The view was breathtaking from the balcony.

Slept beautifully every night, and we had a balcony so the view was always out of this world every time we looked out into the sea.

The view from the balcony is amazing, we were even lucky enough to witness a wedding!

In addition to top notch service, the views from our balcony, which we photographed, will help keep this wonderful hotel fresh in our memories and a return trip to the Eden Roc in our future travel plans.

TONY IS THE BREAKFAST GENERAL IN CHARGE AND HIS PERSONALITY IS BIGGER THAN LIFE..WE LOVE HIM AND HIS SERVICE TEAM.

I even saw them make a guy an omelette to go for his wife who was still sleeping.

The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and the view was perfection.

Luca was our waiter and the food was delicious.

Tony at breakfast was awesome and even got a whole lot of options for my gluten free daughter.

They had a beautiful breakfast upstairs on the top floor overlooking the Mediterranean.

Breakfast was included at the hotel and Tony and his staff made each morning special.

A special thank you to Tony the unbelievably great host at breakfast.

From Mario at the reception desk, the bellman who takes your luggage to the room, housekeeping and Tony and Chris in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch.

You will not be disappointed… breakfast was the best we have ever had.

As a bonus, breakfast with Tony was probably the best part of our day.

And the breakfast was great, the server named Tony made sure you had a very good meal in the morning and always tried to help out from Nutella for kids to Babyccinos and omelettes.

The restaurant both for dinner and breakfast is great.

Such amazing and attentive service and the breakfast spread was so delicious!

Tony at breakfast was delightful and had a great sense of humor.

The breakfast buffet is amazing with basically almost anything you could want.

In the morning the rooftop restaurant is a great place to start the day with a great buffet with many options.

Awesome restaurants, breakfasts, wine and olive oil tasting with Luigi, housekeeping, & transport service.

Only con, is it was a bit noisy near the stairs.

You also hear a lot of the noise from the cars on the street.

however, this was not an issue for us as the sound really died down by about 11pm each night.

The only real negative is that our room was located on the fourth floor right underneath the restaurant, and the sound of setting up for breakfast was quite loud in our room and would wake us up every morning.

On our check out our car was brought to us with our bags carried to the car and they assisted us getting out our space in the traffic.

The superior rooms with large sea view balconies are on lower floors are very noisy because of the road.

Only downside was occasionally a noisy neighbour/kids . .

although we could hear our neighbours talking.

but the walls and ceilings are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from all your neighbor (sleeping in is therefore not an option).

I don’t think I would stay here again for one reason-that being the amount of noise you hear from your room.

Rooms had a little street noise and smaller bed (we're both very tall),

I mean eg. comments about the noise from the road ( the windows are absolutely sound proof when closed ) or that somebody locked himself out on the balcony, because of the funny functioning of the door lock (completely impossible now with the balcony door closing system present.)

but not too close to hear all the noise and tourist.

However, this hotel is on an extremely busy road and the rooms are noisy from the traffic all night long.

Minor annoyance is traffic on main road running right in front of hotel.

However, there are of course lots of steps, narrow paths (or none at all), and plenty of traffic to negotiate.

As the hotel is on the main road there is traffic daily noise at the front of the hotel.

In couple of hours we noticed a lot of noise coming from the elevator as we were given a room next to the elevator.

The only negative is it's located on the main road so there was some noise that you could heard from the traffic

Their onsite restaurants are fantastic too and the location is close to the action without being too noisy.

Firstly the location in Positano is perfect, very close to several restaurants, hikes and the beach.

Accommodations, amenities, bar and restaurants were far beyond our expectations!

Another thing to note is the pizza and the steak at the newer restaurant.

We had cocktails and an appetizer at Sky Bar before our dinner at Adamo et Eva.

The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic.

Our first night we ate at the Adamo and Eve restaurant and splurged on the Terrazzo Paradiso to have the best view.

The property is at an amazing location, offers wonderful service and has one of the best restaurants in Positano (Adam & Eve) offering scenic views and exceptional food!

Giuseppe was very informative of the food and proud of where it came from.

Make sure to enjoy sunset cocktails at the bar!

The Pizza at Roc was the best we've ever had.

We ate at Adam & Eve for dinner one night.

The food was some of the best we’d had around the amalfi coast and the ambience could not be beaten.

For Roc, the Pizzas were great and were a totally different perspective to the American style pizza I normally have at home.

We also enjoyed a day on the rooftop at the pool.

Try their rooftop pool with bar service (have an aperol spritz- yum).

The rooftop pool and bar area is impressive as well.

Location is a great (a little away from the beach and crowds) had a nice size pool on roof top and the breakfast buffet in the morning gave us a great start to our day!

Loved the personal tour of the property when you arrive, the rooftop pool was great and staff were are so friendly and accommodating.

The roof top pool has incredible views, as do the rooms.

The view is amazing, the roof top pool/bar is beautiful.

The rooftop pool, with a cocktail brought to you in the water, was perfect to come back to after a day of being a tourist with the heat.

It is a charming  and perfectly located boutique hotel in Positano with a really great staff, restaurant, quiet, rooftop pool, wine tasting room and fantastic breakfast every morning.

As well, we enjoyed the hotel’s lovely amenities including the roof top pool & bar area, and food.

