After constantly shouting they changed it..
All the food served on 19th was cold.

Service was bit slow and in breakfast few things were cold.

even though sometimes nights can be quite cold with out side temperature of around 14 degree centigrade.

We had to check out by 10am as per rules, we checked out at 11am and were demanded for additional charge.

Only saving grace was Mr. Dinesh at reception, who was in charge of transport.

The first thing is the room card system they have is really to boring and difficult to understand .

The noticeable thing is about the security which I think is fullproof - one cannot enter or exit the room with the security key card.

The followed all COVID protocols like ensuring everyone wears a mask, temperature checking and sanitizatuon

I just faced some problems like:
The hospitality  was very poor, the staff to customer ratio was very low.

Very poor service , staff for very rude especially the room service representative Soma and Rupali , stayed in the property for 2 nights, Staff is very unprofessional and needs to be thoroughly trained.

The only thing I want to mention is Wifi connection is soo poor.. need improvement in that.

Rooms are dirty without basis amenities, such poor service is not expected out of brand such as sayaji , tea and Liquour rates are mind blowingingly high.

Even cleanest room and bathroom too make my stay awesome.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, their stuff is of good quality and befits the stay at any good 5-star hotel in India.

The reception service is slow to provide room facility.

but when we reached the hotel it was full,we have to wait for 15 min .Again the cutlery was not cleaned properly and we have to point that out.then it was replaced.Service was very slow and our starters were served after 30 minutes interval.

The only weak point (as compared to the overall excellent service) was the room service, which was very slow, maybe because of the big event that was to be catered to in the evening.

The only problem is a common gate between the bathroom and toilet.

but the lack of amenities definitely showcases that they don’t care.

The dressing area, toilet and bath are located, common sliding door between the toilet and the bath area was a little awkward one.

Additionally the sliding door of the bathroom in my twin room was not functioning properly, causing some inconvenience.

Preferable to have wash basin in a closed environment.

Only issue I faced was a missing hanger in the toilet.

There is only one common sliding door between the bathroom and toilet.

Toiletries were not upto standard and should have been better.

There is no separation/ partition between room and bathroom.

but the design is quite bizarre with almost negligible privacy for the washroom area.

The Toilet inthe room is very small and floors are dirty i feel very slippy in the toilet floor

Washroom hardware not working, kettle lid broken and smartly placed instead of replacing.

Poor quality fittings, lack of amenities, dirty carpet, flooding shower, wi-fi in name only, very slow room service, breakfast very average, for other meals menu is generic a little of everything, nothing to write home about

but are strangely designed with wash basin in open in room and Toilet and bath having common slide door.

(in bathroom) which was slightly lower than average.

The lavatory and shower has only one door, so only facility can be used.

The room is a little impractical with an open bathroom setup

There was a very irritating odor throughout the lobby, the air conditioners were not maintained.

To top that, for some unfathomable reason the room design allows any random visitor at the door to be able to look straight into the wash basin and the bed.

Cuz there is only one freaking sliding door.

Preparation of food was not up to mark .no taste.room for triple occupancy was to small.toilet flash problem.big cracks in 2 walls.toilet door not proper working.

Just after entring in hotel temperature checked by guard, guard and staff opens the door.

but have a single door between them, extremely dim lighting in the room.

but could not understand who's idea was to give one common door between shower and toilet, actually there is wall between toilet and shower but only one door how two person  can stay in a room dont know.any was breakfast to dinner food was superb.

Only drawback in the room was that there is a sliding door shared between the toilet and bathing area.

Only drawback noticed about the toilet and shower area with a single sliding door (no lock).

Room is laid out a bit odd as you enter the door and meet the edge of the mirror.

Rooms were too small with single door washroom & Bathroom.

Coming to the Hotel, the elevator door has a problem.

Bathroom and toilet door is one sliding door , which is biggest drawback.

One, if both occupants happen to use the shower and WC at the same time, only one can use the single sliding door for privacy.

Basically there are separate toilet and bathroom with one shared sliding door (ie if you close off the toilet, the bathroom is open and vice versa).

The toilet cubicle and shower cubicle are separate, adjacent, and only one sliding door cover both.

ideally located, hotel is close to airport and next to a mall and right in the city/ business places.. they have good clean rooms, service by front desk is excellent and the food spread is just awesome. !

The bar staff were  provat and chandara  very courteous and the room is clean more then what we expected.

The hygiëne and cleanliness of the rooms are highly taken care of.

however the service in the bar was very slow, the personnel were not were very proactive in the service, could improve upon guest service, the FNb Manager Mr. Tanmoy was welcoming and friendly, front Office host Shashi was extremly courteous and friendly very smooth checkin and an asset, and also the room cleanliness was good which was looked by HK TL Snehil.

Very nice Hitelnin raipur for the family stay, the Room were very neat and cleaned.the room were very specious.and also the front office team is very cooperative,they had given me upgraded room in top floor.

5) Hotel room TV display can never be shut down fully causing disturbance to sleep at night.

Sound proof rooms as hotel is located in Railway Station itself..

But no noise of trains.it is properly taken care.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the room infrastructure as I had paid INR1600 for a night :)
Only negative is the noisy environment at night.

The only problem is the noise of railway station.

But they can also provide sound proofing as they haven't done, this can improve the sleep quality.

Room get a lot of noise as its attached with railway station thus making sleep full of disturbance.

This place is bang on the Raipur railway station itself so rest assured that the noise of the hustle bustle of the railway station and that of trains arriving and leaving would surely wake you up a couple of times at night.

I asked them to change my room, as the one allocated was facing the railway platform and there was quite some noise.

Though being its bit noisy due to the railway station gathering and rail track sound, it may disturb one's sound sleep.

Rooms facing the platform were bit noisy.

Plus, the hotel claims that noises from Railway station will not come into the room as the rooms are sound proof

Worst part of hotel is the regular noise of trains and whistels throughout day and night.

For tea very poor quality paper cups they are providing.

After complaining  we decided to head back to the room -  with an extremely poor taste of the service on the F&B side.

Cons were - poor house keeping, rooms were not cleaned properly dust was visible at tables in room and washrooms,  headboard of bed and curtains were stinking of room no 439 , all passages carpets were dirty and stained;

but during my dinner faced a very poor service in such a class hotel even though the restaurant was not crowded.

On the other hand we had a very poor experience with Mr.Ankit in Momo cafe,He is a black mark
in a such a hotel with brand name marriott. in

The taste was not up to the mark & presentation was very poor.

Very poor and tried to compensate by giving a free dish.

Mayfair provide baby/ toddler food ( khichdi) as per preference, they don't charge it.

We were given a early check in without any extra charge.

Checkout experience poor too.Was asked for card first until i asked to present the invoice first and then will share my card.

They charge exorbitant amount for the food, mind you and after paying such amount you would accept edible food.

but the services are not up to the mark for the charges they take.

Also, there were electrical issues in this room, the room service guy told us not to lift the card from the socket near the entrance door. 4.

We also requested for late check-out and they were very co-operative and considerate of our arrival time to not charge us extra money for the same.

Their restaurant manager in charge just stopped handing plates for the buffet to the guests and was soo rude..
all this while the staff were getting plates for eating food prepared for and paid for the guests.

This shows the very poor service standards of Mayfair hotel. 7.

He does not understand client servicing, has a poor attitude, and should not be doing this job!!!

but prices are little high as in comparison to real dhaba

but food here is damn expensive ,be prepared for that
