Rooms are dirty without basis amenities, such poor service is not expected out of brand such as sayaji , tea and Liquour rates are mind blowingingly high.

Forgot to mention about the tea coffe during phera.

but again one day coffee machine didn't work.

Only one thing we notice for improvement is quality of tea served during breakfast.

The Duty Manager Mr. Gunjan specically asked me if i need room or tea coffee which was surprising for me.

-Any where you go just ask for the best mocktail they have (ensure they suggest of you or dontend up taking something you never heard off) i did not mention cocktail as i am not officially legal to intake ;-)
- instead of staring at super busy human beings having breakfast with laptops on their table one hand with their preffred flavoured detox water and "egg whites"  with the fork and spoons crumbling in hurry.Rather prefer a glasswall side table where you can sit relax and stare at the fountain at the water gallary which passes outside the glass wall.and to have the best peace of mind grab a cup of coffee and dip ur corrisant in (trust me a bit silly

After constantly shouting they changed it..
All the food served on 19th was cold.

Service was bit slow and in breakfast few things were cold.

even though sometimes nights can be quite cold with out side temperature of around 14 degree centigrade.

And Secondly I would like to Mention Mr.Swaroop Mishra Duty Manager front desk, such humble and polite.

Special shout out for Abhishek (Duty Manager) for managing everything.

I just faced some problems like:
The hospitality  was very poor, the staff to customer ratio was very low.

Very poor service , staff for very rude especially the room service representative Soma and Rupali , stayed in the property for 2 nights, Staff is very unprofessional and needs to be thoroughly trained.

The only thing I want to mention is Wifi connection is soo poor.. need improvement in that.

Even cleanest room and bathroom too make my stay awesome.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, their stuff is of good quality and befits the stay at any good 5-star hotel in India.

but when we reached the hotel it was full,we have to wait for 15 min .Again the cutlery was not cleaned properly and we have to point that out.then it was replaced.Service was very slow and our starters were served after 30 minutes interval.

The only weak point (as compared to the overall excellent service) was the room service, which was very slow, maybe because of the big event that was to be catered to in the evening.

The only problem is a common gate between the bathroom and toilet.

but the lack of amenities definitely showcases that they don’t care.

The dressing area, toilet and bath are located, common sliding door between the toilet and the bath area was a little awkward one.

Additionally the sliding door of the bathroom in my twin room was not functioning properly, causing some inconvenience.

Preferable to have wash basin in a closed environment.

Only issue I faced was a missing hanger in the toilet.

There is only one common sliding door between the bathroom and toilet.

Toiletries were not upto standard and should have been better.

There is no separation/ partition between room and bathroom.

but the design is quite bizarre with almost negligible privacy for the washroom area.

The Toilet inthe room is very small and floors are dirty i feel very slippy in the toilet floor

Washroom hardware not working, kettle lid broken and smartly placed instead of replacing.

Poor quality fittings, lack of amenities, dirty carpet, flooding shower, wi-fi in name only, very slow room service, breakfast very average, for other meals menu is generic a little of everything, nothing to write home about

but are strangely designed with wash basin in open in room and Toilet and bath having common slide door.

(in bathroom) which was slightly lower than average.

The lavatory and shower has only one door, so only facility can be used.

The room is a little impractical with an open bathroom setup

There was a very irritating odor throughout the lobby, the air conditioners were not maintained.

The hotel is great, I went for my business tour and there service is awesome, in the bar area, staff were also highly skilled, a associate named sagnik took care of all the needs of my during the my stay.

Staff is very helpful and takes care of minute details to make your stay comfortable.

Considerations on pricing, service, response and friendly approach, giving special care and attention, whenever it mattered.

The hygiëne and cleanliness of the rooms are highly taken care of.

To top that, for some unfathomable reason the room design allows any random visitor at the door to be able to look straight into the wash basin and the bed.

Cuz there is only one freaking sliding door.

Preparation of food was not up to mark .no taste.room for triple occupancy was to small.toilet flash problem.big cracks in 2 walls.toilet door not proper working.

Just after entring in hotel temperature checked by guard, guard and staff opens the door.

but have a single door between them, extremely dim lighting in the room.

but could not understand who's idea was to give one common door between shower and toilet, actually there is wall between toilet and shower but only one door how two person  can stay in a room dont know.any was breakfast to dinner food was superb.

Only drawback in the room was that there is a sliding door shared between the toilet and bathing area.

Only drawback noticed about the toilet and shower area with a single sliding door (no lock).

Room is laid out a bit odd as you enter the door and meet the edge of the mirror.

Rooms were too small with single door washroom & Bathroom.

Coming to the Hotel, the elevator door has a problem.

Bathroom and toilet door is one sliding door , which is biggest drawback.

One, if both occupants happen to use the shower and WC at the same time, only one can use the single sliding door for privacy.

Basically there are separate toilet and bathroom with one shared sliding door (ie if you close off the toilet, the bathroom is open and vice versa).

The toilet cubicle and shower cubicle are separate, adjacent, and only one sliding door cover both.

The Members lounge had a good/average variety of foods and the restaurant staffs were excellent.

The staff at reception and restaurant is very warm and friendly.

Hotel was excellent and the restaurant food was awesome and the restaurant staff" Mr Ajnem" he was simply great with the gesture and the respect we got

ideally located, hotel is close to airport and next to a mall and right in the city/ business places.. they have good clean rooms, service by front desk is excellent and the food spread is just awesome. !