A fabulous rooftop pool and sun deck which was unrivalled in our opinion.

This is one of few in the city to have a pool on the rooftop.

for us, the highlight was the rooftop pool- the temperature of the pool was perfect and the view was amazing and after a day of sightseeing we loved spending our afternoons relaxing by the pool.

The exquisite hotel and restaurants, bars, beautiful rooftop pool, and most importantly their amazing staff!

Dinner on a rooftop terrace overlooking Positano - whether in daylight or with twinkling lights at night - just cannot be beaten.

The view from our room was absolutely incredible.

Definitely get a room with a balcony (ideally on the 3rd or 4th floor).

We stayed in a superior double room, which had stunning views from the impressive balcony.

The rooms were spacious and always clean.

Our room was on the higher end of this hotel and worth every penny.

Had a steam room in the bathroom as well.

The rooms are so nice and the staff is unbelievable attentive.

We stayed in the new Bella Vista Apartments, the room was absolutely beautiful overlooking the Mediterranean.

And in some rooms you can have a disco shower/bath thanks to the very colourful bathroom lights.

The rooms are lovely with great views of the water and an east walk into the town.

Our room was very clean and spacious with a small balcony with breathtaking views of Positano and the sea.

The room also came with a full kitchen setup and even has a washer and dryer if needed.

The staff is truly amazing and will take care of your every need.

The hotel itself is beautifuk inside and the staff very friendly and helpful.

He was really knowledgeable and we learned a lot.

We went for dinner at the restaurant on the owners birthday and got to see the amazing fireworks after an amazing good dinner with great dessert.

The staff was wonderful and the food was good.

He is super knowledgeable and a wonderful ambassador for the region.

Everyone was very passionate about what they do.

There were a couple who were great and attentive, another couple who never seemed to notice you trying to get their attention.

The staff were welcoming and beyond friendly.

Upon check-in the front desk staff was attentive and friendly.

Our host at check in was amazing and he personally gave us a tour on arrival.

Very very clean and the staff were excellent.

The front desk staff was very helpful in finding things for us to do and arranging drivers for our excursions.

The cleaning staff did both morning and turn downs every night and did a great job.

This hotel is filled with staff that want to make your stay trouble free.

Staff were very friendly and very welcoming.

This hotel is located on a very busy road and you can hear all the traffic with the doors closed at night while trying to sleep.

Others have mentioned the road noise, and yes, the hotel is on quite a busy road

Only negative is it is on the main road so during the day you hear a lot of traffic.

Right on the road so some noise -- AND it's 9 stories down to the beach.

The only potential drawback is street noise if there are light sleepers in your group.

The only down side was that the hotel is on the main road and the traffic noise on the patio was a bit more than I could stand (we were on the first floor).

I know other people have mentioned the road noise,

but the family room is on the first floor, so you are directly over the street traffic and "only" have a view of the sea.

If you closed the balcony doors I didn't notice street noise.

We were on the first floor with a sea view and I was a bit concerned that there would be noise from the road in front of the hotel at night

The only problem that I had was there was a great deal of road noise and I'm a light sleeper.

I had read reviews that mentioned street noise and the hard mattresses - neither one of us noticed this at all.

The only negative thing we experienced during our visit was the traffic from the road just outside the hotel.

I was first disappointed that we had a room so close to the road and we did hear cars if we had the balcony doors open.

The ONLY con is the street noise which did wake us up a few times and I suppose the bed could have been a bit less firm.

We drove to the hotel, and at least in April, the road and traffic conditions were fine.

The views of Positano are spectacular and the location is perfect.

The view from the Eden Sky Bar was one of the best views in Positano.

Beautiful view over the coast line and harbor with sight of Positano.

It is nice if you can get a table with a view.

I've done a lot of half board/bed and breakfast/all inclusive and the food does get very boring after a few days.

We stayed ten years ago when it was a little grander and offered a fabulous all inclusive package.

Some people were ‘moaning’ about hotel whilst enjoying the drinks on the All Inclusive option!!

Stayed a week pre pandemic on an all inclusive basis.

but in one review I did read that you had a choice of wine on the a/i we were offered 2 white and one red.

Drinks:

Very good AI choice, also a wine list & get the bottle rather than a glass as pretty much standard.

Just returned,from a weeks holiday ,at this all inclusive,traditional Italian hotel .

Overall this is a well placed, and comfortable all inclusive hotel.

We had all inclusive whilst we were there.

Relaxing atmosphere, Staff were so friendly and attentive, the range of food and the drinks were great, proper branded alcohol in the all inclusive like Peroni and Gordon’s gin.

This is one of the few (and maybe only) hotel in the Sorrento area that is all inclusive and it was a great find.

The all inclusive is one of the best we have had, if you drink white or Prosecco the bottle arrives in a wine chiller and is left with you at the table.

however find tons of restaurants in Meta and Sorrento however that’s not the point when you pay for an all inclusive break away.

When eating it is if you are going out to a restaurant rather than the rush of a usual all inclusive.

It is a lovely hotel the food and drink available on All Inclusive is amazing.

Everyone else was awesome too, by far the best service I’ve had in any hotel, all inclusive or not.

but felt this hotel deserved one best value all inclusive I have ever  been on.

The all Inclusive really is all Inclusive, whatever is on the drinks menu including cocktails and branded drinks.
