recapture that old feeling -- eat breakfast early (7 AM) and head straight to the thermal pools.

The hot water springs are really amazing.

From the front desk, help with our bags, service at the bar near the pool and the breakfast/lunch restaurant.

at the park pools cleanliness was poor at the bar and bar tables, I've cleaned the tables.

the live music in the pool at night is amazing.

The infinity pool was gorgeous at the hotel and the sunsets were spectacular!

but my brother-in-law has stayed there a few times and described it as classy and high-end with a beautiful infinity pool.

People say the water flow is around 1.6 million gallons/h, which is enough to renovate the pools many times a day.

They have an infinity pool with a great view.

but mild temperatures before or after winter.

but signal is spotty and tend to disconnect.

During my stay I identified 3 things that still need to be improved: 1) the check-in was too slow; 2)wi-fi in our room was horrible (I did not care too much because I mostly left my cell phone in the safe box to force myself out of work. Lol.

HOWEVER, my back is killing me from having four nights on a bed that leaned to the left on the left side.

The sofa bed in our room was upholstered in vinyl, so the sheets slide right off in a second, leaving those trying to sleep there in a tangled mess within five minutes.

As a couple with a small child (6 years) the fact that the double bed is located in a separate room to the sofá bed was a bônus.

The space is large and they have hot and cold water pools, being nice for hot or cold days, in addition to having a large sauna, games room, indoor pool, movie theater, beach/pool shop, bar, and a restaurant with breakfast and simple and delicious meals.

Pros:
- Great size, clean and modern apartments
- great breakfast and afternoon snack options
- good frontdesk service
- great pools and play ares
- awesome location (close to HotPark)

Cons:
- very limited tv channel options
- no internet in the rooms
- A new restaurant opened next door, which has life music at night.. until 1 am -> makes it dificult to sleep.

Therefore, i recommend it to all people who want to know the Hot Park and have a good time with families or friends in a comfortable place, with the best cost benefit.

In overal it’s a very good option to stay with your family for an affordable price.

Veredas is within easy walking distance of Hot Park, one of the largest parks in south america.

Very good location close to restaurants, mini market and the main city’s atracttion Hot Park.

On the plus side, the place is well-located, within a ten minute walk to Hot Park, the main attraction in town.

This modern (2 year old), well appointed hotel provides excellent service and is conveniently located close to restaurants and within walking distance of Hot Park.

They didn't have hamburgers
The billiard tables, ping pong tables, and air hockey table were all in disrepair to the point of being unusable
The well located soccer field needs to be watered and seeded property
The wi-fi was intermittent, and didn't work in the rooms (unfortunately a typically Brazilian feature)

So all in all, I'm giving this three stars,

First room they gave us had some issues: no AC remote control, bedroom TV set has no sound, safe was not working, one of the two showers neighter.

So I you came thinking you'd make meals in your room, better bring your own.

The apartment was not clean very well, there wasn't condicionated air in the tv room, so it turns the room hard to sleep!

I could not get the internet to work on my laptop in my room however

Sofabed is covered in vinil, is small and hard as a rock.

The bedroom itself has no lamps, so it's full on light, or lights out, in the evenings.
